As the event date approached, I followed up to confirm the paperwork had been submitted. At first there was no response. After multiple follow-ups, he said he had switched insurance companies and was waiting for the new paperwork. I agreed to wait a couple of days. After that, I followed up twice more and received no response at all. Luckily, I left myself enough time to find another vendor. Otherwise, I could have been left with nothing for the party. He answered my questions quickly and thoroughly...he was transparent and helpful -I asked for the unit to be delivered at 10:30am this morning. The delivery crew arrived at 10:05am and worked to accommodate us when one of our outlets wasn't working -I was supposed to have the unit until 4:30pm and they picked it up at 4:45pm.
