Jumpy Jumper - Jumper for my sons 7th birthday - Party Equipment Rentals Near Me

Couldn't be happier with this company! I tried other bounce house and party rental places but the customer service, timeliness, prices, availability, quality, quantity, and flexibility has had me coming back 5 times now. I have rented 3 different water slides, a combo bounce house, tables/chair/linens and every time I was so impressed. I always recommend this company and will always do so. Highly recommend this company! I called last minute in the afternoon for a next day bounce house/slide rental. I left a message and received a call back in a very short period of time. I have used Jumpy 3-4 times now and have always had a great experience. I've rented jumpers and chairs/tables for several parties at my house. The website works but the real talk happens when you are contacted after you submit online. Usually via text unless you need more info. Good communication. Highly recommend. read more

Elizabeth was so amazing, we rented tables and chairs and I asked here if she could make sure they are delivered and picked up at a short window that we had, she was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with, the crew were so nice and came on time and did an amazing job, defiantly recommend them and will do more business with them! read more

I am so happy with Jumpy Jumper! Super professional!!! They really made my first experience renting a jumper amd snowcone maker painless. Punctual and friendly. I 100% recommend this company. I was dealing with Elizabeth who was very nice and she communicated well about the prices and time of set up of the party. Her team set up the jumper and tables very professionally. The prices are very reasonable. I would give them my business again in a heartbeat. read more

Very disappointed! The lady I spoke with on the phone seemed nice but did not get details correct and ruined my 6 year olds party right in the middle. The guy to pick up the jumper showed up early and started calling repeatedly. We had to kick The kids out of the jumper and start cleaning everything off tables all while guests were still present and eating. She stated over the phone they were having a busy weekend and would pick up bounce house the following day. I told her my party was from 2-6 they showed up 5 minutes before 6 to pick up tables chairs and jumper. How embarrassing and uncomfortable for my guests. To top it off she was not nice or accommodating in our messages when I brought this to her attention. There are several other companies out there I suggest you book else where because it's very possible this can be you too! read more

Elizabeth was super nice to book the jumper. The jumper and service exceeded our expectation. Kids had an awesome time. We will recommend to friends and family in the future and also to continue using their professional and friendly service. Thanks! read more

Very easy booking. Friendly guys. We ordered a jumper, cotton candy machine and a hot dog machine. The children were delighted! Thank you

Elizabeth was friendly and communicated quickly at the beginning, however the day the bounce house was delivered she tried to change the arrangement we had made, saying that the bounce house had to be picked up before the party for my son was going to be over. Despite all of our communications previous being very clear as to the timeframe I needed the bounce house. Having to argue to keep the house I had rented for the time I had requested on the day before my son's birthday party was stressful and even though she did ultimately agree to pick it up later, it had to be 10:00-10:30 pm and was a huge inconvenience to have to deal with after clear communication from me leading up to the rental. Would not recommend. read more

THE EXPERIENCE: We hosted a staff appreciation company picnic at Woodley Park and Jumpy Jumper was one of the listed vendors approved for bounce houses. They were also more on the cheaper side in comparison to the other vendors that were listed so we went for it. The couple who we spoke to on the phone were very detailed and explained that their bounce houses are brand new. Sure enough, when they came (on time) on the day of the event to set up, the bouncer looked brand spankin' new! They set up the bounce house and a table with their business cards laid out. We were able to meet the husband and wife behind the phone and they had very bouncy personalities! Great fit for working with kids! I think they are just starting up but based on how smooth everything went, I highly recommend these guys. I can't remember how much they charged us exactly but I will update this once I look back on our files. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: I also called a head to ask them about their generator as we needed to plug up our amplifier so that we can play music at the park. The lady on the phone was not 100% sure about how much their generator will be able to handle and advised me to rent an extra one to be safe... a few minutes later she called back and explained that after speaking with her husband, the generator they have will be more than enough to accommodate our amplifier. She was so nice on the phone and I think it is rare for vendors to go through the effort of calling you back with additional information so they can SAVE YOU MONEY. OVERALL: These guys are worth your time and money! read more

I really loved Jumpy Jumper! It was a very nice experience for my guest! It was my daughters birthday and I really wanted a big jumper because I have a big party! And the one I got did accommodate my entire party guests! I also ordered a big amount of tables and chairs, which were at a wonderful price and very clean! In addition, the people who brought them were very professional. They were very fast setting up and they were very efficient. I really recommend them for anyone that is having a birthday or big celebration at their house! Thank you Jumpy Jumper!!!! read more

Excellent service! Came through for me during my last minute planning and they were awesome. Highly recommend!

Jumpy Jumper rocks! I called them last weekend for a last minute get together. I ordered a jumpy to be delivered at 2. The beautiful jumpy with slide was delivered at 11. It was the biggest hit of the day. The kids (and adults) did not leave the jumpy all afternoon. I had initially asked for a 5p pick up and when the driver came, we asked if we could keep it longer and the owner, Elizabeth was gracious enough to let us keep it for the rest of the afternoon. All of our guests had guessed that we had spent so much cause the bouncy was so good but we spent only $149.99. Best deal in town!! read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I'm not happy with this place I feel like everything I was told on the phone was lie. They showed up 10 mins before the party was over to pick up the jumper, tables and chairs. I had to scramble to get everyone out of their chairs and move the food with a bunch of 6 year old girls running around. I was told they would pick everything up the next morning but that was not the case. Avoid the stress and find another company to handle this for you. read more

So easy to order! They had everything we needed.. they were on time. Great customer service. Price was very reasonable and yet still negotiable. I would use Jumpy Jumper again and would recommend them to all! read more

Great service! On time delivery and great pricing, no hidden cost. Set up and delivery included.

I found Jumpy Jumper on Yelp. I spent approximately an hour with another company finalizing the rental of a bounce house and a popcorn machine only to have them call me back to let me know that they wouldn't have anyone available on Sunday, so they would have to pick up the bounce house on Monday....and they would have to CHARGE ME for keeping it until Monday (even though I didn't need it past Saturday evening)!!!! I called Jumpy Jumper. Elizabeth was great. The whole process took about 5 minutes via text to make the arrangement. Elizabeth texted me during the week to confirm. The bounce house and popcorn machine were delivered on time and were SUPER clean. I was not at the house for the delivery, and there was a little confusion about the deposit. Elisabeth texted me before I ever even realized we double paid and refunded my deposit within the week and then texted me to make sure I got the check. She even included a little "thank you" gift. I HIGHLY recommend Jumpy Jumper. Clean, great customer service, and the prices were lower than the other company I tried to give my business to. read more

Jumpy jumper made my daughters first birthday complete! Their pricing is great!! I paid $170 for a huge jumper with a slide. I needed by 3pm they dropped off around noon and let me keep it through the night until about 1pm or so the next day. The response time is immediate! Highly recommended and will go to them for all my future needs read more

My wife and I have had a few experiences with jumper rentals we have 3 children and jumpers are a must for their birthdays, we have always used a few different ones and for some reason or another we never return but Jumpy jumpers is a rental place we plan to Continue using until our kids are over jumpers at their birthday parties and even then we will use their tables & chair rentals! They dropped off the stuff with a great attitude they also made sure the pick up time worked for me and our guests, and when they picked up they asked if our party went as planned, they left and we were so satisfied with their service that we plan and using them again for the next birthday. We are also very happy to refer them to our family. They have such a great attitude doing business with people. read more

I found Jumpy Jumpers on Yelp. We had a birthday party for my son and called them. The jumper was clean, new, and the type of jumpy was a great suggestion by the owner, Elizabeth. Elizabeth is who I contacted when placing my order. She's very helpful and super friendly. We rented a bounce house with slide for our son's birthday. Good prices and good service. Elizabeth was very helpful.

Nice people and the prices are reasonable although I had few issues. They agreed to 65 serving and then changed it to 48 hotdogs for the hotdog machine. Not a big deal since the difference was not much and I could buy the rest myself but I was surprised. They were late for delivery and although I understand things can happen it gave us a lot of frustration and that is not even my complain because I saw they worked very hard to set up as quick as possible. Elizabeth did not answer my calls during our wait for delivery and was making me so worried. between all the running around I had to text her "Please call me" for her to call and update me of the status. One important suggestion the hotdog machine does not perform and if you are expecting to actually get the hotdogs cook its not going to work. Luckily we had grill to cook the hotdogs and then just put it on the rollers to stay warm a little but there is no way you can cook the hotdogs. Either way overall I liked working with them but this time unfortunately things were not in both sides favor I guess. I still liked them they were nice to work with. read more

I was so impressed with Elizabeth and Martin, Jumpy Jumper's owners. The pricing was very affordable, and the bounce house was delivered and set up exactly when they said they would (9 am). It was in pristine condition, and because I was local (about 8 miles away) there was no delivery charge. Martin also came to pick it up at the time I had requested--no waiting, and it was an easy deflation/removal. I would definitely use this company again for any future bounce house rentals. I had called four other companies to get quotes, all of which were higher than Jumpy Jumper's--and I wasn't nearly as impressed with the others' demeanor or customer service. We had a gaggle of 6 year-olds over for a birthday celebration, and they were laughing and bouncing the whole time. The castle and slide were the hit of the party. Thank you, Elizabeth and Martin! read more
