Very disappointed! The lady I spoke with on the phone seemed nice but did not get details correct and ruined my 6 year olds party right in the middle. The guy to pick up the jumper showed up early and started calling repeatedly. We had to kick The kids out of the jumper and start cleaning everything off tables all while guests were still present and eating. She stated over the phone they were having a busy weekend and would pick up bounce house the following day. I told her my party was from 2-6 they showed up 5 minutes before 6 to pick up tables chairs and jumper. How embarrassing and uncomfortable for my guests. To top it off she was not nice or accommodating in our messages when I brought this to her attention. Elizabeth was friendly and communicated quickly at the beginning, however the day the bounce house was delivered she tried to change the arrangement we had made, saying that the bounce house had to be picked up before the party for my son was going to be over. Despite all of our communications previous being very clear as to the timeframe I needed the bounce house. Having to argue to keep the house I had rented for the time I had requested on the day before my son's birthday party was stressful and even though she did ultimately agree to pick it up later, it had to be 10:00-10:30 pm and was a huge inconvenience to have to deal with after clear communication from me leading up to the rental. THE EXPERIENCE: We hosted a staff appreciation company picnic at Woodley Park and Jumpy Jumper was one of the listed vendors approved for bounce houses. They were also more on the cheaper side in comparison to the other vendors that were listed so we went for it. The couple who we spoke to on the phone were very detailed and explained that their bounce houses are brand new. Sure enough, when they came (on time) on the day of the event to set up, the bouncer looked brand spankin' new! They set up the bounce house and a table with their business cards laid out. We were able to meet the husband and wife behind the phone and they had very bouncy personalities! Great fit for working with kids! I think they are just starting up but based on how smooth everything went, I highly recommend these guys. I can't remember how much they charged us exactly but I will update this once I look back on our files. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: I also called a head to ask them about their generator as we needed to plug up our amplifier so that we can play music at the park. The lady on the phone was not 100% sure about how much their generator will be able to handle and advised me to rent an extra one to be safe... a few minutes later she called back and explained that after speaking with her husband, the generator they have will be more than enough to accommodate our amplifier. She was so nice on the phone and I think it is rare for vendors to go through the effort of calling you back with additional information so they can SAVE YOU MONEY. Jumpy Jumper rocks! I called them last weekend for a last minute get together. I ordered a jumpy to be delivered at 2. The beautiful jumpy with slide was delivered at 11. It was the biggest hit of the day. The kids (and adults) did not leave the jumpy all afternoon. I had initially asked for a 5p pick up and when the driver came, we asked if we could keep it longer and the owner, Elizabeth was gracious enough to let us keep it for the rest of the afternoon. All of our guests had guessed that we had spent so much cause the bouncy was so good but we spent only $149.99. Best deal in town!! read more

I spent approximately an hour with another company finalizing the rental of a bounce house and a popcorn machine only to have them call me back to let me know that they wouldn't have anyone available on Sunday, so they would have to pick up the bounce house on Monday....and they would have to CHARGE ME for keeping it until Monday (even though I didn't need it past Saturday evening)!!!! I called Jumpy Jumper. Elizabeth was great. The whole process took about 5 minutes via text to make the arrangement. Elizabeth texted me during the week to confirm. The bounce house and popcorn machine were delivered on time and were SUPER clean. I was not at the house for the delivery, and there was a little confusion about the deposit. Elisabeth texted me before I ever even realized we double paid and refunded my deposit within the week and then texted me to make sure I got the check. She even included a little "thank you" gift. I needed by 3pm they dropped off around noon and let me keep it through the night until about 1pm or so the next day. The response time is immediate! My wife and I have had a few experiences with jumper rentals we have 3 children and jumpers are a must for their birthdays, we have always used a few different ones and for some reason or another we never return but Jumpy jumpers is a rental place we plan to Continue using until our kids are over jumpers at their birthday parties and even then we will use their tables & chair rentals! They dropped off the stuff with a great attitude they also made sure the pick up time worked for me and our guests, and when they picked up they asked if our party went as planned, they left and we were so satisfied with their service that we plan and using them again for the next birthday.
