I love using Gracie and the Casesar's team for my rentals! I've rented Chiavari chairs from them twice now, for big parties. They have amazing colors and the process for will call is easy. This most recent rental, they included an extra 2 chairs which actually came in very handy. Previously, when my chairs had not been pulled in time for my will call, her colleague Diana arranged for them to be delivered them free of charge 2 hours later. What service! I will continue to rely on Caesar's Event Rentals for my quarterly dinner parties, and I look forward to renting more than just seating in the future. My order was quite simple; several tables, chairs and linens. The party started at 12:30pm. I was told the rentals would be delivered the day of the event between 9am and 11am. The day of the event the rentals arrived at 12:45pm... guests stood around and watched as the tables and linens were set up. Don't count on them to show up on time. I reached out after the party to find out what happened, but I have yet to hear back or receive any kind of apology. Very disappointing experience all around. read more

When it was time to organize my 50th bday party for 50 people at a Malibu Mansion I have rented, I did not think twice and contacted Diana at Caesar Events. She was professional, Knowledgeable, understanding, patient, warm and kind. She took her time and went over what I had in mind and what my thoughts were. This was my first time having such a large private party on my own and I needed all the help I can get. Diana made all the arrangements for every last item I needed all in line w what I had in mind. Price point was excellent, everything was deliver and arranged on time and Diana was there every step of the way, responding and supporting me. We had to make pretty big adjustments at the 11th hour, due to weather and all I was told to do is relax and let Diana handle it. When we arrived to the event it was all set up indoors vs originally planned outdoors, there was perfect number of heaters outside and the party went smooth and everyone loved the way it was arranged and how comfortable it was. Found Ceasar Events online and contacted them. Been calling and emailing Diana and no response. Spoke with her to follow up about rentals and she said she's been busy. I gave her time but it's been over a month and NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I think it's very unprofessional leaving a future client hanging.
