Nice people and the prices are reasonable although I had few issues. They agreed to 65 serving and then changed it to 48 hotdogs for the hotdog machine. Not a big deal since the difference was not much and I could buy the rest myself but I was surprised. They were late for delivery and although I understand things can happen it gave us a lot of frustration and that is not even my complain because I saw they worked very hard to set up as quick as possible. Elizabeth did not answer my calls during our wait for delivery and was making me so worried. between all the running around I had to text her "Please call me" for her to call and update me of the status. One important suggestion the hotdog machine does not perform and if you are expecting to actually get the hotdogs cook its not going to work. Luckily we had grill to cook the hotdogs and then just put it on the rollers to stay warm a little but there is no way you can cook the hotdogs. I was so impressed with Elizabeth and Martin, Jumpy Jumper's owners. The pricing was very affordable, and the bounce house was delivered and set up exactly when they said they would (9 am). It was in pristine condition, and because I was local (about 8 miles away) there was no delivery charge. Martin also came to pick it up at the time I had requested--no waiting, and it was an easy deflation/removal. I would definitely use this company again for any future bounce house rentals. I had called four other companies to get quotes, all of which were higher than Jumpy Jumper's--and I wasn't nearly as impressed with the others' demeanor or customer service. We had a gaggle of 6 year-olds over for a birthday celebration, and they were laughing and bouncing the whole time. The castle and slide were the hit of the party. Jumpy Jumper came to my son's 6th birthday party. The house itself was in great condition and clean. And so were the table and chairs we rented. Very easy to work with, even in moments of missteps. I didn't mention that while the jumpy jumper came to my home address, I was planning to use a greenbelt area (no power). Oops. My fault. So, if you're not accessing power, you have to let them know to bring a generator. They aren't just sitting on the truck. They were so polite on site and very gracious over the phone. Not a friendly customer service .not really wanting to work. my house is only 17mil away according to yelp and was willing to pay extra because of the distance and was going to rent over $250.00 dollars worth of stuff and they still where not willing to come I guess there not really in need of business wouldn't recommend this place to anyone read more

So, I called Jumpy Jumper very last minute (literally 2 days before the event) and they were responsive, easy to work with and so reliable. I also for some reason thought the jumper wouldn't be in that great shape - dirty, maybe a little rough around the edges - but it looked pretty much brand new!
