0 stars!!! Take your business elsewhere because this company has excuses for everything and will steal your money. I order a small 10x10 jumper and made sure my measurements were correct to fit the 15x15 requirement. However, I forgot about the height, my bad. So, I asked to take it in the backyard and I would pay the fee for the steps, which the guy had to count every step in order to calculate my fee. Money was not the issue and just wanted my son to have a great birthday but the delivery driver was super rude and stated he did not have a long enough cord. So, I told him no problem my husband will go buy a 20ft extension cord because you can't double up the cords, no problem. I was willing to go buy it and then his excuse was that it would not put out enough power even though I have a whole entire separate studio in the backyard with its own power. The man made every excuse to not take the jumper downstairs and had stated I would need a generator and I said okay that is fine and I will pay for the generator but he stated that they didn't carry any when it states clearly on the website that they do. So, they ended up canceling my scheduled appointment for the jumper and refused to give me any of my money back even though I was willing to pay and work around every obstacle that he threw at me. Horrible service and will not recommend to anyone unless you wish to loose out on $294 dollars then be my guest and schedule. read more

Do not rent from here! I rented a bouncer house for my 5 years old's birthday party. The generator failed twice, causing the bouncer house to collapse on top of the children twice. It was terrifying for the kids and the parents. The person who set up the bouncy house also failed to tell us that there was an escape hatch in the bouncer house that could be used in case it collapsed. They did show my husband how to restart the generator though, which should have been a red flag. They offered me a 50% refund. I took it, but then they didn't run my card until January (the party was in December) and failed to refund me the proper amount. I am so disappointed to write this, but I had an awful experience with them last week. I have used them every year with no issues, which is why I keep coming back, and even used them for a school event earlier this year. But this time, they showed up 40 minutes late. No apology, not even any kind of call or text until I called first, about 20 minutes after the drop off time. The gentleman who showed up blamed it on the customers before me not being prepared. Sorry, but that's not my problem. You should allow for that when you schedule drop off times. He never said sorry, didn't seem sorry...it was just matter of fact, like "oh well, the other people were late." When I called the office to ask where he was, as I waited in the sun for 40 minutes at the park, the woman who answered the phone said she would check, but also no apology or acceptance of responsibility in any way. Nobody reached out to me afterwards either. It feels like such a disrespect, especially after years of me being a loyal customer, writing reviews, using them for school events and referring them to others. I'm not sure if they don't understand that when you are late to deliver rentals, you can ruin a party, which is what happened in my case. People were showing up while I was still hanging decorations and putting down tablecloths. There were many things I had bought to put up that I didn't have the time to set up because I lost those 40 minutes. We had good communication with the vendors before the event and day of, they dropped off an doicked up at the times discussed and it was an easy experience for us! Only thing to mention is I felt that were a little bit more expensive than some other competing companies but I went with this one because of the overall positive reviews.
