We rented a deluxe 13' x 13' pink bouncer for my daughter's 9th birthday. The guys showed up right on time and had it set up and inflated in minutes. They did end up coming 2 hours late for pick up, but that just meant my daughter got some alone time in the bouncer after her friends left. It's really sad for me to write this review because we have been using them for quite a few years. Our most recent experience with them was just horrible. Bit of context. I work for a school. The event was from 4-8 they knew that we could not set up anything until 3 when it was close to school ends. They show up at 1 when students are at lunch. There was no way we could have set up. They were able to wait until students were excused from lunch back into the classrooms. The setup was not the best, but the workers tried. Then when finalizing the payment, the manager said oh since you're paying by card, we are going to void the discount. What!!!!!! That was not even mentioned at all!!!! How the hell would you do that to people you have been working with for years!!!! It was not even in writing in the invoice. Eventually, I argued and kept the discount but I'm not here to argue. I have enough stress as it is to try and help set up the event. I don't want to be in a shouting match with the manager of EXTRA FUN JUMPERS in front of colleagues and students. They also charge $20 a ball if you miss one so they get anal if you lose their balls (no pun intended.) We had to look for their missing balls. Last year we gave them the same number of balls and said two of them were not the right size and I said we would deliver your balls if we found them. Overall, we will not do business with them again, even though we have been using them since 2018. The games were clean and organized and the workers really helped with the setup, but dealing with the drama and their balls was just not worth it. read more

Will never use again. Bad customer service with the exception of two men who picked up the jumper. The two men that dropped off were in a hurry that caused me to feel like a burden or if they were doing me a favor when I'm paying $400 for a bounce house with a slide. I was kind and ignored the fact that they couldn't wait to be done with this set up. When setting up they asked me for tape to tape the corners of the banner which looked so tacky but I also let it go and provided the tape ( my kids watching super excited the jumper has arrived I just went with it). Then, once they are ready to turn it on, The blower did not work and the man was rude an again given the hurry they are in, almost demanded, I open a window to allow him to plug from the inside of my house and I had to adamantly ask him to give me a minute while I checked why the outdoor plug wasn't working ultimately I found it wasn't the wall plug but instead their blower. They got another blower from the truck and the bounce house wouldn't inflate all the way on it's own so the older man went inside the bounce house and pushed out the bounce house while the other man pulled from outside. I thought this was going to be a one time thing and we'd be good to go but was very wrong and in retrospect two strong men having to "help" the jumper should have been a red flag. Once the kids began to jump the bounce house would sink from that area. You can imagine my embarrassment frustration and concerned for the kids safety. I called their office left a voicemail the night of and understandably they were closed that late on a Saturday. We had a parent volunteer to stay inside pushing the jumper each time it would essentially deflate from there. Monday I emailed management and sent videos and the response was very blunt which made me feel mad more than anything as I was expecting compassion and understanding. I expected them to say sorry we can't believe it let us make it right etc and all that sentiment was missing and to me that's huge. I truly hesitated to initiate letting them know about the problem because these situations taint the experience and at this point the party is over and it is what it is, but I also felt this was pretty extreme and was hoping the company would be shocked and tell me this is completely one time thing and never happens etc instead they responded to my email accusing us of having something over the blower which is completely false given the issue happened when their men set up, when their men picked up because I made it a point to show them and we obviously checked the night of. I suppose it's the lack of accountability on their end that drove me to this review and that ended the hope I had that this was a one time rare thing. They refunded $80 of the $405 bill which felt inadequate especially given their insensitive response. I attached photos of set up, during, and at pick up. I will never use them again and urge you to save yourself from this experience. I would rather have a simple working jumper with great customer service than have to deal with this kind of thing. Thank you for the $80 refund but please work hard on your customer service experience from The drop off crew to the management that issued a 20% refund and felt that was sufficient. More importantly, provide proper training and equipment for bounce houses to work as they should. read more

Had a very great experience with this company this weekend. We decided to throw a last minute birthday party at our house for our little one when we found out the weather was going to be beautiful in February. We had only one week to put it all together so we were scrambling to make it all work out. We found this company on Google and loved the variety of jumpers and other fun activities and rentals they had. We decided to go for one of their large jumpers with a slide. It was all very easy to do. I called the number. Angel picked up right away on a Sunday morning. He was more than accommodating and patient with all the questions and quotes I would ask from him. After discussing with my wife we decided to pull the trigger. We put a deposit online. The communication has been excellent all week long. They even dropped it off a day early for us free of charge (due to a last minute time conflict) and my little one and I had a private mini bounce session the day before her party! Pick up was great. I have to say that I would be nervous to rent from this company. They are setting up bouncy houses for our next door neighbors, and have been for weeks. We had actually been thinking about renting from them, but no way I would do that now. They literally have 240 volt power cables laying on the top of the bounce house. My husband went over to say something as they originally had set it up even worse, with the power cable laying across the entire top of the house. They sort of moved it, but it is still grazing the front of the power cables. This is a bouncy house that has water in it. This is going to be incredibly dangerous for the kids in it. The on-site guys really didn't care at all, and when we called the company to express concerns, the person working at the main office didn't seem very worried either. I had one of the most horrible experiences with this vendor. My friend used them and I thought it was a good idea to also use them since our party was at the same location. On the day of my kids birthday they sent one person to bring the bounce house, (it was supposed to be 2 people) there were a few stairs I had no idea that this was going to be an issue. Had I had known I would have told them. He REFUSED to deliver it because I didn't tell them about the stairs and accused me of being g a liar. Asking me how it's possible there is no elevator. Used them again for a neighborhood event and they came through! I rented two bouncy houses, medium generator, hot dog warmer and attendant. Attendant was great (supervised the kids making sure they weren't jumping on the part outside they're not supposed to be on etc) and ended up saving the day...we rented another generator from a party supply company for a bouncy house style game (brought by a major sports team) and it didn't work. Well Extra Fun Jumpers attendant helped rig up the other unit even though it wasn't theirs to their generator and we were ok. I call this going the extra mile. We rented the fire house and carousel bouncy houses (one for 6 years old kids and under and one for 7 and over) and they were awesome. Clean, new, fresh. My party was scheduled for tomorrow March 18th which was already a reschedule. Extra fun has been great up to this point. They were easy to book, easy to contact. All the stuff right. Then last night my daughter (the birthday girl) gets sick out of nowhere. Stomach virus, I'll save you the icky details but I called first thing this morning to cancel. I was fully aware that I was going to be charged but I was really hoping considering it's vomit that it wouldn't be the 50%. I mean I'm doing what's best for them right. Well it was the 50% which even that I accepted without complaint and agreed to call back to reschedule. I got my cancellation receipt in an email and they didn't just charge me 50% of the total of the jumper. It's 50% of everything with taxes and the damage waiver. Explain to me how I should still have to pay for a damage waiver when the jumper will never be making it to my property. Ultimately I just feel like asking people to reschedule a full 5 days in advance or pay 50% is too much and seems greedy. I'm paying $90 for a party that isn't happening now and it makes me feel like I should have just let them deliver for just my daughter and hey if she puked in it, I would have the damage waiver. When we are able to reschedule this party it won't be with this company. read more

I had a bad feeling about this company from the beginning, but I was in a bind and they were the only ones that had the inflatable I wanted. Customer service was spotty from the start and only went downhill. Rented tables chairs linens and a toddler inflatable for my sons birthday. This is long but important: The night before my event I get a text saying they will arrive between 8 and 8:30. Ok, so we plan our morning accordingly. Sometime later I get another text that says between 8:30 and 9:30, still ok we change our plan. Morning rolls around and so does 9:30 and no one shows up. We are crunched for time now and we have SEVERAL other errands to run for our noon party. Several phone calls later, the delivery shows up after 11 am and is not complete til almost noon. What a disastrous way to start what was supposed to be a happy day. Whoever deals with this at their office was incredibly rude and unapologetic about the whole thing. Astonishingly unprofessional. Victor, the delivery guy/driver, was the only pleasant person we dealt with throughout the entire process. After all of this they charged me an extra $100 to keep the rental items overnight. Oh, and they initially charged me $25 extra to go down 5 steps in my backyard to place the inflatable and then the guy DIDN'T EVEN USE THE STEPS! I will absolutely never do business with them again. It was very unfortunate to have this level of stress on a day that was suppose to be so special. So disappointing. Also, the inflatable was filthy inside upon arrival. read more
