The good: The cleanest jumpers, tables and chairs I've ever rented. Communication was fantastic very punctual almost perfect. The bad: 6% fee for using credit cards. Standard terminal fees are between 2% and 3% I know this because I'm a business owner. Anything more then 3% and the business is punishing you! Second, if it rains there is a $400 cleanup fee and they make it very clear if you don't follow their rules and their jumper gets damaged you're paying for it! One gentleman very politely told me a story about a party that had a face painter and the inside of their jumper had face paint everywhere and the customer had to pay hundreds of dollars have sections of the jumper replace. He also told me another story about how kids jumping with something on their feet had scuffed the inside of the jumper and they had to have sections of the jumper replaced and that was very very expensive. I understand why thay say this, but they made me very paranoid! I didn't even want my kids jumping in the jumper, which is ridiculous. You can't control scuff marks from children and you can't completely control the weather and I don't want to be penalized for it. I will not be using this company in the future! I don't care how clean their equipment is and how well they pick up the phone I don't want to carry cash to any transaction and I don't want to be penalized for unpredictable weather! read more

Just booked these guys for my nephew's 1st bday party. Service was on point. From start to finish, either Leon or his partner were in constant contact with us. We got the jumper castle with the water slide. The kids were having a blast!!! (So were the adults) They set everything up for us, stayed with us to make sure everything was going well, and once the party was over, they came and took care of everything. The manager was very communicative, and called me multiple times the week before when rain was expected. I had to scramble to find a jumper the day of our Halloween party (we host annually for our 5-year-old and her friends) as the guy I had been regularly using for the last few years fell through the very night before. My wife found 5-Star here on Yelp and contacted them based on their stellar reviews. After working with them, I have to say they have have certainly EARNED every single one of those five stars!! They were polite, professional, punctual, reasonably priced and gentlemen, when they delivered and when they picked up. Their stuff is so clean that I was certain they just bought it on the way to my house! Every single item (jumper, tables and chairs) were so clean you could eat off of them...and we did! (Don't worry fellas, NOT the jumper). Not only did they set up everything and even INSIST on helping me set up my other tables and chairs of MY OWN, but then they started to SANITIZE and CLEAN EVERY SINGLE ITEM THERE...EVEN MY OWN TABLE AND CHAIRS!!! I insisted that everything was clean enough and they needn't worry but they were adamant about that being part of their FIVE STAR SERVICE.
