Great place! We had them for my kids birthday. They were on time, which these days is rare, they were polite, another rarity and they set it up super fast. I would recommend them for anyone wanting to get a bounce house for a party. Thank you again! read more

I was tearing my hair out trying to find a bounce house rental before I reached this company, which was straightforward, efficient and friendly. They were very prompt in setting up and super nice when I was extremely frazzled setting up! They can set up in parks, including Griffith Park, unlike some other companies that only do residential sites. We were very happy with our rental! read more

I've been using Five Star Jumpers for two years for my sons birthday and they've been amazing to work with. They are quick to respond, very accommodating with time and setup, and deliver quality rentals. We have guests ask for their contact every year so they can use the service as well. I highly recommend them for any party rental needs. read more

This is my second year using 5 Star Jumpers for my event. I can't say enough about how much I love this crew! From the office support to the set up and break down team. Everything is in amazing condition and placed perfectly in our space. Anthony takes my string orders (spaced out over several calls) and pulls together the exact pieces for our event. Thank You, Thank You!! Super organized and amazing communication!! (200 + guest under their large tent and lights was amazing and seamless. Thanks you again 5 Star jumpers for all you do. read more

After searching for quite awhile for a bounce house we came across this company. (I'm not sure if other companies let their permits lapse because of Covid, but I'm glad we found 5 star.) We used them for our sons birthday at the park. I called for a quote, and another time with questions; both time the employees were super helpful and polite. The delivery and pick up guys were so kind and professional. Highly recommend!! read more

Love this company! I've used them 3 years in a row for my daughter's birthday party rentals (bouncy house, chairs, table and snow cone rentals!) and am extremely satisfied every time with the price, excellent and friendly service. I will use them every year and highly recommend. Quotes and replies on availability are very fast and informative. Thanks! read more

The good: The cleanest jumpers, tables and chairs I've ever rented. Communication was fantastic very punctual almost perfect. The bad: 6% fee for using credit cards. Standard terminal fees are between 2% and 3% I know this because I'm a business owner. Anything more then 3% and the business is punishing you! Second, if it rains there is a $400 cleanup fee and they make it very clear if you don't follow their rules and their jumper gets damaged you're paying for it! One gentleman very politely told me a story about a party that had a face painter and the inside of their jumper had face paint everywhere and the customer had to pay hundreds of dollars have sections of the jumper replace. He also told me another story about how kids jumping with something on their feet had scuffed the inside of the jumper and they had to have sections of the jumper replaced and that was very very expensive. I understand why thay say this, but they made me very paranoid! I didn't even want my kids jumping in the jumper, which is ridiculous. You can't control scuff marks from children and you can't completely control the weather and I don't want to be penalized for it. I will not be using this company in the future! I don't care how clean their equipment is and how well they pick up the phone I don't want to carry cash to any transaction and I don't want to be penalized for unpredictable weather! read more

Just booked these guys for my nephew's 1st bday party. Service was on point. From start to finish, either Leon or his partner were in constant contact with us. We got the jumper castle with the water slide. The kids were having a blast!!! (So were the adults) They set everything up for us, stayed with us to make sure everything was going well, and once the party was over, they came and took care of everything. Delivery and pick up was on time. We got a few tables and chairs as well. The quality was great. Prices are awesome. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you gentlemen! read more

They were a great company! We got them last minute and they were able to communicate what they had available in a timely manner. They had a mister, tables and chairs available as well, so I was able to get everything all in one place. They came one time and set up really quickly. The only I had wished for were more payment options (i.e. Venmo, Zelle). They accept cash (no extra fee) and credit (but with additional fee). read more

Five Star Jumpers was a PHENOMENAL choice for my 30th birthday this past weekend, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I messaged the business on Thursday afternoon for a Saturday party (late, I know!), and I was given a very fair quote within just a few minutes (ended up being just over $200 for five rectangular tables, 30 folding chairs, a 10x20' canopy, and a heater with propane). We had a quick chat on the phone to review what would be delivered, and the guys brought everything on Saturday as planned. They took care in setting everything up, asked if they could help us with anything else (and genuinely meant it!), and they provided the same prompt, friendly, professional service at the designated pickup time that evening. Rarely in LA do I get to work with businesses which feel like they care about their customers like family-style businesses used to, but I absolutely got that impression from the entire team. Thank you, Five Star Jumpers!! read more

This place is great, and I will gladly rent from them again. We rented a castle for a birthday party. The manager was very communicative, and called me multiple times the week before when rain was expected. He worked with me to switch our rental to Sunday from Saturday when it was clear rain would force cancelation, and sent out his crew to gauge the conditions on Sunday. Overall, this was a pleasant experience and made my daughters birthday. Thanks. read more

I spoke with someone over the weekend and told them I needed to rent some tables and chairs for an event i was having on a Friday. They quoted me and i informed them I needed to cancel my other order and I would book with them. I called back today after canceling my previous order from the other company and a guy today tells me they don't offer anything during the week due to covid, he kept cutting me off and was very dismissive. This company is an inconvenience and need to all get on the same page. read more

We were so excited to finally have a birthday party once all our family and friends were vaccinated. Okay, first of all, a school playground we had set for our party was under construction and not finished in time for the party. We had a backup park the day before our party but it had no play set! Inflatables were essential for my 5 year old girl and her friends... I called 4 bouncy house places that could not accommodate me in 24 hours. What was worse was the reps I talked to on the phone sounded like they hated their jobs and they had zero sympathy for my situation. I tried just one more place - Five Star Jumpers. It seemed too good to be true when Leon was so friendly and sounded so eager to accommodate. Then I looked up his reviews here and I thought "It's NOT too good to be true!" lol SERIOUSLY, it wasn't just amazing customer service with these guys. The two units I ordered were so gorgeous. The last time I rented one from who knows where it was weathered and stained and yucky. These were brand new looking - literally, one was brand new. We had to rent two generators too and they were half the cost of the other places (so we got two for the price of one). WHY WOULD ANYONE GO ELSEWHERE?! This place has a mom and pop feel - they are ambitious and eager to help with whatever you need to make your party great. No kidding, Masis actually helped move and clean park benches for us! We loved him! THANKS GUYS! YOU'RE THE BEST!! read more

Customer service is very important to me.. I'd rather go with someone who has good customer service more so than having a good deal... Five Star Jumpers definitely has both.. From the beginning till the end they exceeded what I expected.. They came early and my son and his friends were able to enjoy the 13×27 Jumper Wet Combo.. They even offered to help us set up for the party lol.. I highly recommend these guys.. they live up to their name . Thank you for making my son's surprise party the highlight of his day.. read more

Got a jumper for a Super Bowl party and these guy were AMAZING. My measurements were a bit off so it was iffy that it would fit. I was starting to panic since we had over 20 kids coming, but they made it happen by getting creative to tie back our lemon tree. The jumper was so nice and perfectly maintained. Pricing was also very reasonable - they have a much better jumper selection than several other places we used before. read more

Five Star Jumpers is the BEST. We got a tropical jumper for our fundraising event, plus tents, tables and chairs. The park had some unexpected rules and Five Star Jumpers did an outstanding job navigating all of those and ensured we were 100% set-up on time for our fundraiser! I look forward to using them every year! I had to scramble to find a jumper the day of our Halloween party (we host annually for our 5-year-old and her friends) as the guy I had been regularly using for the last few years fell through the very night before. My wife found 5-Star here on Yelp and contacted them based on their stellar reviews. After working with them, I have to say they have have certainly EARNED every single one of those five stars!! They were polite, professional, punctual, reasonably priced and gentlemen, when they delivered and when they picked up. Their stuff is so clean that I was certain they just bought it on the way to my house! Every single item (jumper, tables and chairs) were so clean you could eat off of them...and we did! (Don't worry fellas, NOT the jumper). Not only did they set up everything and even INSIST on helping me set up my other tables and chairs of MY OWN, but then they started to SANITIZE and CLEAN EVERY SINGLE ITEM THERE...EVEN MY OWN TABLE AND CHAIRS!!! I insisted that everything was clean enough and they needn't worry but they were adamant about that being part of their FIVE STAR SERVICE. Multiple people at my party commented on how that was the cleanest jumper they had ever seen and thought that I went out and bought one myself! I gave the credit to Five Star Jumpers and was very happy to refer them and forward their info. Great job fellas! You've definitely added something very necessary to this service that's missing from all of the other vendors...cleanliness!! read more
