Wasn't easy finding an XL pink jumper for my daughter's birthday that could deliver all the way out to us but Aladin Jumpers really came through. We did pay a pretty penny for delivery but the cost of the actual jumper was extremely reasonable so the total cost of everything is what we had planned on paying for a jumper anyway. They were professional and on time to set up and the jumpers were very clean. The kids had a blast and I will be renting from them again. read more

Terrible experience with Aladin Jumpers Party Rentals Be careful with this company. They tell you that if you are an Instagram follower you will get a 20% discount. On the invoice, they never disclose the discount. When the driver delivers the jumper, they demand the full price. If you refuse, they threaten to take the jumper back. If you expect a discount, make sure Boris or Rose clearly state it on your invoice. Otherwise, the driver will ignore the agreement and force you to pay full price. I do not recommend this company. Their business practices are misleading and unprofessional. read more

I rented the 18' x 30' combo bouncer that has a slide and basketball hoop and it was a big hit at my child's birthday party. The purple, pink and blue color of the bouncer also fit my carnival theme well. As they were setting up, I took a peek inside the bouncer to make sure it was clean, and it looked like it was. Very easy to book online and add on other rental items later. I realized I needed a table and lots of chairs about a week prior to the party and they were able to accommodate my request. I was told I'd receive a call before delivery but never did. The delivery guys did deliver on time but I thought I would get some notice before they showed up since I requested a call. When they were about to leave I asked them to call me before picking up the bouncer too but didn't receive a call then either. I think they should just say they are unable to call the day of so that I'm not expecting one. Overall, a good experience and I would rent from them again. read more

This place has been a headache since booking. I'm renting 3 tables and 25 chairs it's it's costing me 203 dollars! $63 for the tables and chairs and $140 for delivery fee! I accepted and paid the deposit because I need the tables and chairs. They only take Zelle or charge an additional fee for credit card. They told me they would deliver between 10-12 it's currently 1:33 while I wait at my party venue outside waiting for them to arrive.. I've called him twice and he said he was going to call me back in 5 minutes and he lied. I called again and he didn't answer. I've called him again and he answered at 1:40 And said he's coming now it'll be in 20 m Absolutely horrible customer service. horrible. read more

Their driver stole our money! We ordered several cocktail tables from them. The driver has no sense of time and showed up an hour early for the pickup. Sebastian told him he was supposed to pick up the tables an hour later. The driver who delivered the tables turned out to be completely incompetent. Not only did he park with hazard lights on Sunset Blvd in Brentwood, where traffic is extremely heavy, like on highway (when he was able to pull to our driveway, but he also stole our money! The driver spoke poor English. He was given cash and was told to bring back the change, but he pretended not to understand, went to his van and drove away! The dispatcher (Sebastian) was just as incompetent. He promised to return the $33 in change but ignored our request to send it via Zelle. The entire company is unprofessional, disrespectful, speaks broken English, and provides incompetent service! Avoid their services at all cost! read more

Would have loved to have the bounce house I ordered for my son's birthday. I arranged with the driver to deliver at a precise time when the rain was slated to stop -- which it did (and did not rain for two hours during the party). However, 30 minutes prior to drop off, they called to cancel to the weather and then refused to give me a refund. Also, beware they only take your deposit via zelle or venmo so you can't even dispute it. The driver said "he could come next Saturday instead" -- which doesn't make any sense as these bounce houses are ordered for specific events. The whole situation feels so scammy. read more

They did a wonderful job setting up a gorgeous culmination for 85 students. Stage, podium, seating, tents... Our campus was transformed! It looked amazing and they were efficient, right on time, and detailed. When we realized that we needed more chairs after they had delivered and set up, they went out of their way to come back and add the extra items to make sure that we had what we needed on time! I was looking for Sumo Wrestling and a Dunk Tank, after calling 10 other companies, I found Aladin was the most the most competitively priced and the most responsive. On top of that, Rosie went above and beyond to provide details on delivery, setup, day of coordination and Covid safety. I was so impressed with every person I spoke to that I will plan on using them for all future rentals. Amazing prices matched my amazing customer service! read more

My girls birthday was right around the corner and we had a Minnie Mouse theme. We looked around for bouncers that were Minnie Mouse and came across Aladin jumpers. When I called the woman who picked up was super sweet and helpful! She send me pictures of the bouncer, got me info, etc. Great customer service. So they delivered the bouncer and set it up. The bouncer was 12x12 and my wooden deck is 15x16, so I was like this will easily fit!! Well, apparently it barely fit and the front of the bouncer is now hanging off the front of my deck. I was a bit bothered by it, but lucky I had some ply wood and cement blocks and made a little ramp for the kids so they don't end up falling and can go you into the bouncer easily. The bouncer itself was awesome, but really wrinkled. The kids loved it, my daughter loved it and technically that's all that matters! The guys came back to clean it up, which is impressive how fast they wrap that huge thing up. And took it away. The next morning I look at my deck, BRAND NEW deck that I just built and spent over $2500 just on material... And it looks like crap. The sheeting they use under the bouncer scratched up the top of the deck and left black marks. My father in law stepped on gum from the sheeting which he accidentally stepped on the deck while catching his balance, and last but not least, there are two marks from the dolly taking the bouncer off the deck which not only scrapped the deck and chipped the wood, but even took off part of the stained area. What the heck?!! I didn't notice this stuff til the next morning. I not the type to sit there and call and get legal, but come on! If I knew it was going to be like this, I would have spent $50-100 and put my own sheeting that would keep my deck protected and gotten a ramp or something that wouldn't have freakin ruined my brand new deck! Overall, I have no problem recommending them to others, but I will warn everyone that their property may get damaged from my experience!! read more

My experience went pretty good with Aladin Jumpers. I called them their service was great and a GREAT PRICE! Had to change the party from a Saturday to a Sunday Called them and they did great with the switch. Probably the best price for what I was looking for a princess jumper, chairs, tables, cotton candy machine and animals. Delivery got there on times. Chairs were clean tables not so much, but didn't mind because we used table covers. Jumper was good and what I was looking for. Cotton candy machine was clean and work perfect. Now the best part of the party was the animals we rented with Aladin. Everyone love the ANIMALS and had a blast. The kids love it and the owners of the animals were great and friendly. The best price we found and the delivery was great came early and left us happy! For the pick up the guy called me and said if he can pick it up the next day. Which idiom mind it was better the kids jump all night. read more

Aladin Jumpers ruined a child's birthday party today!!! Fair warning that if you want your party to go off without a hitch, rent from elsewhere!! On the day of your special event, you don't want to be on the phone looking for the chairs & jumper that you were promised would arrive by a certain time, but arrived over 2 1/2 hours late!! The party was more than half over!!! On top of that, still expect the customer to pay over $200 for the rental that would be used for only another two hours! The manager/owner has no idea what customer service means!! It's all about the $$$ and greed!! They make you feel like you have no choice, but to take what they offer you. How rude!! Would you pay over $200 for that kind of attitude and disregard?? Guess what ... we said "NO, thank you!!" I recommend looking elsewhere if you don't want to worry about your next event!!! read more

I booked a jumper from this place onlinea few weeks before my party. The price included an $80 delivery fee which I was okay with. I called 2 days before the event since I hadn't received any other confirmation after my booking and the guy told me that the delivery fee would be $200 (which was based on my address and already calculated out for $80). I tried explaining that I already had a confirmed price through his website but he was set on overcharging. I had no choice but to cancel 2 days before my event, thankfully I found exactly what I needed for a better price from Tania's party rentals. read more

As I was searching for a vendor to rent a jumper for my daughter's party, I realized there are many vendors with negative reviews. So I thought I would leave a positive review in the hopes of helping others make an easier decision. I took a chance with Aladin Jumpers and was very happy with their service. They were professional when taking my call, gave me a good quote, and sent me a contract with confirmation via email. I didn't have to pay until they delivered. Although the driver was 10 minutes late, they apologized and was very responsive when I called for their ETA. Pick up was a breeze and he was definitely on time. Very friendly and got a receipt with payment. The jumper was clean and in great condition. Would absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you! read more

We used their services for my baby's welcome home party. They arrived on time and set up everything in under an hour, we feel we got a fantastic deal. Tarp, fake grass, 80 chairs, 10 tables, 3 tarp lights and a jumper. The service was great! Everything was clean and well maintained. The guys delivering the items were very friendly and professional. When it came time for them to pick up the items, they also came on time and worked quickly, and they were off! I highly recommend their services and I will recommend it to anyone that I know is having an event. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. read more

We had a pretty good experience with these guys. After a lot of shopping around, we found the Spongebob Combo C4 jumper we wanted. We were even able to negotiate them down a little to $210 with the generator (most places were around $250). They arrived on time at the Van Nuys Sherman Oaks Park and started setting up the jumper. I also ordered tables and chairs, which they quickly unloaded. Within 20 minutes everything was ready to go. The jumper was a hit for the kids. It looked brand new and clean. I only wish us adults were allowed to play a little! After the party, they arrived about 30 minutes later than their 1-hour pick-up window. I was really hoping they'd be there at the beginning of the window, so I was quite disappointed when they arrived late, especially since I'm responsible for the rentals and was stuck there waiting. All in all, I was happy with the rentals and the delivery guys were nice enough too. I'll certainly try them again whenever I need another jumper. TIPS: 1) Check out their website for a quick look at their selection. If you don't find what you're looking for, give them a call to see if they have it. The woman I spoke to (Rosie) was very helpful even called around to try and help me find a particular jumper. 2) Feel free to call them to add or remove reserved items (chairs, tables, etc) from your order. We even added a couple extra tables and chairs hours before the party. 3) If you're using the jumper at a public park, be sure to get a permit from the park office. VNSO charged $20 and this company's insurance policy was pre-approved by them, so it was an easy process. 4) If you offer to pay in cash, you might be able to negotiate a small discount. read more

We have used Aladin multiple times and each time we are blown away by their customer service and cleanliness. NOT this past weekend. In the past I have loved their speedy communication and ability to change orders last minute and most importantly, how clean they kept their jumpers. This weekend they dropped off the jumper, and rentals.. All was well until I noticed that it looked a bit dirty, but as a busy host, I walked away to do something else and forgot about it until I started noticing the kids coming out with black socks. The kids also mentioned that it looked like someone had puked on the ceiling. After taking a closer look, I realized how dirty this jumper was. It probably wasn't puke, but it was something that was not suppose to be there. If kids are complaining about the cleanliness of a jumper, something is wrong. We called them at the beginning of our party to complain, asking for them to bring a replacement, and was told that it was impossible for it to be dirty, since they clean after every party. After insisting it was like this when they delivered, the person on the phone said they would call the previous party rental to talk to them about it. What does that do for me??!! Terrible! Thank you Aladin for providing us with a dirty jumper, and not wanting to do anything about it after we complained. I'm giving them 2 stars, only because I've never had an issue with them before this weekend. Aladin, please keep your jumpers clean read more
