Terrible experience with Aladin Jumpers Party Rentals Be careful with this company. They tell you that if you are an Instagram follower you will get a 20% discount. On the invoice, they never disclose the discount. When the driver delivers the jumper, they demand the full price. If you refuse, they threaten to take the jumper back. If you expect a discount, make sure Boris or Rose clearly state it on your invoice. Otherwise, the driver will ignore the agreement and force you to pay full price. I do not recommend this company. Their driver stole our money! We ordered several cocktail tables from them. The driver has no sense of time and showed up an hour early for the pickup. Sebastian told him he was supposed to pick up the tables an hour later. The driver who delivered the tables turned out to be completely incompetent. Not only did he park with hazard lights on Sunset Blvd in Brentwood, where traffic is extremely heavy, like on highway (when he was able to pull to our driveway, but he also stole our money! The driver spoke poor English. He was given cash and was told to bring back the change, but he pretended not to understand, went to his van and drove away! The dispatcher (Sebastian) was just as incompetent. He promised to return the $33 in change but ignored our request to send it via Zelle. I rented the 18' x 30' combo bouncer that has a slide and basketball hoop and it was a big hit at my child's birthday party. The purple, pink and blue color of the bouncer also fit my carnival theme well. As they were setting up, I took a peek inside the bouncer to make sure it was clean, and it looked like it was. Very easy to book online and add on other rental items later. I realized I needed a table and lots of chairs about a week prior to the party and they were able to accommodate my request. I was told I'd receive a call before delivery but never did. The delivery guys did deliver on time but I thought I would get some notice before they showed up since I requested a call. When they were about to leave I asked them to call me before picking up the bouncer too but didn't receive a call then either. My girls birthday was right around the corner and we had a Minnie Mouse theme. We looked around for bouncers that were Minnie Mouse and came across Aladin jumpers. When I called the woman who picked up was super sweet and helpful! She send me pictures of the bouncer, got me info, etc. Great customer service. So they delivered the bouncer and set it up. The bouncer was 12x12 and my wooden deck is 15x16, so I was like this will easily fit!! Well, apparently it barely fit and the front of the bouncer is now hanging off the front of my deck. I was a bit bothered by it, but lucky I had some ply wood and cement blocks and made a little ramp for the kids so they don't end up falling and can go you into the bouncer easily. The bouncer itself was awesome, but really wrinkled. The kids loved it, my daughter loved it and technically that's all that matters! The guys came back to clean it up, which is impressive how fast they wrap that huge thing up. And took it away. The next morning I look at my deck, BRAND NEW deck that I just built and spent over $2500 just on material... And it looks like crap. The sheeting they use under the bouncer scratched up the top of the deck and left black marks. My father in law stepped on gum from the sheeting which he accidentally stepped on the deck while catching his balance, and last but not least, there are two marks from the dolly taking the bouncer off the deck which not only scrapped the deck and chipped the wood, but even took off part of the stained area. What the heck?!! I didn't notice this stuff til the next morning. I not the type to sit there and call and get legal, but come on! If I knew it was going to be like this, I would have spent $50-100 and put my own sheeting that would keep my deck protected and gotten a ramp or something that wouldn't have freakin ruined my brand new deck! Overall, I have no problem recommending them to others, but I will warn everyone that their property may get damaged from my experience!! read more

Had to change the party from a Saturday to a Sunday Called them and they did great with the switch. Probably the best price for what I was looking for a princess jumper, chairs,tables, cotton candy machine and animals. Delivery got there on times. Chairs were clean tables not so much, but didn't mind because we used table covers. Jumper was good and what I was looking for. Cotton candy machine was clean and work perfect. On the day of your special event, you don't want to be on the phone looking for the chairs & jumper that you were promised would arrive by a certain time, but arrived over 2 1/2 hours late!! The party was more than half over!!! On top of that, still expect the customer to pay over $200 for the rental that would be used for only another two hours! The manager/owner has no idea what customer service means!! It's all about the $$$ and greed!! They make you feel like you have no choice, but to take what they offer you. How rude!! I called 2 days before the event since I hadn't received any other confirmation after my booking and the guy told me that the delivery fee would be $200 (which was based on my address and already calculated out for $80). We had a pretty good experience with these guys. After a lot of shopping around, we found the Spongebob Combo C4 jumper we wanted. We were even able to negotiate them down a little to $210 with the generator (most places were around $250). They arrived on time at the Van Nuys Sherman Oaks Park and started setting up the jumper. I also ordered tables and chairs, which they quickly unloaded. Within 20 minutes everything was ready to go. The jumper was a hit for the kids. It looked brand new and clean. I only wish us adults were allowed to play a little! After the party, they arrived about 30 minutes later than their 1-hour pick-up window. I was really hoping they'd be there at the beginning of the window, so I was quite disappointed when they arrived late, especially since I'm responsible for the rentals and was stuck there waiting. All in all, I was happy with the rentals and the delivery guys were nice enough too. I'll certainly try them again whenever I need another jumper. TIPS: 1) Check out their website for a quick look at their selection. If you don't find what you're looking for, give them a call to see if they have it. The woman I spoke to (Rosie) was very helpful even called around to try and help me find a particular jumper. 2) Feel free to call them to add or remove reserved items (chairs, tables, etc) from your order. We even added a couple extra tables and chairs hours before the party. 3) If you're using the jumper at a public park, be sure to get a permit from the park office. We have used Aladin multiple times and each time we are blown away by their customer service and cleanliness. NOT this past weekend. In the past I have loved their speedy communication and ability to change orders last minute and most importantly, how clean they kept their jumpers. This weekend they dropped off the jumper, and rentals.. All was well until I noticed that it looked a bit dirty, but as a busy host, I walked away to do something else and forgot about it until I started noticing the kids coming out with black socks. The kids also mentioned that it looked like someone had puked on the ceiling. After taking a closer look, I realized how dirty this jumper was. It probably wasn't puke, but it was something that was not suppose to be there. If kids are complaining about the cleanliness of a jumper, something is wrong. We called them at the beginning of our party to complain, asking for them to bring a replacement, and was told that it was impossible for it to be dirty, since they clean after every party. After insisting it was like this when they delivered, the person on the phone said they would call the previous party rental to talk to them about it. What does that do for me??!! Terrible!
