HORRIBLE SERVICE!! They don't have fair prices I rented tables, chairs, and a jumper and they never even placed the tables or chairs they just left them on the floor. As a rental company they should either disclose that they're going to be doing half the job or have lower prices. DON'T waste your money on this place. Horrible Experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. They arrived an 1 1/2 - 2 HOURS LATE... AND WITH THE WRONG JUMPER HOUSE. From the beginning, they were super tough to get a hold of. After we had sent in the deposit, they never sent any kind of confirmation that our order was locked in. We had to chase them down to make sure that our money didn't just vanish. They have two numbers listed on their website, but one of them was never answered (or was even hooked up to any kind of voicemail system). On the actual day of the event, they were 1 1/2 - 2 hours late, and were completely unreachable via phone or email. We called and sent multiple emails, but no one responded, and we were completely in the dark. Can you imagine that for your event? You have a gaggle of 4 year olds, all of them wondering where the bouncy house is, and you have nothing but disappointment to give them. Other parents are looking at you, and you have nothing but excuses to give them. All because this company couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone or return an email on the day of the event. And it was a Saturday!! As a party company, shouldn't this be the #1 day that they should be glued to their phone and emails?!! And when they eventually did show up THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG BOUNCY HOUSE. So after telling everyone at the party that "Yay! The large van in the parking lot is the bouncy house!" their crew had to sit there and do nothing while we all waited for the correct house to show up. A horde of kids waiting for the bouncy house, and they had to stare at the workers sitting on the back tailgate instead. As a company that specializes in delivering and setting up bouncy houses... how do you not deliver the correct bouncy house?!! To make up for all of this, they simply offered us $50 off our next order. NEXT order? NEXT ORDER?! They think I'm going to use them again?!! If you love a little chaos and unpredictability on your kid's birthday party, then by all means, go with this company. Otherwise, be warned: STAY AWAY! read more

We recently rented a combo bouncer for my son's 4th bday. Because of covid we only had a few relatives but I AM SO GLAD WE THIS. My son was soo excited and we spent hours in it. For $10 dollars we extended pick up until the next morning. We bounced at night with flashlights and glow sticks! It was so pleasant that just lying in there and relaxing was fun. The people who came to set up and pick up were masked, professional, and kind. They even helped us trouble shoot a power issue ( turned out to be an extension cord issue). The person who answered the phone was very nice and extremely accommodating. I noticed that on the website many jumpers were not available (already booked) and she guided me to the ones that were available for the price range and features I was looking for. I will not lie, thinking about spending $300 for an obstacle course jumper was not was I was anticipating for having a birthday party for my 12 year old and on a budget. Though, between the customer service, how helpful and nice these people are, and for how awesome the obstacle course was, I am so happy we did it. These kids played for hours on end in this thing, and we paid $15 extra to have it over night, which only made them play in it longer. It was in great shape, they set it up fast and easy and they were so nice and sweet on the phone and in person. This will for sure be my go to place for getting jumpers for parties! Terrible company period. Had the worst experience with them cancelling last minute on an event due to having 8 stairs they counted and said were not reported. Their lazy! Counting steps and charging for it. For an elderly lady doing her grandsons birthday party. Give me a break. Leave your chairs and tables by the driveway is as far as they go. Everything was wonderful - the bounce house was exactly as pictured, the guys the delivered/picked up were very nice. Just a note when booking, the "event start/end time" is what they use for pickup/delivery times, not your event time. We thought they would contact us with delivery/pick up times and when they didn't we realized (Day of! Yikes!) that they use those times as delivery/pick up times. Watch out!! They provide faulty equipment that doesn't work and put the kids at risk. My 1 and a half yo daughter almost got suffocated when the jumper kept failing due to bad generator. Generator stopped every 20min. Called them more than 15 times, no one shoed up. Save the life of your loved ones and work with reputable company. EDIT: Never called?!? What a liar! Not only called (screenshots attached from one of our phones to their driver, as they start screening the calls), but also sent messages on yelp and text. See attached ... everything is documented.
