The brought the jumper, thoroughly sanitized it, and provided it with utmost courtesy and competency. We even left the sprinklers on at night by accident and system failure, as a result of which the entire jumper was soaking wet. When the guy arrived to pick up the jumper he spent 2 hours drying it and did it with such patience that it made me feel awful for such terrible inconvenience. The past two months I've gone to Xtreme party rentals last minute Edith times for my siblings birthdays and have been lucky enough to have an immediate response and they were able to give us a jumper for a great price. Our driveway is gated so Sam came by to make sure the jumper would fit first followed by delivering the jumper the day of the party and allowing us to keep it overnight as long as the gate was locked. We rented a bounce house for a last minute party at our house. Our event started early evening, and most rental companies that I had contacted were strict about picking up their units at 8pm, at the latest (the bounce house was dropped off early afternoon, so my kids were able to enjoy it for several hours prior). Sam was very accommodating and was willing to let us keep the rental overnight. However with rain in the forecast for early morning, he came later that night (after 10pm) for pickup.
