Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a bouncy house home rental! Sam was punctual, nice, super helpful, and hard working. Great guy and company all around. Unfortunately, we were unable to use xtreme jumper rentals for our party due to restrictions on our space, so this review is simply for the amazing customer service. Sam was prompt about replying and went out of his way to try to accommodate our needs. We ultimately decided our backyard just wasn't conducive to a bounce house, but Sam was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend them based on my experience. Communication is key- and Sam's is spot on. I will definitely consider them in the future if our situation changes. Thank you again, Sam! read more

Really nice service and communication both at time of drop off and pick up. Definitely recommend them to anybody..!

Excellent service and very professional. The team was prompt and within the scheduled windows. Highly recommended. Will use them for all parties going forward. Thanks Sam and Jonathan! read more

The brought the jumper, thoroughly sanitized it, and provided it with utmost courtesy and competency. We even left the sprinklers on at night by accident and system failure, as a result of which the entire jumper was soaking wet. When the guy arrived to pick up the jumper he spent 2 hours drying it and did it with such patience that it made me feel awful for such terrible inconvenience. Thank you for the wonderful experience ! read more

Ummm, I never got the chance to rent. I called to ask prices. I said it's for a park. He then became very rude. Him: "We don't do parks." Me: "Oh...why not." Him: "We just don't." Me: "Okay." Him: *hangs up* I can't give one star for a service/product I didn't use. The prices seemed pretty good. They were rude enough for me never to go again. read more

They refused to provide me service of the smallest jumper because I have 10 stairs to go down to my backyard. Unbelievable how people do not care about their business.. read more

Sam was fantastic in working with me at the last minute to rent tables for an event. Our previous contact for tables fell through and Sam went above and beyond to make sure we received the number of tables we needed. I am a Realtor and I helped my client prepare for a moving sale in order to prep to sell the house. Sam even helped in extending the the time frame we needed the tables and picking them up based on our schedule. In the future, if I ever need party rentals or renting of tables Xtreme party rentals and Sam are my go to party rental company. Thank you, Sam. read more

We used Xtreme Jumper Rentals for my son's intimate birthday and were VERY PLEASED!! I was incredibly pleased with Xtreme Jumper Rentals. From drop off to pick up their work effort and integrity were impressive. I had encountered poor customer care with another company recently and Xteme's attention to detail restored my faith. The jumpers were not only clean, enjoyed by all but during the initial set up the jumper was moved to a few different locations to ensure the best spot! I definitely look forward to using them again. read more

The past two months I've gone to Xtreme party rentals last minute Edith times for my siblings birthdays and have been lucky enough to have an immediate response and they were able to give us a jumper for a great price. Our driveway is gated so Sam came by to make sure the jumper would fit first followed by delivering the jumper the day of the party and allowing us to keep it overnight as long as the gate was locked. So professional and great service as well as a great price. So glad I found this company and will be contacting them for every party in the future. read more

I hired Xtreme party rentals for my sons birthday and he and all his friends loved every second of the bouncy with a slide and their huge popcorn machine (which comes with the corn and bags). Sam the owner and his worker were very professional and timely. They arrived early in the morning to scope the yard to make sure they found an area that was safe to place the bouncy. They were recommended by a friend of mine who was really happy with them and i also highly recommend this company. read more

We rented a bounce house for a last minute party at our house. Our event started early evening, and most rental companies that I had contacted were strict about picking up their units at 8pm, at the latest (the bounce house was dropped off early afternoon, so my kids were able to enjoy it for several hours prior). Sam was very accommodating and was willing to let us keep the rental overnight. However with rain in the forecast for early morning, he came later that night (after 10pm) for pickup. The unit was clean, reasonably priced, and the kids enjoyed it. Sam is great to work with; highly recommend this business! read more
