Lit Party Rentals really came through for me today. We had previously scheduled a jumper through someone on the FB market who no-showed and scammed me out of a deposit... My husband found Lit Party Rentals who were able to accommodate and supply a jumper within a couple of HOURS and completely saved our party!!! The 2 gentlemen who delivered and picked up were very professional, efficient and courteous. Very rapid with set up and pick up. The jumper itself was spotless and in great shape! I received a call about 20 mins before arrival to let me know theie ETA - it was so great as a mom can get wildly distracted while admidst party set-ups. Thank you, Lit Party Rentals! You saved the day, and we will DEFINITELY be using your services again for future parties!

Thank you fellow Yelpers for recommending Lit Party Rentals! They delievered a tropical bouncer for my daughter's party and it was a hit! A few quick bullet points: -Gary was EXTREMELY responsive via Yelp (which is how I communicated with him). Literally the fastest responder I've ever worked with! He answered my questions quickly and thoroughly...he was transparent and helpful -I asked for the unit to be delivered at 10:30am this morning. The delivery crew arrived at 10:05am and worked to accommodate us when one of our outlets wasn't working -I was supposed to have the unit until 4:30pm and they picked it up at 4:45pm. Yay for the extra 15 minutes :-) -The unit was clean and in great shape -The drop off and pick up crew were very courteous and professional -Easy reservation process, delivery, and pick up...huge if you are throwing a party and are busy running around doing other things I'm very pleased with my experience with Lit Party Rentals and will absolutely use them again if we need a bouncer in the future! read more

I have been renting jumpers and slides from Lit for months now during Covid. The guys are always delivering with masks and are very thorough with cleaning the jumpers. I will also say that delivery has been punctual and I've been lucky to keep the jumpers a bit longer at no additional cost. We never used them before but came highly recommended. I am so happy we gave them our service. Our rentals were delivered on time, we got chairs, tables some heaters, popcorn machine and some tents in addition to the bouncer we rented. All their equipment was new, nothing looked old or unstable. We are truly happy with their friendly service, Robert was so helpful and getting everything set up and flexible with out schedule. They are definitely going to be our preferred party rentals for all our events! Robert deserves 10 stars. The review is longe overdue! Chris & Gary are the best! First I'd like to start with their customer service! First communicated with them via yelp and then over the phone. Spoke with Chris who was very helpful and polite. I changed my mind at least 5 times but he was so patient with me. On the day of the party him and Gary came on time and set up the jumper in 15 min. The jumper looked so nice and clean. I loved everything about Lit Party Rentals! The business starts with customer service and for sure these guys know how to run their business. First let me say the staff get 5 stars! They were great! Very helpful and kind. The reason they lost a star though is the product itself. The opening where children go through is very small and I would see them wiggle to get through. After a few times with them going back and forth (in then down the slide and back in again) some had a red mark on their back from the material rubbing on them, like rug burn. Secondly, the "steps" they had to climb to get on top of the slide would give out while climbing. I remember my cousin coming up to me and asking to borrow a nail clipper because her daughters toe nail tip got bent backwards from trying to climb the steps and they would give out and her toes would scrape the material while falling down. That's it! Other than that. Great response time and great staff! read more

They were very accommodating and the pricing was very reasonable. My kids like bouncing and sliding. That makes them happy and makes party amazing. Last time ordered bouncing house and wet slides for my daughter birthday, and at last moment rental company cancelled my order, because of technical issues. That cause me a lot of headaches and of course prices went up. We almost gave up, but luckily I come across these guys! Spoke with Chris and then made a reservation with Garry, they delivered jumper next day on time and price was affordable, more then we get extra an hour. Gary was very helpful and kept it on a very professional level during his arrival. Reservation was easy. Unfortunately some school kids damaged the bounce house and I couldn't get that particular one, but I was offered a huge upgrade as compensation at no extra cost. I ended up cancelling and the deposit was totally refunded. Customer service was excellent throughout. He's responsive, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have exactly what you need for your event. The delivery team was just as impressive. Both guys were so sweet, polite, and respectful when setting everything up and made sure everything was perfect before they left. Pickup is handled just as effortlessly, which takes so much stress off the host. What I love most is how many options they offer -- they have something for every type of event, and everything is always clean, well-maintained, and looks great. We had been doing our best to continue social distancing but still wanted to show my two young kids a fun time after they've been stuck indoors for such a long time. It was very easy to request quotes via Yelp and Pam with Nice Bouncers responded within 15 minutes. I was impressed at the prompt response as well as the price for the quality of bouncers they were presenting. While other bounce house companies replying were gouging prices because of the holiday, Nice Bouncers were very reasonable and professional. I would say a top quality bouncer as well! The delivery man was professional and respectful and communication was great! Our family of 4 had an amazing day thanks to Nice Bouncers! I also love that they had tablecloth as an option to add to the order.. Thanks Chris and Lit Party Rentals for your great service! My son had a birthday party at Lake Balboa in Van Nuys and I needed tables and chairs for the event. Searched on Google maps and saw that Lit Party Rentals was close by (Van Nuys Location). Called and talked to Chris who gave me the upfront cost, which is really affordable, and scheduled the delivery and pickup. I had to change the event time later in the day and contacted Chris. He was cool with the changes and delivered the chairs and tables on time. After the party and around 6PM, the park closed the entrance and it was getting dark so I called Chris to let him know that he can pick up the tables and chairs. I was busy packing our party items so I can take my happy and exhausted family home. Chris was ultra cool about having to pick up the chairs and tables in the dark and said that it was "no problem!" Cannot thank Chris and Gary enough! in 2 words "life savors" . Initially I got pricing from different companies including Lit Party, for some reason I decided to go with other company "big mistake". they canceled me a night before my daughters party. the reason ? they double booked that unit. i immediately went on yelp again and called this guys! Chris was awesome as well as his partner Gary! they have this motto "Never let customer down" they delivered sparkling princess castle to my place and made my daughter super happy! let me tell you more about these guys : when I told them what happened and was planning to rate the other company 1 star and give them 5 stars Chris asked me not to rate the other company 1 star. why so? cuz this guy rock! polite and super accommodating person. the bouncy house was supper clean btw. read more

Lit party is awesome ! They lit up my son's 7th birthday with their great bounce house and tables! Chris was just awesome! Him and his partner were very quick with the set up and did exactly what we asked them to do. It was not a problem for them to change the location of the jumpers twice (my wife's plans were different then mine) :). The pick up was even more pleasure ! They arrived while the kids were still inside they patiently waited till the kids were completely done with the bounce house. This details add up to 5+ stars. We just had a housewarming party last weekend, Gary and his team did an amazing job setting up the bounce house and everything. Everything turned out amazing and kids had so much fun. The party wouldn't have been the same without the bounce house since we had 30+ kids.. it was the best decision ever to go with Lit Party rentals with their good packages which includes tables, chairs, heater, and the bounce house. My experience with Lit was so positive. Not only did Chris and crew show flexibility with the constantly changing details of my party location and size of my bounce house rental, when they arrived to drop off and pick up, they were endlessly nice and professional. I was looking to rent a jumper with a slide, chairs and tables and Gary offered one of their super affordable packages which came with a beautiful tropical jumper 12 chairs and 2 tables with discount. We've rented the castle jumper for my son's birthday at his preschool. Lit Party Rentals showed up on time for set up and pick up. Super nice guys. Also the teachers later told me, they had lots of different jumpers at the preschool before, but never ever had such a clean jumper. They were super impressed, so were the kids. Very good source for this type of entertainment-Tropical Combo with dry slide. Original order, delivery/setup, pick up went smoothly. This guys made our Christmas Party just perfect. On Dec 21 contacted them for 23rd. They arrived on time with a great jumper for the kids and tables and chairs for adults.
