A few quick bullet points: -Gary was EXTREMELY responsive via Yelp (which is how I communicated with him). Literally the fastest responder I've ever worked with! He answered my questions quickly and thoroughly...he was transparent and helpful -I asked for the unit to be delivered at 10:30am this morning. The delivery crew arrived at 10:05am and worked to accommodate us when one of our outlets wasn't working -I was supposed to have the unit until 4:30pm and they picked it up at 4:45pm.
