Equipment was set up an hour & 1/2 later than time reserved. No courtesy call was given to tell me they were running late. Some of the equipment was old and didn't even work properly. Left a message to discuss this issue, phone call was never returned. I would not rent from thus place again. read more

My party was scheduled for tomorrow March 18th which was already a reschedule. Extra fun has been great up to this point. They were easy to book, easy to contact. All the stuff right. Then last night my daughter (the birthday girl) gets sick out of nowhere. Stomach virus, I'll save you the icky details but I called first thing this morning to cancel. I was fully aware that I was going to be charged but I was really hoping considering it's vomit that it wouldn't be the 50%. I mean I'm doing what's best for them right. Well it was the 50% which even that I accepted without complaint and agreed to call back to reschedule. I got my cancellation receipt in an email and they didn't just charge me 50% of the total of the jumper. It's 50% of everything with taxes and the damage waiver. Explain to me how I should still have to pay for a damage waiver when the jumper will never be making it to my property. Ultimately I just feel like asking people to reschedule a full 5 days in advance or pay 50% is too much and seems greedy. I'm paying $90 for a party that isn't happening now and it makes me feel like I should have just let them deliver for just my daughter and hey if she puked in it, I would have the damage waiver. When we are able to reschedule this party it won't be with this company. read more

I used this company for my daughters first birthday at the weddington park. They were VERY professional, I definitely recommend this place. Delivery and pick up ran very smooth. Thank you guys! read more

I have been renting from them for 8 years but this year it looks like they have changed their personal or management and they are absolutely awful. Do not rent from them. Driver was rude management was disrespectful they have ruined my daughters birthday party. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! read more

We got a great rental but they were 2 hours late so make sure you say your party is a few hours earlier than it actually is!

Booked them for a child birthday party and they didn't deliver the moon bounce! I cant explain the disappointment of a little child that her birthday party was ruined. Don't trust them.... read more

This company is okay. I've used them three times already and Martin who is, I'm guessing, the Manager is always nice and also the workers. Pros: 1. They do deliver on-time. 2. They are a little cheaper than others. Cons: 1. They don't pick their equipments on time. I'm giving them the excuse that maybe they have other pick-ups that they have to do as well. 2. You can NEVER get a hold of them during weekends in case you need to call them. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get a call back from them. Rented a jumper, chairs and tables, and a cotton candy machine (which did not work at all). Waiting for my refund, read more

Wonderful service and experience! Great quality jumper (we rented a 17ft water slide for our daughter's birthday party)! After it was delivered, I realized that I had scheduled the pickup to be two hours earlier than we needed it to be here for other friends coming by at the end of the day. I called Ivan and he was so gracious! He said he could happily move the pickup time to be at the earliest 2 hours later than I had paid for (and was extra wonderful by offering it without the extra fee I assumed we would need -- and were willing -- to pay!). Thank you!! read more

We rented a bounce house with slide, kid tables and kid chairs for my son's birthday party this past weekend. The chairs were cuter than expected! The bounce house was great and performed as expected and the table were great. They driver was professional and on-time. It was such a smooth process. When I called the office the day before to add more chairs and tables they were helpful and friendly. Thank you for making our party such a great success! read more

I didn't even get a chance to order their bouncy due to such poor the service of one personnel. The man was insistent on telling me how arrangements need to be done versus working with my schedule for the event. My party is at a park, so I needed a bouncy for a birthday party at a certain time. Now I understand having a window for their delivery drop off but this man wouldn't budge stating that they have a 1 hour window for drop off and pick up. This is understandable that they need some time to set up. But he went to to say that I need to wait around he entire hour before the party for heir guy to come drop off the. Lunch which is nuts. If the party is at 10am I need to wait 9-10 for them to deliver and refuse to give a fixed time closer to the event. My party is at a large park so I let him know I needed more exact timing since I will be driving to the park with lot of arrangements and food. He refused to work with my requirements so I refused to use their bouncy. When I let him know his customer service was poor he tried to tell me he has a kid too and how I should manage my morning before a birthday party better! Maybe they need to be in a different business. I'd say stay away they are not the cheapest bouncy company and have terrible service for what they charge. Save your money go elsewhere. read more

Rented on line, a mickey water slide. The kids loved it. Only thing I would suggest to this business is call ahead before delivering 3 hrs early. At least call the client 30 mins out before arrival. Other than that, I would totally use them again. read more

I used this company in 2019 right before the pandemic, and they were good, so I decided to use them for the same event this year. Not only, did they break their contract, which they signed, but they were indignant about it. Originally, they agreed to pick the equipment up the next day, and then days later they said they had to pick it up the same day, and 30 minutes before our event was over. I agreed, but then they sent an email saying they would drop off the equipment off between 12 and 2pm. I specifically wrote in the contract that drop-off was 5pm. When I called them to explain that we were open to the public, and we could not set up, the manager said they would just cancel our order. Not wanting to disappoint 500 people who were coming to the event, including so many kids who were looking forward to all the jumpers, I agreed to try and accommodate what we could, but had to cancel one of the biggest attractions that we had rented, which was disappointing. The person I spoke to, Ivan, was so rude, tried to overtalk me, and didn't care if they had our $3,000 of business. You know what, I am definitely not giving them $1 more. I won't use them in the future, and I encourage others not to use them. They get one star, due to the fact that the guys that dropped off the inflatables that we could accommodate during public hours were super nice, respectful, and absolutely helpful. The management is absolutely not. read more

Totally wouldn't recommend my friend paid 240+ for a jumper that was only working every 10 minutes the generator kept shutting off we called the person that dropped it off he told us to keep moving the lever to the left this was a couple months ago I just couldn't find the paper of what we paid it was was on a Sunday we could never get a hold of someone in the office read more

I have been renting jumpers for 3 years now from this company. Once we used them for a birthday party El Carisso park in Sylmar. We have used the mb at home as well. The jumpers are ALWAYS CLEAN! They do not look beat up or torn. I have NEVER in my life seen jumpers this amazing! The 5-1 combo is a great deal! Once inside it has a basketball hoop, slide, stairs, and extra room for bouncing around. They never disappoint. Excellent customer service. THANK YOU! read more

They arrived 2 hours late and were unapologetic. The office staff was rude from day one. I will never do business with this company again. The driver, Victor, was pleasant and apologetic and we felt bad that the company put him in this situation but they need to get their act together. read more

Extremely rude customer service. I asked if they deliver to my area (Montebello) and they said they are over four hours away. I didn't know it took four hours to drive 20 miles, but hey. Maybe they are coming by a horse-drawn carriage. It's my assumption that the man I spoke with didn't know my area and couldn't be bothered to look it up. Unless they are based in San Francisco or something, I don't see how they are over four hours away. I would recommend staying away if they are all too happy to shoo away a customer in under a minute. read more

DO NOT RENT anything from this company. I rented a few games as well as the cotton candy machine, first let me start off by saying ALL of there equipment is DISGUSTING...it is so dirty that we did not use the cotton candy machine as well as the frog toss game,..because it was so dirty that as soon as they set it up i went to wipe it down and it was covered with ants!!! the ants did not come from my house because i watered and wiped everything down before they got here.. Then the next thing is we rented the bubble popper game.. we rented (2) two of them and neither of them worked.. then we also rented the inflatable table...the balls were flat so that did not work either!!! I spent so much money and they were just rude and unhelpful!!! WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM!!! EVER!!! DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!! rent somewhere else!! read more

We used EFJ for my daughter's 3rd birthday party. They were fantastic from the beginning! We had a little difficulty with the first park and had to change locations but EFJ was amazing at accommodating the change. The park in Burbank was very strict on timing and when the house could be set up taken down, but EFJ made sure it was done within the limits and quickly. They were polite, efficient, clean, the bounce house looked great, everything was perfect. Thank you so much for accommodating us and easily as you did! I will definitely use you again and refer my friends to you! Thank you, thank you, thank you! (My friend will be calling to book you soon! haha) read more

This company is amazing. They are very loving and helpful. They make all my parties very rememberable. They have great prices and a variety of amazing jumpers. Very clean, always on time. We ordered the 4 in one combo bouncer/water slide with splash pool. My son's party was a fantastic success and the water slide/jumper was the hit of the party! All the kids had a blast and were on it from the time the party started at 11 till it wound down around 4pm. We received a confirmation call 3 days prior, the night before they called to ask if they could deliver it an hour early due to their busy line up the next day, they delivered and set up in about 15 minutes, and my son was already hitting the slide before the water was even hooked up, they didn't pick it up till noon the next day (we were notified beforehand) and all at no extra charge. Courteous and professional, the bouncer/water slide was worth every penny spent! I would DEFINITELY recommend and order from them again next time! read more

VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE & customer service!!! Late delivery - supposed to deliver the jumper, tables/chairs, etc. at 11am, they came past 12 noon. Late pick up - 7pm pick up turned out to be 8:54pm. We were sitting in the dark at the park, freezing cold, approached by the park police four times because the park was way past closed. When we called the people who were going to pick up the items, the idiot women hung up the phone on us, twice! She was the one who was upset because they were an hour late!!!???? Told us they'll be at the park in "20 minutes," but it was actually an hour! Aside from this, they even forgot to deliver the games that came with our package. I WILL NEVER EVER use this company again!!!! GOOD LUCK if you want their service!!!! read more

The worst customer service! The man on the phone was so rude! They will not deliver to parts of Los Angeles unless you order $300 worth of bouncy houses and rentals. The only reason I was considering using their company is because my son is set on having a Paw Patrol bouncy and sadly they are one of the only ones I can find. But they will not take my business of $186 (bouncy and table/chair rental) because my home is too far from their location in Sun Valley. I'm just in the Pacific Palisades. The other bounce house company I use is in Sun Valley and they have never questioned coming to my home. I would definitely NOT recommend this company!!!! read more

Ivan and his team provide a really smooth and high quality service. We rented jumpers, a photo booth, pop corn and cotton candy machines for an event on 6/4. We have used extra Fun Jumpers before, and the equipment as always, was in good condition and clean, Delivery was on time and the delivery team were excellent and worked very hard on a day with 100 degree temperatures. I would thoroughly recommend using this company for events, and we will definitely continue to do so. read more

Mark is very accommodating and always follows up! They follow all protocols to assure everyone is protected. I was not able to procure a park permit in time and Mark was more than understanding and followed through the whole process. I have no doubt that it would have been a great experience, but I was not able to obtain a jumper, hence the 3 stars. Next time I have a party, I will make sure to follow all protocols and then I can give them the a full review! read more

Used Extra fun for this first time this weekend for my sons 5th birthday party. I ordered a small jumper, 10X20 canopy, 3 tables and 20 chairs. Ordering online was easy and options for deposit or full payment make it convenient budget wise. The driver arrived early however I've been doing kids parties for a while (he is my 3rd) so I know that they normally deliver early so we were prepared and thankful. The set up was easy and the equipment was clean and in good condition. This was my first time using them and I am a satisfied customer. I will be ordering from them again when the need arises. read more

Booked a bouncer and multiple tables and chairs (and umbrellas, too) of various sizes for my daughter's birthday party only about a week and a half in advance, so availability was great. They arrived on time and set everything up perfectly and it was all in great condition. The only reason for my 4 stars is that pickup was supposed to be at 8pm and they didn't come until almost 10, which was a little annoying because we had to wait up for them and they weren't reachable after hours via phone. Would rent again, though! read more

I called day before to request a bounce house for the very next day. With less than 24 hours notice, Ivan came through!! I could not have been more pleased. It was delivered on time and set up with no problem. Delivery guy was pleasant and cordial. He was running late on the pick up but called in advance to let me know. Very reasonably priced, $85. No extra charge for next day order. I will definitely use them again! read more

I'm so happy I found this place online to rent a water slide. The employees are very courteous and take they're time to help. I wasn't able to get the slide that I had in mind, but that was my fault because I went one day before my event. So they helped me chose something similar and it was so great!! The prices are very reasonable and they delivered on time! So professional. Everybody loved the waterslide we had at the event. I definitely will return in the future! I thank them. read more

I've been using them for 4 years now. Every year for my sons bday. They're awesome.

Timely, prompt service with excellent communication and EXTREMELY understanding with the need to postpone or cancel an event. We had scheduled a birthday party for our son, but he got sick and the day before the party we needed to postpone. It was no problem to get a raincheck. We rescheduled for two weeks later, but this time the weather report the day before indicated it was going to rain. They called us to check if we wanted to postpone or cancel--and even though it was past the cancellation deadline, they were fine with us cancelling the order. Very understanding and very flexible. They're our rental place of choice for birthdays or other kid events. read more
