My kid's party was a success. I found the perfect jumper for my kid and the guest had a great time. The selection of jumper is impressive.

Extra fun jumpers was a great company to work with. Very detailed and all the workers were super nice. Started my booking with Junior who was great and gave me all the information I need to get my park permits and I finalized my booking with Ivan. Thank you guys for great service, detailed clear communication, great jumpers and competitive pricing! Will definitely use you guys for future parties. read more

I attempted to order the Toy Story 4 in 1 jump combo for my sons 3rd birthday party coming up in June. Completed the order process online and was prompted to call the company for special arrangements. Was informed that because I live in Lomita, which is 38 miles from their office, I would need to place a minimum order of $1250.00. I asked the gentleman on the phone if he thought that was a little ridiculous. His response, "I respect your opinion sir". I'll be looking elsewhere. read more

They are great! We have used Extra Fun Jumpers for bounce houses and table and chair rentals for my kids birthday parties at our house in Santa Monica, and just recently we used them for a tent, tables, chairs and heat lamp in our backyard for Thanksgiving. They are always professional, courteous, on time and reliable. Their website makes it super easy to order things. I think they are great and am so glad they exist! read more

We rented a jumper for my sons 2nd birthday on June 3, 2017. The setup time and delivery was great. No problems there they showed up when they said they would and had received a call the day before about early delivery the day off which was great. The pick up was a totally different story. My jumper was supposed to be picked up at 9pm on the 3rd it was 10:30pm and no one had called or showed up. When I tried calling the office it was closed. I finally got a call at 11:30pm that they would pick it up the next day due to the driver having delays, which I assumed at this point since it was extremely late already, so I said it was fine to just let me know what time she said she would call back and never did. The next day came and no one called me to notify me when they were coming to pick up the jumper and I had things to do. I called at 10am on the 4th the gentlemen said he was going to call the driver right now and call me back. After an hour of waiting and no call back I had to call them back, the gentleman gave me attitude saying he just spoke to the driver he said "ma'am I had trouble getting a hold of him I just got off the phone they will be there at 1pm" I informed the gentleman on the phone that I had things to do and cannot wait on them but I will wait till 1pm. I waited until 1pm wasted my day waiting for them and no one showed up, finally they decided to show up until 2:15pm, like really. Still no call no nothing complete disrespect to customer time. The setup went smooth and great but the pick up and communication was horrible. read more

I was very pleased with this company. I had never used them before, but for my son's 7th birthday party we ordered the extra fun 5 in 1 combo jumper, a canopy, chairs and tables. I was helped by Carlos and they came right on time and set up everything just the way we wanted it to be. We even called and asked if they could do a late pickup and they said they would do that for no charge, they came later on and packed up and cleaned everything. Their prices are also cheap compared to other companies. My wife and I recommend this company to all of our friends. read more

These guys have all types of cool stuff for your kids party/celebrations. Their prices are real modest and were on time. Very pleased with the way the jumper and tables worked out. Thanks Carlos n crew. read more

Never again will I use this company. I thought, why not give this company a try since I have used another company before and paid a bit more. I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE!!!... so it was raining on the day of our party and we got a call the day before saying that they are cancelling the moon bounce BUT are charging us $45 for the tables and chair rental since "they don't make money on tables and chairs." I'm sorry you don't make money on those, then maybe just be in the bounce house business. We were going to ask if they could bring the moon bounce the next weekend but after that, I was fed up. The chairs and tables are brought on a flatbed, so they were soaking wet! RUDE PEOPLE!! Never again will we deal with this company. So sad that they have received good reviews. FYI, tables are not clean as promised and the people who did drop off the equipment put the tables in the mud!!!! So we ordered 25 chairs and 3 kid table/chairs and were charged $124.25.... never ever going to pay that much for tables and chairs again. Not accommodating at all. Not our fault it rains, but you do pay if it does!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... RENTER BEWARE. If only I could give 0 stars... read more

This review is long over due. I love this place fast service friendly people and on time! Not to mention the only jumper rental that had a mario themed banner! Thank you for making my 3 year old happy read more

The absolute best jumper company I have ever worked with. No doubt in my mind, I would recommend to friends and family.

Used this service for the third time, but this most recent experience was beyond expectation. We booked a combo bouncer with slide for a birthday event. The day before the event, they called to let us know that the weather forecast rain and checked to see if we still want them to set up the bouncer. I was impressed that they would let us know that in advance even at the cost of losing a sale for them. I couldn't make up my mind and said I would call back. I called back later, the owner explained to me that it would be wet inside the bouncer if I still want to set it up under the rain. He was very honest, at the end, he switched me to a smaller bouncer without the slide so I would save half of the cost in the event of the rain and we can't fully utilize the combo bouncer. He did lose some money since the rental cost was half but I am sure he will gain many more future sales for running an honest business. In addition, they were on time in set up and pick up, the bouncer was nice and clean. We wouldn't be happier and will come back again and again. Thank you. read more

I will NEVER rent from them again. It felt like every time I talked to them it was an argument. I spoke to Mark at first which he was lovely then I spoke with Ivan and that was a terror to say the least. Rude and always would say he did t remember our previous convo etc and seemed to blame it on me that I directly didn't tell him that I had told mark. What?? I made the reservation and confirmed with Ivan. It was a mess. The delivery men were great. Unfortunately it started to rain and I had called Ivan to beg for another pop up that I was willing to pay whatever it took and I wud pick it up and he was like no we don't do that sorry. Umm really way to help us out. Then I asked hi if I shud turn the bouncer off bc the generator was getting wet and he was like its up to u. Really? Well thankfully the 65 people I had there with their kids all heard never to rent from them. It was my bad since Burbank only had about 4 jumper companies u cud pick from and I choose bad. Any fellow teachers or mommies out there go with another jumper company plz!! read more

Thank you Extra Fun Jumpers! This place is amazing. They were able to provide us with a last minute water slide within half an hour! Ordering was super easy, great customer service who went out of their way to find us a driver for the last minute delivery. My new go to place. read more

If I could give these guys more stars I would! They provide exceptional service. They have a Huge variety of jumpers and went way out of their way for my last event. The city of Glendale decided at the last minute to throw us a curve ball but Ivan was willing to meet with the city to discuss their concerns JUST so MY party could happen. I highly recommend their business. I will be using them for all future events. I'm absolutely grateful for all their efforts ! read more

I was in the process of trying to rent a jumper, I spoke to Ivan and we discussed different options. I sent a picture of my front yard to verify if the slant of my drive way was safe. I received TWO "okays" that the jumper would work for my yard. Then I called in and spoke to a different representative and he was very rude. He kept interrupting me, didn't let me explain the situation and then began to assume that I did not care about the safety of my kids. He was completely unaware of the situation but talked out of his a$$. I decided to take my business elsewhere, if you do rent from them make sure you stick to talking to ONE rep not 4 different ones. read more

On time delivery and pick-up of clean and fun Dinosaur Jump/Slide Combo. Everyone had a great time at the 3 year old birthday party. : )

Amazing Company!! Used them twice and both times they where great!! We got the hippo chow down and it was a huge success! All of the products are clean and they have a huge selection of products! the only problem is that they don't take American Express which is fine but kind of annoying for us. read more

This year for my son's second birthday we decided to go for the bouncy castle at his birthday party. Extra Fun Jumpers not only had a huge range of bouncy houses (we were doing a Thomas the Train theme - which they had), but were reasonably priced, timely, and courteous. Highly recommend. read more

I was a bit nervous about the reliability of different bounce house companies after reading a bunch of reviews online, but I gave Extra Fun Jumpers a try! I worked directly with Ivan and he took care of us! I planned to call him the day before the event to confirm delivery for the next day, but he beat me to it. At 8:30AM, he called to confirm the exact jumper we wanted would be delivered the next morning! We were off to a good start. The next morning, the team arrived two minutes early and had it up and running within a few minutes. It was super clean--and we're very picky!!!!! We were so incredibly pleased. We would definitely stick with Extra Fun Jumpers in the future for all of our special events. read more

My Family and I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company yesterday. The generator we rented died 2 hrs ahead of time causing the bounce to deflate on 13 toddler/children. Luckily there were enough adults around to hold up the bounce and get the children out, people around at the time were also nice enough to give us there contact information. I will be starting a petition to have this company removed from the parks and recreation list. We called 6 times after that and were not able to get ahold of anybody from this company until 5 mins before pick up. Ivan the owner of the company had the audacity to have an attitude with both me and my wife. The female driver (didn't catch her name) yelled at both me and my wife informing me that she did not represent the company. I have had to cancel my credit card as they refused to give me a full refund. I will never use this company again nor would I ever recommend it to any family member/friend, in fact, I strongly discourage you from going with this bounce company. i don't usually write a a review with a company even if the service was less than satisfactory, however, this company, its owner, its workers, and the equipment were all so below my family's expectations that I felt obligated to warn you against this company. Lastly I received a call back this morning from Ivan threatening me that unless I paid half price he would "make this personal" to which I say GOOD LUCK! read more

I had a very positive experience with this company... my boss asked me to book a jumper for her son's 8th birthday party and he had chosen a specific jumper he really wanted on another company's website. I tried to book with them but first, they didn't have the jumper available on the day we wanted and then when I was even willing to switch the day, they wouldn't deliver to our area even though on the website it said our area was included in their delivery locations. Frustrated, I searched other companies and found Extra Fun Jumpers. On their site, I saw that they had the EXACT same jumper for even less! Plus, they had a Sunday special! I called them right away, hoping it was still available. I spoke to Ivan on the phone and he was great- the jumper was available, no problem delivering to our area, etc. The whole transaction was quick and hassle-free. They delivered the jumper on time the day of the party, set it up quickly, and it was wonderful! I appreciate the ease with which you can place orders, the prices compared to their competitors, and the quality of what we got. read more
