This business has down customer service to a "T." Called at the last minute to arrange a birthday bouquet for my daughter and Jackie responded via text shortly after I left a telephone message. Gave her a budget and full design control. She committed to the delivery time and followed thru the next day with a gorgeous balloon presentation delivered. It is so rare these days to get that old fashioned Nordstroms type of customer service. read more

Jackie is an amazing person to work with. Given that I decided to place my order of balloons Wednesday for my Saturday event, she was patient and asked me check out her gallery of pictures and get an idea of what I want. I found great number of photos of her balloon arrangements and called her back in 10 mins. We chatted about cost and options to work with my budget. On the day of the event, Jackie and team arrived as scheduled and set up my arrangements in minutes. I will highly recommend Cabrera's Balloons and use their services. Why not give the work and headache of blowing up balloons to Cabrera's.... they love what they do and their arrangements show it! In the end.... they saved me the frustrations I would have had if I had to do the job myself. So worth it. Jacky was amazing. Since the first day we spoke in getting a quote, she was really nice and her prices are reasonable. She does not try to upsell you in any way. I ordered two 5-foot column balloons (2-colors) plus a big balloon on top at $90.00 each. Her delivery fee to West Hills was reasonable too. When she delivered the balloons, she sets it up for you as well. I will definitely call her again for the next event I have! read more

This is the best balloon place I have ever used. My grandkids were both not feeling well and I wanted to send something to cheer them up. Unicorns and vehicles are what they each love the most, so naturally I wanted to incorporate that into the balloons. I tried a few places that told me it would be impossible to get an order like that out today. Then by some miracle I found Jackie at Cabrera's Balloons. She totally understood what I needed and worked extra hard to make it happen. She was kind and easy to work with and made dealing with her a pleasure. I cannot recommend then enough! read more

It has taken me all day today to consider whether or not to write a review because I never got to experience their services. Yesterday evening on my way home from work I found Cabrera's on my Yelp because I needed balloons for a co-workers birthday and their Yelp states they open at 7am which worked out perfectly for me because that meant I can stop in on my way to work the next day (today). I called and a woman answered I told her I needed some balloons, about 10, and she said she could help me and told me the price. I told her I would come by to pick up the next day and she told me that I had to order them, pay and then pick-up, which I had no problem doing, but then she asked me what time I planned on coming in the morning and I told her when they open, around 7am. She let out a little grunt and told me instead of ordering now to just call her in the morning when I'm on my way and advised me her business is run out of her home. This morning as I was leaving my house (it was past 7am), I called and got no answer; I left a message. A few minutes later, I called again and NO ANSWER. I had to rush to a local Von's and buy their balloons. I'm really disappointed because I really wanted to try this business and perhaps make it my new go-to balloon spot. If my order was too "small" for what she is accustomed to I would have appreciated her telling me so that I didn't have to scramble at the last minute. read more

This is such a wonderful business. I called at noon and a giant Spider-Man balloon was delivered by 1:15! The woman who helped me so kind and helpful. I worked with Jackie on 18 centerpieces for a large dinner. I was concerned about the price, as the dinner was for a non-profit. She understood perfectly, and provided exactly what we needed, in our price range. This was the third time I have used her company, and have never been disappointed!
