Came here looking for balloons for my special gf. I was drawn to their business due to location, nice looking website, and the ability to select my own bouquet of balloons. For the custom bouquet, you can choose from a variety of balloons, including mylar, jumbo, and late balloons, each balloon ranging between $3 to $20. Since I needed the balloons the same day I messaged the business asking if it could be accommodated. I received a reply not too long after assuring it could be done. Since the website did not have any item numbers for the balloons, the business owner asked that I come in and place the order as that would be easier. The business is tucked away in the back of a building with no real clear business sign facing the street, so a bit difficult to find, but I was able to manage by parking in the nearby business lot and waking through the gates leading to the back. Upon entering the business doors I was greeted by a gentlemen and introduced myself as the person who had called earlier that morning. I asked the guy if he had a catalog with pictures of the balloons available so that I can identify the balloons for the bouquet, but he did not. Instead, we had to use the website. The website had several pages of balloons, and when the guy asked me which page the balloons were located, I told him I was not sure and that we would need to go through each page, which seem to frustrate him. I felt as though his frustration was the result of poor organization on the part of the business. I ended up getting a "I love you" with donuts, leopard pattern, rose gold, and confetti balloon. Although the web site indicated the butterfly balloon was available it was actually sold out. Not a surprise because it seemed as though there may be some room for improvement in their inventory management based on the store organization. The guy mentioned that the normal helium would only last for 8 hours, and if I wanted them to last 3 or more days I would need to pay 50 cent extra per balloon. He said this is standard treatment used among other shops. I wished I had known this before coming into the shop, as I felt that is an important costs that should be disclosed on the website. After the balloons were inflated and i was able to see the composition of the balloons, I felt it looked a bit scarce, so I asked the guy if he recommended that I add a few more balloons to make the bouquet look more composed. He was helpful in suggesting some additional balloons in different colors. All in all, the composition was nicely put together. read more

This is the second time I have ordered from Balloon Monster and it's so easy! You can choose between creating your own balloon "bouquets" or choosing one of their "bouquets." The first time, I was trying to hide the balloons from my kids for a surprise party and Balloon Monster was super cooperative in calling me before the delivery, arriving early, and letting me come out to meet them so that I could hide the balloons.
