She's professional, prompt & provides a high-quality product. The columns she made for the entrance & the 6'-tall numbers she created exceeded my expectations. Up till yesterday, I thought balloon decorations were unnecessary & not worth the expense. I was mistaken- they made the event feel more festive & the cost was reasonable. We reached out to Yvette's balloons to inquire about getting a balloon archway for our opening day for our local Little League. (SMLL) They were quick to respond to our inquiry and not only provide transparent pricing, but also other options that would help our theme of Baseball. If I could give Yvette more than 5 stars I would! Our company was having a last-minute event and we were scrambling to find balloons to decorate a small area of the room. I found Yvette through yelp and I'm so thankful that I did. She was so quick to respond back and was just so amazing and helpful. I showed her an example of the balloon bundles I was aiming to get and she was so patient as I was describing what I was trying to look for. She seriously showed up and amazed me! She came to our office early in the morning to help set up the balloons and they turned out so good! We got 4 balloons bundles and giant silver balloon letters. So appreciative that she was able to pull things together on short notice. I'm definitely going to use her for balloon decorations from now on. Also, her pricing is fair especially since she goes out to retrieve the supplies, and shows up to decorate, and blow up the balloons. She's awesome! read more

Absolutely top-notch quality and service! We asked for balloons to create a backdrop for our mom's surprise 60th birthday bash. Coordinating with Yvette was a breeze, her communication was spot-on, and she always replied promptly. Even when we were running an hour behind schedule for delivering the arch, Yvette was incredibly understanding and polite. She patiently waited and assisted in setting up the stunning balloons. I called Yvette with a last minute order for a birthday balloon bouquet for a friend who was in the hospital. She immediately responded and worked with me to design a beautiful bouquet. She also personally delivered the bouquet to the hospital. Yvette was so accommodating and kind, and very gracious about my very short notice request. Yvette created an eye-popping balloon garland for our outdoor, drive-by baby shower! Everyone who saw it raved about it (even the neighbors). Yvette was wonderful to work with, showed up on time, worked efficiently, and produced a gorgeous product. Yes, there are lots of YouTube tutorials on how to make your own, but it takes a lot of practice, a great eye, and tremendous patience to create what Yvette produced for us at a reasonable price.
