I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jackie and the team at Go Big Events Co.! Jackie was an…read moreincredible partner in helping me bring my vision for my 50th birthday celebration, Studio 50, to life. I had a VERY specific creative vision and had spent months dreaming up and curating all of the details--from the different spaces, colors and décor to signage, feathers, sequins, disco balls and all the little surprises throughout the night. Jackie completely embraced my ideas and was amazing at helping me figure out how to execute them beautifully on the yacht. She was organized, responsive, patient, resourceful and genuinely cared about getting every detail right. She went above and beyond, even coming to my house the Sunday before the party to pick up all of the things I had collected so I wouldn't have to worry about transporting everything myself. That tells you exactly the kind of person she is--so sweet, so helpful and always looking for ways to make things easier. And then I walked onto the yacht the day of the party and WOW. Seeing this crazy vision I had been carrying around in my head actually brought to life was incredible. Jackie and her team executed everything beautifully and pulled all of those pieces together exactly as I had envisioned. My guests were absolutely blown away, and I heard over and over again how incredible everything looked. Even people who work on the yacht commented on how transformed the space was! Most importantly, Jackie gave me the confidence that everything would be handled on the day of the event so I could stop producing and actually enjoy my own party. That was priceless. I would work with Jackie and Go Big Events Co. again in a heartbeat. If you have a big vision and want an amazing partner who will listen to you, embrace your ideas, care about the details and help you MAKE IT HAPPEN, Jackie is the one. Thank you, Jackie, for helping me bring Studio 50 to life so beautifully. It was everything I envisioned--and seeing it all come together was absolute magic. Amy

From the initial inquiry through the the day of the party, communication was prompt and fully detailed. She took my general idea for my baby's party and came up with a brilliant design, sharing ideas and photos along the way to make sure we were happy with the vision long before the actual party. On the day of, she came at the agreed upon time and set everything up with ease. She even added an extra board to complete the backdrop because she thought it would make the whole picture look better with that extra little touch. Then she came and disassembled everything after the party too, leaving us with the personalized birthday sign that we still have in our baby's room today! I would highly recommend using Go Big Rentals for any balloon needs! Jackie was so easy to work with and came up with the cutest ideas. I have never had a bad experience with a vendor until this one. There were issues with the decals,…read morethat she made my problem when it's her business to provide the service I paid for and although I tried to be understanding, I was asked for additional money and even faced the possibility of cancellation just one week before my daughter's birthday party. We came to an agreement, and I even paid extra for her time despite not receiving everything that was originally agreed upon. At the party, she then wanted to charge an additional amount for what she considered damage. I tried to come to an agreement, and the situation became a public dispute at my daughter's birthday party. Even after she was asked multiple times to leave and did not. This caused a whole scene at the party when the issue could have been resolved at a later time instead of ruining our family party over a monetary issue, which is horrible customer service. In my experience, her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not use this vendor again. This was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend her service at all, if i could give it 0 stars i would.
