I selected Kham from HPE after seeing the beautiful work she did on events from her Instagram page! I knew I wanted to hire her for my drive-by babyshower because I figured I would be too fatigue to delegate and organize tasks in my last trimester. I had planned my own wedding years before and was hesitant to hire an event planner, but Kham made me feel so at ease!! Kham took care of everything including making sure I had proper signage during the pandemic to ensure safety measures - photos attached. I was so pleased with the final outcome of my Boho Rainbow theme babyshower as Kham honored my request for muted colors and gender neutrality! Her work is magic!! More so, as an event planner Kham is super sweet, attentive to your needs, and willing to 'make it work'. I had last minute changes such as deciding to opt out of my fruit-infused water drink bar display to minimize guests from taking off their masks due to the on-going pandemic and she had no problem with my decision. Kham offered options as well if you are undecided about decor and helped with finding phrases you may want to incorporate in your displays. I was at first undecided if I should get a photographer, but I am so happy I did with Kham's suggestions and vendor partnerships. Kham will be prepared with an Excel spreadsheet and give you costs upfront. It was easy to trust her because it was like talking to one of your girlfriends as you plan your event. We always knew we didnt want any parties or large gatherings for our daughter's first birthday. I knew for a fact I want to document her first bday and have these keepsakes to show her when she's much older. My daughter has always been into Minnie Mouse, but really what kid isnt into Mickey and the gang. I found Hello Pretty Events through Instagram @helloprettyevents during the COVID pandemic. Absolutely fell in love with her work and how aesthetically pleasing her designs are. She has such tasteful designs and so much eye candies to look at on her page. Contacted Kham on IG Saturday evening at 6pm. We exchanged messages through IG and text. She asked a few simple questions for events and preferences. I expressed to her I wanted a Minnie Mouse theme, but not the traditional hot pink and black. This is what's amazing about Kham and I knew right away I wanted to work with her. She listens! She suggested how about a "BoHo Minnie Mouse theme" and the rest was history. A few days later, she sent over proposal and what she wanted to do for our theme. She's extremely organized, attention to details, and her sophisticated taste in designs are all exquisite. She's soooooo easy to work with and so sweet and calm to us. I remember keep telling "its up to you whatever you want to do." However, I wanted to see EVERYTHING and wanted input in everything. After awhile I caught on and just needed to trust her and the process. However, Kham being accommodating and so sweet herself just went along with the entire planning and allowed me to take part. She checked in and made sure i was ok with all her designs. Day of photoshoot, my husband and I showed up. My husband, who just showed to the photoshoot, was in awe. He was so impressed with the decors. We shot over 2 hours for 1 shoot and had such a lovely time with Kham and our photographer Michelle Romero, which was who Kham referred me to.
