Review 95/365 Day Challenge Wow wow wow. Cant believe Sarah Flowers has been in business for the past several of decades. My former boyfriend back in 1998 use to Always get mee flowers from here. Sarah use to be located off Orangethorpe Ave & Lemon Street. Now they've relocated about 2 years ago in the corner of State College & Orangethorpe Ave. about 2 miles away their old location. It might be a bit hard to locate since the floral shop now doesn't have their store sign on the building. Located right next to Gerry's Grill restaurant. It's in its own white & black building. Sharing the building w SJ Auto registration and next to Fullerton Liquor. Which is a yellow building. Sarah is really great in responding thru texts messages and following thru w her previous corsages & boutonniere questions. She was able to send the photos thru text before I went there myself and put in my order. Her prices are really reasonably great after i called around my city and neighboring city Placentia for prices. They were beautifully Made too. I recall her arrangements i received from her in the past was also beautiful. Her shop Carries greetings cards, balloons and a lot more items. First impressions are everything and this place was a hot mess. I needed to grab a quick rose bouquet for a graduation. The Ladies were nice, but tried charging me $64 for a dozen of non fresh roses with a couple of snap dragons? Totally overpriced for the quality. Most flowers were outside the fridge at room temp. Not fresh. They may have better quality flowers/!service for advanced ordering, but this is not the place to grab n go... read more

I purchased the "Exquisite" Candy Kisses Bouquet from Sarah's Flowers because the website photo looked beautiful and I wanted to give my mom the most extravagant flower arrangement. However, what was delivered unfortunately did not live up to its $95 price tag. As shown in the picture below, the flowers on the right were purchased at Albertsons and arranged by my sister, and it cost her $30. For $95, I am expecting the flowers to look like they cost $95. read more

I received flowers on Friday evening on my doorstep for my birthday. A smaller arrangement containing 3 roses and 6 baby roses along with carnations. They looked old and were a sad looking bunch. Three of the baby roses were already wilted and had to throw them out immediately. Perhaps I was the last delivery for the day and therefore why they were in such poor shape. read more

Beautiful Arrangement! Our daughter had flowers sent to her dad on Father's Day. They were delivered when we were out so the delivery person put them in discreet spot out of the sun. I called last minute looking for a bouquet to send to my grandmas 90th birthday party. I'm currently out of town and found out about the party last minute so I didn't have my hopes up too much to find a place on a Sunday afternoon. She answered right away and was so accommodating to fit to my budget. I didn't know too much about what kind of flower or look I wanted but I gave her the colors & price I was looking for... and man...It was so much more beautiful & larger than I expected! I found this place wanting to order my gf some nice flowers for Valentine's Day. I chose their candy kisses arrangement and decided to go for the premium so that my GF could be happy and enjoy them. I paid $86 expecting it to look like the photo and when I arrived this is what I got. I didn't have the time to switch it out but let them know I'd be coming back the next day to see about some sort of refund. wow i was looking for single flowers and couldn't believe this shop has been right by my house THE whole time. i went in and they let me walk around looking at all their buckets of flowers. they had a lot of roses (of every color), lilies, and a few random other breeds. i ended up choosing a maroon colored chrysanthemum. i just wanted a single flower to flirt with someone and they asked if i wanted it wrapped. i said sure, thinking they'd just wrap paper around the stem. um, no! baby's breath and greens and clear cellophane and a gold ribbon. i was FLOORED; it was so beautiful and took her all of one minute to wrap for me. and it was so inexpensive. i will defo return for more items. read more

I recently bought the Let It Snow Deluxe tree for my Nana, and was disappointed when I received the photo of what was delivered. There were significantly less flowers than in the product photo, no pinecones, like in the product photo, it is smaller than the product photo, etc. I'm disappointed in Sarah's Flowers for delivering a product that is so dissimilar to the photo they used to induce me to buy flowers from them. read more

I picked Sarah's Flowers because of all the good reviews and wanting to support a small local business. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I ordered the bouquet a week in advance to assure that I could reserve a quality bouquet and picked out a really pretty one from the website. When I arrived to pick them up, the lady told me "sorry it doesn't look exactly like the photo, it's mother's day". I thought hmm thats kinda weird but I get that it's probably pretty busy, so I picked them up and left. When I got home I compared the flowers to the photos they had advertised on the website and realized they were literally not at all what I had ordered. I paid 60 dollars for the bouquet and honestly it was not worth it at all. My father had gotten flowers from costco for the same price that included way more flowers and was way more full. But honestly the biggest issue is it just wasn't at all what was advertised, as you can see from the two photos below. The colors of the flowers included were totally different, and the types of flowers were also completely different. The bouquet I received was much less full. I understand that it was a busy time being mother's day, but I intentionally ordered these flowers a full week in advance, so they would know what flowers they would need to reserve for my order to deliver the service as was promised by their website. I would really rather not leave negative reviews so I tried to reach out to their customer service in hopes they would make good on their guarantee of customer satisfaction which they have on their website but they didn't even respond at all to me. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge and get my money back, but I wish we could have just solved it civilly through them. I would not recommend this flower shop at all, at least not if you are trying to order something from the website and hoping that it will look at all like it was advertised. read more
