Everyone was complimenting how wonderfully the colors came together and how beautiful everything was. We had our wedding at the Sherman Library and Gardens so we wanted it to look like the flowers came right from the gardens and boy, did Renee and Jenny deliver! They are incredibly professional and organized, they KNOW what they are doing! Take their advice seriously, I mean it! I was unable to have any open flame, even sparklers, and Renee recommended bubbles for my exit. We ended up having little bubble guns at the dance floor and EVERYONE complimented our creativity, but really, it was Renee! We also were worried about our stands, but we did NOT have to worry AT ALL! The team moved our flowers from the ceremony to the reception and took the stands with them. I was so flabbergasted that they did that for us so that we did not have to worry about them! Truly, a vendor gifted to me from HEAVEN. I could not gush more over my florals at my wedding. I had a special event for my wife at the Summit House and I wanted a center piece for the event. My contacts at the Summit House gave me Jenny B Floral Design as a recommendation. Needless to say, they did not disappoint. I spoke with Renee at Jenny B's and she wanted to know my colors and any flowers I might want. So, I texted the color scheme and I said my wife likes Hydrangeas. I also didn't want it to sit too high so conversation could happen over the piece. *** review is for wedding day package at Summit house in December 2022 4pm I had my wedding at the Summit House, and we chose Jenny B as our florist vendor out of the other listed, bc we knew JB floral is great. However, me and my husband were both very underwhelmed with both the service and quality of the flowers provided on my wedding day. (1) The flowers were not fresh. The greens on my (bride) bouquet were wilted, so I ended up ripping them off before the ceremony. The flowers themselves looked dead on the edges. Even some of our guest mentioned later flowers were not good. I had guests take home the centerpieces and I'm embarrassed and regretful. (Fortunately, our photographer was able to edit flowers in the pictures.) (2) on multiple occasions we asked for samples of their prior work (specifically, at our wedding venue) We were shown little to no samples. I visited the store twice. Lack of communications. (3) The flowers arrangement on the arch was VERY small (probably half the size of the picture we sent), so our sweetheart table flowers was short, only centered not the whole table. *see pictures If this was an issue with cost, this was never communicated to us. We would have either spent more or requested something like a ribbon or drape/curtains to fill the empty space. (4) the candles provided for the floating candles were also smaller than the ones I chose at the store. Floating candles did not fit in the cylinder. I don't want to be entirely negative with this review, so I will state that all of the workers we interacted with were polite and friendly. We hired Jennie B. florals for our wedding because we postponed our wedding a few times due to the pandemic and liked that she was local to the venue. Communication with Jenni B florals was terrible. We had anxiety about whether they would even show up day of wedding and perform what we agreed upon (they did) because of lack of confirmation. We would discuss details one week only to have them change the details and forget about our agreed upon discussion. This recurred over and over again when we could get communication with them. It was an average of 4-5 days to get a response, a response that was different that what was discussed days earlier. In the end they did a good job at the wedding, nothing to boast about, so they did show up which alleviated our concerns on our wedding day they might not show up (it got to that point). I can't recommend them based on our experience with them. read more

This review has been a long time coming. We hired Jenny B Floral for our February 11th Wedding this year and all I can say is I was thoroughly impressed. From the first conversation Jenny was very detailed, gave me examples of flowers that she thought would work as I really didn't want to have a ton of roses being so close to Valentine's Day. I told her my "vision" and let her run with it. When I saw a sample of what was going to be the flowers for my reception I was all in at that point. Jenny B Floral Design did the flowers for our wedding at Summit House. They were on the preferred vendor list and knew the venue so well and that made the day go so smoothly. They repurposed our ceremony gazebo flowers for our couple's table during the reception and did so seamlessly. Leading up to the wedding, I had 3 meetings with Renee. The first was to meet her and tell her about our vision, the second was the initial trial to get a better idea of the color scheme, and the third was the final trial a couple of weeks before the wedding. I am not going to lie, the last meeting left me with some uncertainties because the trial arrangement prepared for that trial was not what I expected. Renee spent so much time with me during that last meeting proposing new flowers to add different pops of color and dimensions. She assured me at the end of the meeting that I would not be disappointed with the final results... and she was right! All of our flowers came together so well - even better than I could have imagined and they looked great in all our photos. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Jenny B Floral is and in particular Renee and her staff. My daughter was married on Saturday. I have been working with Renee for months. She has been so helpful and patient (we made so many changes along the way). During the rehearsal, we realized that the arch provided by the church needed sandbags to hold the weight of the garlands she was creating. The arch was actually meant to be an outdoor arch and stuck in the ground. Anyway, I sent a message to Renee that night and she immediately replied that she would bring some of the flower arrangements that would later be used on the reception dinner tables. She also volunteered to stay through the ceremony to remove the garlands and gather the table arrangements and scoot over to the venue 20 minutes away. The garlands were absolutely beautiful and there wasn't even a peek of the sandbags holding it up. The garlands were then beautifully placed on the head table at the reception along with an extension to the garland they provided which was needed to decorate the length of the 4 long tables. The table arrangements were so beautiful. The bridal bouquet was exactly what my daughter wanted. The colors and the flowers were exactly what she asked for and all the flowers were so fresh. The bridesmaid's bouquets, the boutonnieres and all the corsages, the flower girl's halo of greenery and small white flowers, my small nosegay I carried to walk my daughter down the aisle, all perfect. I recently used Jenny B for the florals at my wedding. Although I would say the flowers looked nice and guests liked them, I was disappointed in several aspects of their work. I really love flowers and it was one of the things I was most excited about for my wedding, but honestly this was the only vendor that I had an issue with for my wedding. I think there were some organizational issues with keeping track of our contract and what we wanted. It seemed like every time my husband or I tried to talk with them we got a different person and we were never really sure who we were supposed to be working with. Because of this, there were several important details that were completely ignored the day of my wedding. -I asked for a mixture of jewel-toned purple, fuchsia, and blue flowers and specifically said no yellow/orange or white flowers because I felt like it wouldn't match. The day of, I received a bouquet of majority yellow flowers and then randomly peach colored flowers. I was so sad when some of my photos came out because it was just not the look I wanted. By the time I received them it was too late to change it. I was especially surprised because during our floral mock up the flowers looked perfect so I don't really understand what happened with that. They also for some reason gave me yellow, white, and light pink flowers scattered down the aisle when I had asked for more darker, vibrant colors to pop against the white aisle runner. - During the floral mock up we were introduced to Renee who said she would be the florist on our wedding day to come set everything up. She even texted me the days leading up to confirming some details. The day of my wedding, she was no where to be found and another woman and male assistant were there and set everything up. I was never introduced to them and it seems like this woman wasn't aware of what we had asked for. - We has asked that they add some greenery and extra flowers and candles around a center fountain at our venue and in the front tables. Right before the ceremony I realized the fountain had not been fully decorated and it was too late to fix it. They managed to add to it after the ceremony but by then pictures had already been taken of the fountain looking very plain. The front tables were also very sparse, with no added greenery at all and tiny candles that I didn't like. - Not really that big of a deal but I just wanted to mention that on social media they congratulated myself and someone named Ben. My husband's name is Trevor! And they didn't fix it even after my MOH and myself mentioned it in the comments. It's still there. Kind of added insult to injury... read more

Jenny B did a beyond amazing job on my wedding flower. I want to say I am very indecisive when it comes to making decisions. I think the decision-making process was even more difficult with the "help" of pinterest. Jenny was able to show us a lot of her prior work during our initial meeting and I found what I wanted in terms of the gazebo and table setting. My color schemes were burgundy, gold, mauve, champagne. Then during the mockup, I realized I didn't like the mix of white and burgundy as much because it looks more like Christmas than a wedding and asked to switch out the white for pink. Then a few days later, I saw something else on Pinterest for grey and blush which I thought would fit my fall color. However, Jenny was still very accommodating and explaining to me in what would be the "best" look and setup for flowers. Honestly, I think I was just too caught up and glad Jenny has the expertise in making my dream wedding bouquet come true. Overall, I really really love Jenny's design and she is really good!! I had made reservations for my mom's 85th birthday at The Summit House Restaurant in Fullerton (one of our favorite restaurants). I wanted a floral arrangement for the table. I asked The Summit House if they had a recommendation for a florist, they recommended Jenny B Floral Design. We had an ok experience with Jenny B. I do not think she got what I was looking for after sending her photos. I had sent emails prior to the mock-up of centerpiece dimensions and it was not what I wanted or emailed. After sending a very detailed email of exactly what I wanted, at the second mock-up it was beautiful and what I had visioned. So wedding day arrives... first- flowers were delivered 2hours prior to when I even had the venue. They are lucky someone was even there to allow them in! They did not even notify my coordinator that they were dropped off early. My coordinator and I specifically said after 3pm! Second- because they arrived so early, they placed my bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets in water, the satin ribbon wrapped around the stems was soaked! We had to blow dry each bouquet so the ribbon can dry in time! It was horrible! Third- They did not even deliver the flower girl petals. It was in my signed contract that we will get petals. They forgot! And if it wasn't for my wedding coordinator to call them up and tell them they need to deliver the petals, then they wouldn't have. Fourth- The price I paid for my bridal and bridesmaid bouquets was not worth it. It is stated in my contract for bridal bouquet to be at least 3dozen, and it was not. It was suppose to be bigger than the bridesmaid bouquets, but ended up being almost the same. Fifth- Meeting with Jenny, we discussed having 3 flower arrangements for my cake. Pictures were sent and we talked about it with her. She never once said that we had to make our own flower cake arrangements and that she was just providing flowers on side. It was a mess! I wanted succulents on cake, and what they brought was succulents in dirt!! They were not even cut or put together. Totally unprofessional. It was almost as if they just went to a store and picked up potted succulents. Luckily my coordinator was amazing and put the cake arrangements together. I was very disappointed. The centerpieces did come out beautiful, I'll give you credit for that. But otherwise I won't be going back, all i got was a headache from all of this mess on my wedding day. read more

Working with Jennifer ended up being a wonderful experience! Initially in April 2020, I spoke with her over the phone and sent her my Pinterest board link. She understood what I was looking for and was the most affordable of the vendors I looked into as well! My catering coordinator at Surf and Sand used her services so I felt I was in good hands! I scheduled a time for my fiancé and I to meet with her in person. Unfortunately she forgot about our appt and the shop was closed when we arrived. I reached out to her and she ended up coming over and meeting us there within 30min. The shop was loving, we had a great meeting as far as a mock bouquet and vases, etc. Because she was late she offered us a complimentary bouquet for my shower which was so nice! As things moved forward through the pandemic, I had to scale back my order and make a lot of changes but Jennifer handled the changes well! The only small critique I would give is to have the person who answers her emails sign their name whenever they respond. Sometimes she answers and sometimes they answer so it can be confusing when I ask her about recalling information. My mom and I met with her in person one month before the wedding at her new shop and it was a great meeting! She was so understanding of all that had gone on and had a beautiful new showroom! She's so down to earth! We had both forgot about the complimentary arrangement I think but she ended up providing it to me on the wedding day! I had asked her to meet me at my venue that morning at 10am to deliver the flowers so that I could be there and then to go to my house to set up the arch and drop off the bouquets & boutonnières. She was early so I missed her but everything looked so incredible. It was an extremely hot day and she was worried about the flowers so she actually moved my arch into my garage for me and left us with a spray bottle to keep the flowers healthy and wet until ceremony time. Amazing! She made it happen and had my back! I can't say how much I appreciated her beautiful work and great support on my big day! Even though there were a few small bumps in the road, I have to remember we are all human but she rectified each situation and care through when I needed her most!
