Instead of taking responsibility and fixing their mistake right away, they told us it's going to take an entire month just to come back with the missing parts. So now we're left sitting with a half-assembled, unusable bed frame taking up space in our bedroom for four weeks because of their incompetence. No urgency, no customer care, and cheap furniture. So Don't buy from them or get sucker into getting the insurance. Goof Proof has been a complete waste of money. Filing a claim feels like a hassle only to have it denied. There was a clear manufacturer issue with the USB charging port, yet the claim was denied. I was also told that if the couch became stained, the warranty would cover cleaning, but that claim was denied as well. After this experience, I will never purchase furniture from Bob's Discount Furniture again. I would not recommend Bob's to anyone, and I strongly advise customers to think twice before spending extra money on the Goof Proof protection plan.
