I love this store . After selling all our furniture and remodeling I have been coming weekly and getting really good deals and pieces . All the employees are so nice and helpful . I love that I'm only 20 mins away from this location . Some items are really dirty and messed up for the most part they tell u what is wrong with item and look at it with you before you purchase. It's on outlet store so stuff is coming from big stores , obviously stuff is going to be older or messed up therefore can't sell in the main store . read more

Buy as is. 99percent of the furniture is really fucked up and stained badly not here n there like BAD. The place looks like a warehouse duh and clean/ organized but that's about it. I took one picture of the only better looking sofa. I should've taken more to show what I am talking about. And still very expensive. Don't believe it??? Come see for yourself don't buy on line. Was super excited to check this store out since I'm in the process of redecorating. I drove about an hour and 10 mins to visit. It was smaller than I expected but they did have a wide selection: Christmas decor, sofas, side tables, night stands, mirrors, art, dinnerware, glassware, dining tables and chairs, napkins, rugs, bed frames. However, a majority of the furniture like sofas and chairs have stains, footprints, snags on them. They sell as is and final sale. From what I saw, there wasn't a huge discount on many items. It averages about 10-30% off but based on the condition, it's not worth it to me. They do sell some nice marble pieces which aren't cheap to begin with but are worth it for the quality of the material. I was a little disappointed with the selection and sales they had. I ended up buying two taupe porcelain dinner plates for $6 each, a scrub daddy for $3.99, and some coffee spoons (flavored spoons to add to your coffee) for about $9. I didn't NEED these items but figured I'd grab them during my trip. I did like their holiday glassware that is similar to the Anthropologie viral glass cups. Maybe I'll go back for those. read more

A lot of the furniture had footprints on it, most of the stuff had some blemish or issue. Not so much an outlet as a place for messed showroom samples to sell? Staff was helpful and friendly and commissioned so perhaps overly attentive at times. Visited several times and didn't end up buying anything but if I did I'd go for the black Friday sales because the normal prices for beat up furniture seemed pretty steep. Dishware and other items available as well maybe a good spot for that stuff if you're in the market. read more

It is one large open warehouse space, with various pieces of furniture throughout. The products seem to fall into 3 groupings: - items discontinued or past season: these were in their original boxes and were available in large quantities. One example were different colored stainless steel orbs, originally $129, now $30. - one of a kind furniture, either returns or damaged. These were often 50% to 80% off retail, with large dining room sets and marble countertops/sinks being prevalent. - knick knacks that could be found at any Crate & Barrel, sold for normal prices. The best example were kitchen supplies and utensils. There were a ton of quality stuff that we had our eye on, but they were not sale; just normal prices. It wasn't too busy inside, and there weren't that many employees around either. Things were not marked consistently on the one of a kind items, and would require a bit of work to get the final price. Outlet selection is pretty good but they are liers. I bought a lounge couch from the store. It was a sectional with a chaise. It was cheap because there was a scuff on the bottom part of the chaise cover - or at least that is what was not e on the tag and what I was told. It turns out they flipped the chaise couch cushion (so the scuff was actually at the top). I only discovered that when the couch got to my house. We definitely wouldn't have purchased it if we knew. I reached directly and via bbb to get an apology and all I was told was that I bought it as is and that La my fault even though they lied. I had proof of the tag and the deception. Buyer beware. Everything is final sale and can be a good deal if you truly know what you're getting. Just make sure to check it in detail and get past the employees lies. read more

This outlet store is located in a large plaza so there is plenty of parking. The interior is a huge, wide open warehouse with shelving along some of the walls which hold some of the items for sale. My first impression was 'wow, they have a lot of couches!' You'll also find a lot of dishes and bowls, glassware, kitchen appliances, pillows, area rugs, tables, cabinets, desks, patio chairs, etc. Most furniture items seem to have minor imperfections or stains. We found a lot of things we liked but would pull things off shelves, see the price, look at each other in astonishment, and slowly place the item back on the shelf. The prices are high and don't seem like outlet prices. If they are marked down from full retail price either their normal prices are insanely high or the markdown is minimal. I concluded this is thrift shopping for folks multiple tax brackets above me! read more

The "coming soon" sign was up before Christmas and the anticipation has been high on the neighborhood watch page; lol. I stopped in after Christmas to see if there were any sales. The promo was 50% off furniture, upholstery, dining, bedroom, storage, media, accent tables, rugs, and mirrors + wall decor. Which I feel just about covered everything. I need a dresser for my son; all of the furniture looks like it was floor models and were apx 50% off of the original retail. An additional 50% would be sweet! As is & no refunds, I saw a lot of chips, scrapes, janky handles, etc. Lots of home decor, plating, kitchenware inside. Some items are on sale and some almost at full price or more than Target charges next door. (Looking at you...Dash waffle maker!) I ended up writing wayyyyyyy too much so I'm sorry, but here's the TLDR: - Many great deals, up to 60% off retail. Some decor is NOT on sale (like pillows or plates). - Some stuff is in bad condition, but most of the items are great or have just minor imperfections - They post updates on Instagram, so if you have a specific item in mind, you can check there. - They don't deliver, so bring a truck. So buckle up for a long story. We've been furnishing our new house recently, slowly but surely. We walked around Pasadena one day and stopped into Crate and Barrel, and my partner found a table that he absolutely love, but let's face it, Crate and Barrel is expensive, and I was pretty shocked at the price. $2199. AND...the matching chairs were $399 each. YIKES! To get all the chairs needed would have been even more expensive than the table itself. We decided to think on it. A few weeks later, I was lucky enough to stumble upon this Crate and Barrel outlet one day when I was visiting Burlington across the street. I was so excited when I saw that the table we wanted was there! Only to realize, it was in really bad shape. Deep deep scratches on the surface. I kept checking, and one day, a whole shipment with three tables came in. These ones looked much better, and I was able to switch out the leaves between the tables to get the ones I want. And best of all, it was 60% off the retail price. I was stoked. I purchased it and had to get a uhaul the next day to pick it up. One thing to note: THEY DON'T DELIVER! Unfortunately, the chairs were nowhere to be seen. I came in once a week to see if they were available. However, one nice thing about this location is that they usually post if there's a new shipment and sometimes they do live's or Q&A on instagram. I had asked the IG if they ever saw the chairs I needed, and they said, they had but it's rare. So after months of checking, my partner ended up purchasing the full price chairs online - He was absolutely set on these chairs. The next day, I was checking their instagram, and they posted a video of their new shipment, in the video they had some chairs wrapped in plastic, but I was like, I think those are the chairs, and sure enough, it was. I ran to my car and sped over there to get the chairs. We were able to get five of them for 50% off! I was so excited! We were able to easily cancel our online order and now we have an almost complete dining setup. Honestly, this place is a godsend. Sure some of their stuff is horribly damaged and they should not even be for sale, but other users are expecting to walk into a regular store with discount prices. They have a wide selection of stuff for sale and offer deep discounts. Some of their decor is not on sale, so beware of that, but otherwise there are a lot of great deals. read more

I was visiting a restaurant in this shopping center when I discovered that the retail space formerly occupied by Bed, Bath and Beyond was now a "Crate & Barrel Outlet". At that moment, it was after hours. I had to save my initial visit for another time. The special trip only satisfied my curiosity. But I was underwhelmed. Regarding the furniture on the floor, I suspect that these are pieces that buyers declined to accept delivery. Most of the furniture on display was in "good" condition; but it was not unusual to see items that were soiled or damaged. Some pieces may have been used as store display--but the stores usually liquidate furniture on site to avoid shipping. If there is a "deal" to be had, it's with plates, glassware and small appliances. These seem to be "past season" goods; but they are new and in pristine condition. You might find some value here, as the prices on the shelf are lower than the original catalog price; but it's still somewhat expensive (in my opinion). read more

I didn't know this place was in area, so I decided to check it out after leaving home goods across the street. It's a warehouse type of location, with minimal shelving/drawers which is what I had been searching for. It does however have small kitchen appliances, sofas, and coffee tables, and dishes/cookware. I ended up purchasing a couple of glasses. Oddly there were some expensive nespresso machines and kitchen aid mixers , which were basically being sold for full price. So, I don't hate it, but also don't love it. Would most likely return in the future. read more

Awesome store! Came in for the first time yesterday, and could not believe how big it was and the selections were not only furniture, but plates and linens and decor items as well! The drive from LA proper wasn't terrible and having a huge parking lot and next to other commercial stores of interest made it totally fine to travel to. Initially, I came in because I saw an item at the Beverly Hills store that they moved over here, but of course it was gone within, probably a day or so. I learned that they get new stuff at least three times a week and it's random and to follow their Instagram account to stay on top of what's available. I ended up purchasing a beautiful plush runner rug for $75 (originally $250 I think) -- most likely a display model, with just minor scuffing on one side that will get worse overtime because I have a cat! So every time I drive down the 405, I see this on the plaza sign and almost lost control. I love Crate & Barrel and when an outlet is associated with C&B, I have got to check this out. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The store is HUGE! So much variety in the store at discounted prices. From tableware, kitchen appliances/utensils, and furniture. Lots of furniture at lower prices. I was able to score some pretty nice items: measuring cups, plate sets, and some containers. I had my eye on some other items so I am sure I will be back. Came in looking for a couch, wasn't willing to spend 3 or 4,000 on a brand new one so decided to check out the crate and barrel outlet. Tracey helped us out and was wonderful. She took her time to show us options after we told her what we were looking for. Yes there are plenty of items that are banged up, dirty or even broken, but we were able to weed out those items. I found a great deal on linen sheets. Some items did seem to be regular price, especially bedding. There was lots of nice kitchenware type items that were a good deal. If you are willing to inspect and weed through the junk for a deal, then this is the place for you. They do not offer delivery, but they do have recommendations on delivery people you can hire. It appeared that there were lots of items that were returned and left in their original packaging (opened by a customer, returned, and not repackaged). There were other items that were apparent just on clearance. Their selection of sofas and sectionals were very plain. Most importantly, I felt their prices were still too expensive for being an outlet. My friend whom I was shopping with found a pillow she had been looking for that was regularly 75 bucks at other stores and she got it for 16 bucks! read more

Came in on a whim - didn't even know it was here. I think it's an old bed bath and beyond. It is full of furniture and home furnishings- the glassware and small kitchen items seemed ok and decently discounted but almost every piece of furniture was damaged or destroyed. Wow, I'm not sure who is buying this stuff, but they must be desperate! I'd go back for a set of glasses or some serve ware but definitely not furniture or rugs. Drove over 30min to get to this C&B Outlet in Seal Beach and was a wasted trip. Everything in there is high prices! Outlet?? Nope. Only a place where they can make the store look ugly and disheveled then try to sell for the same prices in the stores. Vases were $45+, sofas which they have a ton of them were w/out price stickers. Saw some rugs, dirty and nasty looking for going for the market rate, not discounted. Pillows they had but still way too high. I've seen better throw pillows at Costco! And those are $15-19 bucks. Never going back here, waste of gas and time. I suggest you find other places to shop for bargains as this one surely isn't discounted. read more

I bought a bed holder online approximately the third week in May, 2025. I paid extra for "white glove delivery." But the delivery men, Carlos and Eli, both refused by text message--they did not pick up the phone and call me--to put my mattress and box spring into the bed holder furniture which I paid for. I explained that I was disabled and could not lift the mattress and box spring. They texted me back (still no phone call) that company policy dictates they move no furniture. So even if you are buying a mattress holder, they refuse to see if the mattress fits into the holder. I tried to cancel the purchase and delivery by phoning customer service, waited on hold for an eternity, and got transferred to "action teams" twice. I finally got a live representative who hung up on me when I attempted to explain why I was cancelling. Once Crate and Barrel get their hands on your money, you'll never be able to cancel, even if you wait on hold all day. Don't buy from them!!!! read more

This store is worth a visit if you're in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way. Many of the kitchenware items I observed were full-priced current stock readily available on their online store. There were some deals and closeout items but a majority was not and I would definately research to see if it's really a deal. The customer service experience was also disappointing. Although not outright rude, the staff wasn't particularly friendly. Both overheard towards other shoppers and my own experience. When I noticed a pricing discrepancy with some bowls at checkout (due to similar-looking items being mistakenly grouped on the shelves and no prices listed on the UPC stickers), my inquiry was met with suspicion, as if I were trying to pull a fast one. After I returned to the shelf to find the error and retrieve the ones needed to match my set--which involved sorting though the mixed stack of nearly identical bowls --there was no apology or acknowledgment of the oversight, nor any interest in correcting it. While I'm sure there are some good deals to be found here, overall, the prices appear high for open-box or scratch-and-dent items that could likely be found for less elsewhere, given their condition. read more

Crate & Barrel should be embarrassed that this establishment exists with their name on the front of the store! This is nothing but a warehouse filled with trash products. Everything in this store is damaged, stained, and broken! Everything is neutral! Beige, white, off-white, brown....ugliness! Absolutely nothing of any other color. All the products were extremely cheap looking. Furniture was all particle board with dings and scratches all over. One piece even had a big hole in the back! The kitchen appliances were practically retail price. They were only giving a whopping 10-20% off. A toaster was still $200. The rug section was appalling. Rugs thrown all over the floor with sales people and customers walking all over them with dirty shoes. Dirty shoe marks and stains all over them! WHO IS BUYING THIS STUFF?!?!?! I did not see anything I wanted to buy in this store. It was all so cheaply made, it looked like something you could buy from a Target, Marshalls, or order off of Amazon! Tried to leave the store and was given a sales pitch by 2 men (wearing bright purple shirts) standing outside of the store trying to get jobs moving peoples furniture! I came into the outlet 5/13 and saw a beautiful concrete table I wanted to get but didn't have time to figure out transport. Diana was of great assistance and told me it was ~$250 for the table with all the discounts. There were no visible scratches, just chips (which were fine with me). I came back to purchase this 6/1, I was surprised it was still available. This time, someone else helped and tbh I could care less to have gotten her name as she didn't help me much. The table was visibly more scratched and chipped, and this woman charged me $100 more. No wonder they can't get rid of their inventory. I told her the previous price I was quoted and she gave me attitude stating Diana was misinformed. Inconsistent pricing, much? Lastly, I'm not sure why but all of their furniture looks like they let kids with dirty feet jump all over them for good measure. I've never seen an outlet with soooo much dirty furniture. Like unnecessarily. At this price point, better off going to RH outlet down the street. read more

When I spoke to a store representative they told me no worries while it's not something we normally do we can place a hold for you to come in and buy them. I was looking at a two part couch that was an amazing deal at the posted price of around $1100 so I was obviously very interested. I called a worker over to put a 24 hours hold. She looked at the only price tag on the item and asked why so cheap. Then she proceeded to tell me that it must be for just the chase and not the entire couch but there wasn't another tag on the other part. So then she called the manager over, ripped the tag off, wrote a new tag, and proceeded to tell me that the new price was $3,900. Last I remembered that was not allowed. read more
