I let her make most of the decisions while I sat on the sofa in the showroom I thought I was ordering. My chaise sofa was delivered about 5 weeks later and it really is beautiful. But the seat cushions feel as hard as an over inflated pool lounge. I was told that's normal, they will soften up, give it a few more weeks. When they didn't soften up, Customer Care was very accommodating and had me bring the seat cushions in to be softened up somehow. When I got them back and sat on them again, they were as hard as when I took them in. I'm so disappointed. This was an expensive splurge for me and now I'm stuck with an almost $6K chaise sofa that I don't use. There is nothing more they can do. Now I'm having trouble selling it for a third of what I paid even though I've had it less than 4 months and no one sits on it :(

The bed unit is made of real wood, not that cheap particle board/compressed wood stuff. The bottom bed is a full size bed & can roll out if we ever plan to use the bottom portion as a study. Very practical idea. Love it & my son absolutely adores it. He can totally grow into this piece. My daughter got a fire truck bed. Very nice quality & sturdy. I know not typical for a girl, but it's what she wanted & very cute either way. The salesman was very nice & helpful. We will def go back for more furniture.

With that said, a quick internet search returned exactly what I was looking for with metal construction for 1/10th the price. Living Spaces used to have quality furniture but it's definitely not the same as it used to be. I would just walk away quiet but Joe needs a refresher in customer service. Joe wasn't even my sales person (I had two from different sections) so why he was involved at all confuses me and he blew the sale directly with what he said to me.
