Me and my husband went in last week trying to find some unique pieces for our new home. My husband tried to go onto their website right away and only to find out their website is completely down.. it looked like they forgot to renew the web service or something. We then told her the website is not working correctly, but she insisted that we must have mistyped the url. After we triple checked the url and made sure we typed the right thing, it still didn't work. But again, she didn't seem to have any passion to help us! We left the store and weren't exactly sure what happened. It was completely a waste of time. Avoid this store if you can.

It's a MASSIVE store and there was not a single other customer in the entire building on a weekend. The utility bill alone for such a massive store needs more than one customer. I ended up going with one that I thought would be perfect for my new space, but after a few months it ended up still being too firm for me. I reached out to them and was able to return the couch even though it was a few months later. I decided to try out some of their other couch options and found a different one that I loved, so they were able to take the first couch when they delivered the second couch. The couch I selected the second time around, The Metro Sofa (Deep), is seriously the most comfortable couch ever and everyone who visits me comments on it being insanely comfortable. Obviously not cheap, but worth it for something you use as much as a couch.

Purchased the Concerto sectional package from this Costa Mesa showroom for $13,979.48. Delivered May 2, 2026. Within two weeks the entire sectional showed visible failures -seat cushion slant (felt immediately when seated), back cushions not meeting at 90 degrees at the corner, visible gaps between sections, sagging across all cushions, uneven heights, and fabric crinkling throughout. Looks and feels like salvage yard furniture, not a $14,000 new purchase. King Living's own technician visited and acknowledged the quality issues on site. On June 5, Team Leader Stella Sowy confirmed in writing -- zero conditions -- full refund and collection. King Living's logistics rep Liz called June 8 confirming pickup. On June 9, one day before pickup, reversed everything with no new information and no new inspection. If I had the option I would give negative stars. Photos and video attached show the defects and the voicemail confirmation. Case: COM26020133 -- King Living USA, Costa Mesa CA UPDATE June 17, 2026: Following my formal demand letter, Stella Sowy responded on June 11, 2026 committing to a written response by June 15, 2026. June 15 came and went with zero response, zero call, and zero email. This is now the sixth broken commitment in this matter spanning over six weeks. King Living has ignored every communication channel -- written demand letters, BBB complaint, California Attorney General, Bureau of Household Goods and Services (BHGS), Department of Consumer Affairs, FTC, NBC4 consumer complaint, and multiple public reviews. The structural defects have also worsened since original documentation -- seat cushion sagging, fabric crinkling, and corner seat slant have all visibly increased. Credit card chargeback in progress. There was no other parking but the spot i parked in, a 20 minute parking spot. When I got back, a blonde woman came out and reprimanded me for parking in front of her store. She said it wasn't fair because "[I don't park down there, so you don't need to park here." She kept repeating that it wasn't fair I chose to park here. I tried explaining myself to her, but she kept talking over me, shaking her head and throwing her hands up in the air defensively. She walked away as I explained that I was only there for a few minutes. I'm sorry, but there were NO signs that said I couldn't park there. If you don't want people parking in front of your store, have a sign that says so, like Subway does. Who knows, maybe I was interested in checking out her store. But because she was pretty rude to me, I definitely won't be.
