    Missing bracket

    This review is about a year overdue. At the end of 2023 we ordered the set below. The table arrived first, then, the bench, and the around March 24, the five chairs which required assembly. One of the chairs was missing a bracket which is pictured below. Each chair was supposed to have two of these brackets. However one of the chairs was missing a bracket. When I called the store, they offered to let me trade the chair with the missing bracket for one of their chairs on display. So i drove to the store intending to trade. However all the chairs on display had some form of damage and one of the display chairs was also missing the same bracket. I informed the sales rep of the missing bracket. Since none of the display chairs was flawless, i was told to just remove the needed bracket from one of the other display chairs. Since they couldn't provide the tools I had to go back home to retrieve my own tools. I went back, removed the needed bracket from a display, went back home and finished the assembly of my chair at home. Assuming that was the end of the story, I was surprised and insulted when i received a text from the sales lady (i think her name was Jocelyn) asking if I took an extra bracket because they found one missing from their display. I reminded her that when I was there i had pointed out one of their displays was also missing a bracket. I also told her that there was no reason for me to take an extra bracket. i pointed it would serve no purpose and that there was no market for OEM chairs. I also told her that she and staff should have reviewed security footage before accusing me of pilfering an extra part. It's ridiculous they thought i took two trips from costa mesa so i could carry out an elaborate scheme to steal a little piece of wood to make a few dollars on some unknown secondary market.

    We bought our chairs and a love-seat from them and the quality of the furniture is amazing and so comfortable we absolutely love it. The store itself has lot of variety and they make it easy to imagine your future home.

    Such a clean and relaxing space to get ideas! Some of the furniture places we've been to have been so overcrowded with furniture and so cluttered that I feel stressed the moment I walk in. Here it was a completely different experience! Everything is spaced out and relaxed. There isn't an associate following you and watching your every move trying to make suggestions. You can freely browse until you have questions.

    New brand but broken. Have to wait for 4 weeks for repair. Now just stand wait for new leg.

    We just visited this store. Noone greeted us. We walked the entire store and left. Isn't greeting customers dlaes 101?

Michael made the whole process feel easy, informative, and honestly fun. He had us try their bed machine to match our alignment, walked us through different options and asked all the right questions to help narrow things down. His recommendation on the Casper Snow really stood out. What impressed us most was his level of care. We came in close to closing, and he still stayed about 1.5 hours late to help us without ever making us feel rushed. That kind of service is rare. Huge selection, reasonable prices and they'll match online deals. If you're mattress shopping, ask for Michael.

    Truly a customer service failure and an opportunity for management to not only make things right…read morebut to earn business from the situation. Not only did I not receive the opportunity to speak without being interrupted less only after I start recording a conversation, the entire conversation kept pivoting to benefit the location by having me go through warranty on a mattress that should've never been sold. Or at least should have been disclosed or at least should have been handled when they first were made aware of the problem. Once the location found that their mattresses had fiberglass in it, that the 14 inch mattress was actually only 12 inches with a 2 inch topper around the mattress That I could've just purchased my own topper and would've been seen what was going on with the mattress and the fiberglass and would've not purchased it. $1000 later having been spent on this mattress and not discovering the issues aside from it being a hot mattress but that there was fiberglass in it once the Mattress protector failed. Then upon trying to wash the mattress discovering that it had a topper of 2 inches! So I didn't even get a large mattress that I paid for I got 2 inches in a topper that was hot and I had to take off in order to wash it! At that time I could have called warranty and had them do it but then I would not have been made aware that there was fiberglass! So we were laying on top of fiberglass which is like an like hair and the manager has the audacity to tell me well when it's in it's solid form. Which I'm horrified was the response. In addition, when I requested a refund he stated it's been too long well it was just made known to me that this was fiberglass that I had sat on my dog had sat on and licked and my movers had gotten all over them! I currently am still sleeping on this mattress without the topper on it because it's hot and I have the protector over it and without having several layers of sheets you still get the little hairs that come through. At this point you would think that the manager would say let's bring it back and give you a store credit for a new mattress. He even stated that the mattress materials or the specific mattress that was very popular is no longer being sold. Wonder why?! So after several phone calls and being forwarded to warranty which makes no sense that I would have to go through warranty when it's not a defective item but it's an item that was not disclosed as having any issue. Or that the topper was not part of the mattress! So not only that I feel that I was being taken advantage of at the location, which led me to go with a different mattress and return the base. Especially after they told me that the base would be something that I could move by myself and it was not it was way too heavy. Now I have to deal with this Five years later when I find that the mattress isn't what it was supposed to be that I paid. So unfortunately for the sales people here that could be honest, I would not recommend this location. The manager was definitely not somebody that I would want to speak with again. He was argumentative, condescending, interruptive and was only remotely willing to do anything after I started recording the conversation. He even went as far as to say that nobody is going to care if I post this to let people know about the location that nobody is going to see it. So let's make sure that everybody sees it and that nobody will ever give their business to this location until they start doing business better. I will be contacting corporate and I might even reach out to the legal department based upon the conversation and the lack of capability to remedy the situation amicably.
