It's a nice gift shop in the mall. Items are relatively affordable and you can grab many fun items! My little friends bought many things here.

This is a cute store where you can find great gifts for kids. The prices are affordable, and the quality is excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this store!

I came to the store so that my niece and nephew can look and see what they want. I like going to miniso. It's big and it has a lot to offer.

The official Miniso TikTok account is constantly posting from this specific Miniso so I was under the impression that it's probably the best Miniso out there. I was overwhelmed, but I wasn't wrong! This Miniso is super crowded, Irvine Spectrum already has a ton of people so it's no surprise that Miniso would be full of people. It's also very big, but I would say it's about the same size as the Miniso in Del Amo Fashion Center. However, this location seems to get other items before other Miniso's do. I've never seen Heroine makeup or hair accessories at any other Miniso I have gone to. This Miniso also carried Smiskis when I went! The employees are nice and very patient. My mom held up the line a bit because she couldn't decide which travel utensils she wanted, and the employee made a suggestion that helped us! I would definitely come again but definitely during a time where it's not so busy. There's tons more things that this Miniso has to offer, but it was hard with the big crowd and how hot the store got.

I had been waiting to come back to Miniso for a long time. Like others said, Miniso can be a hit or miss. This time it was a hit. This store finally started carrying the Sanrio collection that I've been eyeing for years. I couldn't believe my eyes. I bought Sanrio magnets, surprise squishies, and keychains as souvenirs to bring back home. There was other stuff too, but it didn't seem practical to buy. There was some Toy Story merchandise too leftover from previous seasons. I bought some green alien keychains (way cheaper than buying it at Disneyland). I spent about $100.00 at Miniso. It's easy to do that because the merch is so cute.

OMG cuteness overload. I think my kiddo was going to fall over or spontaneously combust when she stepped foot in here. This is located at the Irvine Spectrum. Not sure if there is a nearest parking lot, but the Spectrum website suggests the theater parking. The nearest identifiable "mark" would be the Cheesecake Factory. I think a lot of people mistake Miniso to be a Japanese company, but it's actually Chinese owned. I believe it's inspired by the Japanese scenery and culture, so there are some Japanese products such as cosmetics and other nicknacks. This location is bigger than the one near UCI, so it seems to have more stuff. When we came here recently on a Friday, there were tons of Sanrio and Disney stuff. We controlled ourselves (and our wallets) and ended up just getting a few things, but took our time eliminating what we didn't need, as they are not cheap. Yes, comparatively cheaper than the merch at the actual Sanrio or Disney Store, but 3-4 inch stuffed Disney character key charm for $12.99, a Disney decorated hair clip for $9.99, a pair of socks with a dog printed on it for $9.99 (and it's just a generic dog)...we got 7 items that came out to $63.50 with tax. Oy vey. Oh, the prices on some items aren't clearly labeled so best to ask the staff before buying. There were 2 kiosks for self checkout and one staff at the counter. It would have been nice to have a designated or signed area where customers can line up (unless I just didn't see it). The aisles were kind of narrow for a 2-lane traffic (hard to pass by when someone else is already in the aisle) so we had to walk around the occupied aisles to get to the last group standing in line. Overall, a fun store to explore and find adorable stuff that you don't really need, but great if you have extra money to spend lol.

This store is either a hit or miss. Sometimes I'll actually buy things, and other times I feel like I don't want to get anything cuz it's just added to my junk at home. But I actually found something I needed, a cell phone holder for my car. There were several to chose from and luckily the one I got was so simple and it's actually perfect. So perfect that I actually need to go back and get a couple more so I can get one for my bf and my mom actually. I hope they have it at other locations since this one isn't so convenient for me.

    Cute overload!!!

Birthday blind boxes offer was denied here, even if $25 or less. Seems they're only valid on overstock, unwanted ones.

After seeing her portfolio, I was a little self-conscious about my very "normal" place, but Ammie immediately made the process comfortable and collaborative. She created a clean, cohesive design plan, helped me review painting and carpeting quotes to make sure pricing was reasonable, and recommended furniture options across different budgets. Everything felt practical, thoughtful, and easy to execute. The space looks completely refreshed now. I'm very happy with the result and would absolutely recommend Ammie.

She never pressured me while I was still considering whether to get an interior designer or not, and she was very upfront about her costs and services. She made the whole process really comfortable. When Ammie came to see the space, she had an eye for making the house a home. She immediately knew to recommend adding a kitchen island. This was something I was actually going back and forth on for a really long time, and I had so many people telling me not to do it and how it would look weird or there wouldn't be enough space in the kitchen, etc. After renovations, I'm so glad we got an island because it's functional and it really elevates the space, I love it. All her measurements and recommendations are spot on. Ammie took a lot of stress and weight off my shoulders because I knew whatever she recommended was in my best interest and aesthetic. I also asked so many questions and she was always prompt to answer. 10/10 recommend working with Ammie on your next design project. Thank you Ammie! :)

My husband and I went to Living spaces in Irvine to purchase a new couch. Jennifer created us…read morewarmly and asked if we would like help. We had a pretty laundry list of things we wanted and also very specific dimensions we could have as our living room is not very big. She spent so much time with us helping us pick out the perfect couch! It is so cozy and comfortable!! My only issue (as many others) were the delivery guys. We had a text the night before saying we would receive the delivery between 3-6 pm. We received a text 5 minutes before arrival saying they were on their way. The guys came in and were very unfriendly. Barely said anything to us at all. We have an area run where the couch sits and my husband explained exactly how we wanted the couch set up. Well as soon as the guy put the couch down the carpet moved askew. He fixed it once and continued in a hurry with the other guy to get everything set up. The "lead" took a few pictures and then had my husband sign off and they were out the door like a tornado. After they left we noticed the carpet was completely moved forward and bunched up against our end table. We had to completely disassemble the entire couch, move the rug back into place, and reassemble everything. We paid for "white glove" delivery service which is a total joke. I called and spoke with a manager at the store who ended up giving us 5% off our purchase since he couldn't refund the delivery fee. He also said that the delivery people are allocated 10 minutes per delivery !!! That is just insane. Overall we really love our couches so far and they seem really comfortable. Our sales associate Jennifer was excellent and so was DJ who helped her with the check out process. I just wish the delivery experience lived up to our initial experience.

I want to start by acknowledging the one bright spot in our entire Living Spaces experience: the…read moresalesperson who helped us in-store at the Irvine location. He was outstanding--knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us choose the right mattress. He was so exceptional that we made a special trip back to the store specifically to ensure he received credit for the sale. We could have easily purchased online, but his professionalism deserved recognition. Unfortunately, that is where the positive portion of this review ends. Everything that followed--delivery, communication, and post‑purchase support--was shockingly poor. We were initially given an all‑day delivery window of 8am-5pm, which essentially trapped us at home for the entire day. Considering our delivery was scheduled only a few days after purchase, it seems reasonable that Living Spaces could narrow the window to something more respectful of customers' time. Instead, the communication became a frustrating cascade of shifting promises. We received a text stating our delivery would be between 2-5pm. Then another text adjusting it to 2:30pm. Then several more texts, each pushing the time later and later. To make matters worse, we received a stern warning that we would be charged a fee if we were not home--despite the delays being entirely on Living Spaces' end. The truck finally arrived at 4:57pm, three minutes before the end of the full-day window. When the delivery team arrived, things went downhill even further. It had been raining, and the walkway was wet. Neither delivery person wore protective shoe covers, nor did they bring any. Had we not anticipated this and purchased shoe covers ourselves, they would have tracked wet, dirty footprints across our carpet. This is basic professionalism and should not fall on the customer. The lead delivery person, approached without so much as a greeting. His demeanor was curt and dismissive from the start. Upon seeing our old mattress and box spring unbagged, he immediately questioned us in a tone that felt more like scolding than informing. We explained that we were given a bag but were never told it was our responsibility to bag the items ourselves. His annoyance was obvious. Then came the most absurd moment of the entire experience: he pointed to a tiny piece of lint on the box spring and insisted it was a "bed bug." This was not only incorrect--it was irresponsible. We inspected it with a magnifying glass and confirmed it was simply lint. Our old mattress showed zero signs of bed bugs. The accusation felt retaliatory, as though he was irritated about having to do additional work and wanted to guilt us for not bagging the items. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Both delivery workers appeared exhausted and disengaged, mentioning they had already delivered 14 mattresses that day. They rushed through the setup, briefly tested the motorized base, and declared they were done. No explanation, no demonstration, no basic guidance on how to use the product we just purchased. While we don't expect a full tutorial, a minimal level of courtesy and customer service should not be too much to ask. We were relieved when they finally left. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. I purchased a 10‑year extended warranty for the adjustable base. However, when I received my receipt, it incorrectly listed the warranty as 5 years. When I contacted Living Spaces to correct this, they refused to provide an updated receipt reflecting what I actually paid for. Instead, I was told I would receive a generic pamphlet from the warranty company and that I should go online, print out various pieces of information, and essentially "Frankenstein" together my own proof of purchase. This is absolutely unacceptable. A major retailer should be able to provide a simple, accurate receipt--especially when it involves a paid warranty. The management representative flat-out refused to issue a corrected document. There are NUMEROUS other complaints on Yelp regarding this store and their dishonorable practices when it comes to warranties. The contrast between the excellent in‑store service and the disastrous delivery and post‑purchase support is staggering. Living Spaces needs to understand that the customer experience does not end at the sales floor. Delivery teams represent your brand just as much as your salespeople do, and inaccurate documentation is not a minor issue--it's a breach of trust. Until Living Spaces invests in better training, clearer communication, and basic accountability, I cannot recommend this company. The salesperson set a high bar, but everything that followed fell far below even the most modest expectations.
