I really appreciated having time to make a decision and she made me feel comfortable and not pressured. While the customer service representative was kind and professional throughout the process, the company's policies left me paying for a mistake that wasn't mine. A refund for the missing item doesn't resolve the fact that I still don't have what I originally ordered, and I don't think customers should have to pay additional shipping costs to correct a fulfillment error. I appreciate the representative's professionalism, but Garage's resolution was 450 reward points and no way to receive the correct item without spending more money. That's disappointing for a company of this size. I hope Garage reevaluates its policies so future customers aren't left in the same situation.
