It can feel a bit uncomfortable, like you're being watched or judged, which makes the whole shopping experience less enjoyable. Customer service refunded the missing item, but because their system doesn't allow replacements, I was told I would have to place a brand-new order and pay shipping again if I wanted the correct shirt. While the customer service representative was kind and professional throughout the process, the company's policies left me paying for a mistake that wasn't mine. A refund for the missing item doesn't resolve the fact that I still don't have what I originally ordered, and I don't think customers should have to pay additional shipping costs to correct a fulfillment error. I appreciate the representative's professionalism, but Garage's resolution was 450 reward points and no way to receive the correct item without spending more money. That's disappointing for a company of this size. I hope Garage reevaluates its policies so future customers aren't left in the same situation.

After having no luck elsewhere, we stopped into Windsor and were happy to find a great variety of dresses. From the moment we walked in, we received excellent customer service. The staff greeted us warmly and asked what we were looking for. I couldn't quite catch the associate's name--it may have been Hailey or Bailey--but she was amazing. She helped pair a cute belt with my daughter's dress and even gave us great ideas to complete her Coachella-themed outfit.
