I NEVER leave bad reviews unless it's mind boggling. I walked into Happy Days and it was completely empty, there was a girl at the front and a girl at the back. I shopped around for about 10 min and they walked past me multiple times. Not one of them asked me if I needed help, not one said hi, I walked right up to the register and she didn't even look at me. She kept looking down to hang something. I imagine with a store that's often empty, and has really high prices you would take the time to kindly greet customers. Because of this I chose to not get several items I saw and would have otherwise purchased if they both didn't act a bit snobby. Hope this place steps up its customer service, considering every other shop near by was overlyyyyy nice and helpful. Better luck to the next shopper. read more

I felt like Pretty woman walking into this store. The girls looked at my friends and I like we didn't belong. Last time I checked our money spends the same as anyone else's. But I guess to these girls apparently it doesn't. Your over priced items are good enough for my wallet too FYI so yes my friends and I went about our shopping. Maybe hire other people with better customer service skills who welcome all paying customers? Shouldn't matter what they feel like is acceptable. If I want to want window shop so be it. read more

If you like hats, you will be in har heaven here! They carry a lot of different kinds of hats and I broke down and got a roll up visor...it's very good quality and price is good and I got to pack to my next vacation and getting sun protection. This review is for the Sunny Days on Glassel in Orange, Ca. I went in on Jan 23rd to look for a pair of Driftwood Jeans. It turns out that they did not have my size. The 2 women/girls in the shop stood towards the front were talking among themselves. Only when I approached the counter to look to see what they had around the counter did one of them approach me and ask - do you need something. I said no. She said - well you are standing at the counter. So what? That's what I wanted to say. Driftwood jeans are not cheap. In today's world, businesses of all kinds are competing for customers and their dollars. Sunny Days on Glassell in Orange will never get another dollar of mine. And when asked, I will make sure to tell everyone - if you want service, spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. I found my Driftwood jeans on sale at Macy's. read more

Yesterday my daughter and I visited the store in Laguna and liked a set of PJ Salvage pajamas. They did not have our size so they saved them for us at the Orange location. I also purchased a sweater of which they also held at the orange location because they didn't have my size. My daughter purchased an item at the Laguna location as well. My daughter picked up the items at the Orange location, brought them home and we tried them on. The pants fit so weird. I have sets of PJ Salvage and these were definitely "off." My daughter called to find out if she could return to just one location. They shared that they do not accept returns. Apparently it says so at the register and on the receipt. I spoke to the manager Grace who was apologetic but said there was absolutely nothing they could do except a store credit or exchange. If this is such a strict policy, I would suggest verbally notifying customers. I would have NEVER purchased something I did not try on had I known. Who reads the receipts before leaving the store? Or the sign at the register? This is super bad customer service. I suppose I will go back and spend my $300 whatever dollars. They do have cute stuff. But I will never, ever shop there again nor will my daughter and we could have been very good repeat customers. I would assume they must get a lot of complaints. Sunny Days, my guess is your "Days" are numbered if this is how you do business. read more

Just found this little boutique like shop today and decided to head in because I was looking for a bracelet. Yes. Another one. So what!?!? Was greeted and assisted by Lisa. She is the sweetest little thing on two legs. Ended up leaving with 3 new bracelets. I have officially places myself on restriction until December. This is a hidden jewel in Old Towne Orange. Their clothing is unique and trendy, yet reasonable and excellent quality. They also have great accessories, and several beautiful lines of jewelry. The staff is super friendly and helpful without being pushy or hovering. Becky is my "go to;" and she will even call or text me when something comes in that she thinks I will like. Warning: If you go in to browse one time, it will become a habit. You will rarely if ever get out of the shop without some new treasure. read more
