This place is similar to papaya or F21 when they first open. Great prices for the clothing, cute fashion. Customer service is excellent, they were some children running around like they were at the park and the associate working there nicely asked them to stop (thank you!! Lol) I got the cutest, cozy, fluffy, warm jacket ever!!! read more

Great selection of clothes! This store is much bigger than most of MainPlace Mall's boutiques and the clothes are plenty to choose from. Lots of spring, floral designs and trendy outfits for a night out or casual walk in the park. Prices are super affordable and you can find everything including blouses, sun dresses, formal dresses, jeans, long skirts, etc. A really cool aspect of the store is that they do a great job of dressing up the mannequins - I wanted to buy almost every outfit I saw displayed. Customer service was really nice when I needed to try on clothes. It's located on the second floor and worth the visit if you are looking for browsing or shopping! read more

Just to make it quick. Girls be careful when you're in their dressing rooms. I was there today when I saw a outside camara facing the dresser room, I was actually so embarrassed to think someone might watch me getting dressed. So disappointed about this place. Please ladies be careful. Won't ever go back to this place again. read more

I went here a while back but I loved my experience here! They had some really cute tops that I haven't seen in the stores I usually shop at. I got four really nice business causal shirts for &6 a piece! I also got some other really cute spaghetti strapped tops in very pretty prints The employees there were very nice and the entire store seemed very organized and well stocked! Wish I liked down there so I could shop there more often! read more

This is my favorite clothing store in Orange County!! Stores like these are getting harder and harder to find. I love cheap clothes. I love to buy something in a new color or cut for $5-30 that I wouldn't be willing to try if it was $50. The clothes here are trendy, chic, feminine, fun, and affordable. I bought a shirt here for $20 which I saw on an online retailer for $36. I also saw a shirt which was $27, but $49 with another online store. If you're into distressed denim (like Kylie Jenner has made popular), you can find them here for $20-30 a pair. They also have sections with $5 and $10 and $15 pieces. I love this store. I try to come every season and pick up a few things!!! Update: I went back today and got some stuff it's like fashion nova IRL. A lot of the stuff is too sexy for my style but I still love try my ir on and I picked out a couple things to buy. read more

Came here for Yoga pants, got what I wanted. The girl behind the counter looked pissed off the whole time she was ringing me up, but then she smiled at the end. She's probably 16, so no biggie, she probably hates being at work. The "meh" customer service is totally forgivable considering the fact that this place had my favorite yoga pants ever. :D mmmmm. I bought 2 pairs for $8.99 each. Wonderful! read more

I love this store! I go in and I instantly see 10 things I want all for under $25. It might not all be the best quality but for it being so cheap, its worth it. I especially love their bandeus in the back for only about $3. I have about 5 and have had them for a couple years without a problem. I suggest you really check out this store!!! read more

Terrible experience here. I would always come here for my clothes but never again! The Asian lady in charge is a complete ass! I bought a shirt and literally after one use and ONE wash it ripped horribly from both sleeves and I came in for at LEAST an exchange of shirts. Which isn't asking for much. I was told they couldn't do anything. Seriously the material is CHEAP!!! They could've done something but it's more like CAN but WONT! GREEDY GREEDY lady! Out of all the money I spend here, I can't even get an exchange?! Shit customer service! I provided my bank statement and tag for proof of purchase within less than a week! & I can't even get that!!!? read more

Went in there for a shirt that I saw on a mannequin, tried to look for the same shirt in my size but unfortunately they had a large on a hanger, or a small on mannequin. I know for a fact that I'm not a size large, but sometimes I'm either a small or a medium. But apparently, according to the store's "policy", if they take it off the mannequin, you have to pay for the shirt, regardless if it fits or not. Never heard of such a policy in any store where I shop (and there have been a few times when the outfit I want is on the mannequin). So to me, that was bs. I could understand why they would do that, if it were the last one (I guess), but obviously it was not. Other stores that I've been to would actually sell that piece on a mannequin to you, without a problem. Great deals? So-so. But with that kind of service? I don't think so. I'm sticking to Fashion Q for the same quality outfits they were selling. read more

This place is awesome! Very neat and organized at all times! Im a big chested woman and I love that they have XL and 1XL for those girls that are a little thicker! Great prices, most of my cute work tops I buy for $7.99! read more

Used to be located on the top floor by what used to be Macy's but is now an Ashley Furniture. Current location is under the food court. This place always has something that fits any occassion I'm shopping for. Very inexpensive clothing and the store is nicely maintained. They always have a large selection of party dresses too! read more

This place runs business unethically. They put non-sale items in the sale section and won't let customer return it if customer realized the mixed up right after just paid. The note, all sales are final, is not on the receipt nor was it mentioned by the store cashier. SCAM!!! read more

I love this store a lot. I especially love coming weekends in the morning because of this girl there, she's always smiling and helping me out. Even if it gets busy, she doesn't seem overwhelmed. Occasionally I catch her working nights during the week days but I recognized she works mornings weekends. Anyway, she's AMAZING. I wish other girls were like that, sadly some just don't smile or are just too occupied with other stuff. This store has great finds! But I just came on to say that just because some girls aren't that friendly it's still worth a shot because of the great prices. read more

I love this store! I consistently find great deals. The prices are all over the place, from cheap to moderate. I always check the price tag because you never know if you'll miss out on a steal. They have many trendy items for cheaper than other stores. I once found a top that was selling at Charlotte Russe for $35, walked over to this store and found the exact same thing selling for $15 less. I always hit up this store when I feel like none of the other shops have anything. This place has certain items that look like they could be $100+, but are around $35! I don't think anything in the store is over $50. The employees are okay, nothing to rave about, they do their job, getting fitting rooms, organizing clothing, and ringing up purchases. I'm usually so happy to get an item that I don't care about the service I receive. Go check it out whenever you're at Mainplace! read more

My daughter and I frequently shop here. We love the clothes and the prices. The service is great too. Unfortunately, I've about reached the point where I won't go in there anymore because of the filthy music that is playing loudly within the store. I'm not talking about mildly offensive stuff. I'm talking about the frequent use of the "f" word, guys singing about female body parts and what they want to do to them. It's disgusting. My daughter is 20 and a college student. She is as disgusted as I am. At one point, after some filth came over the speakers, she turned to me and said, "I can't believe this! Why would they play this in a clothing store for women?" I hope they change their policy. The shoe store down a little further in the mall played similar music, but while we were trying on shoes we noticed that the music kept getting interrupted and a new song would start. We realized that they must have some kind of filter on the program to cut if off when it gets offensive. At least that's something! Get a clue, folks. I don't care what people listen to on their own. This is completely inappropriate. Makes for a sad world. read more

Horrible management there. Girls on floor were nice but manger was a different story. I would not shop their again Korean lady very discriminatory. Thumbs down for sure. read more

This store has great prices, really cute clothes and is very well merchandised.Very neat and organized compared to many other stores that I have shopped in.Jocelyn was really helpful and a total sweetheart.I almost didn't find it because it is in a less frequented part of the mall.I am glad I did. Will be back often. read more

Do not shop here! As a former employee, I can tell you all about how these clothes are easily available for half the price at the local swap meet. They are all of poor quality and construction, and when an item is damaged, the owner does a slip-shod job of mending it just to get it out of the store. Eek! read more
