What a cute clothing store location in Pavilions Place. I don't know how new this is but I don't remember seeing this for a long time. But the store is clean and big and they have really cute clothing for the young adults. Things were organized and they sold accessories as well and nice fitting rooms. I think it was a little on the pricier side when it comes to small shops like this, but still affordable for sure. Just not as cheap as Forever Young or Forever 21. So pissed off at this place. I came in yesterday and was informed I couldn't try on the clothes , not even a jacket In front of their mirrors in the store. I put everything back except a jacket I thought I may like and thought ok worst comes to worst they'll refund me. End up I did not like the jacket , went to bring it back and was told they can only give me store credit. Such BS ! I feel ripped off and tricked. So annoyed with this place . So unreasonable because does it matter where I tried it on ? I think it's worse to bring an item home and wear it and bring it back than to try the damn thing in the store. I went shopping with my sister visiting from out of state before she left to the airport. We were some what of a hurry but browsed quickly throughout the entire store. What I didn't realize until my sister pointed it out that we were being followed throughout the store. I had never had this issue before . But after that, I noticed we were being watched and then when we had a few things in our hands my sister was asked if they could hold things for her in the fitting room. She told the manager I believe (older Asian lady) that she didn't need to try anything on but if she was so concerned to just hold the items at the register. That whole interaction made me feel so uncomfortable. We when eventually checked out she stared at each of us , sort of in a way saying that she would remember what we looked like? I'm not sure but it made us feel really uneasy. Both my sister and I make great $$$$ and we were still profiled for being Hispanic. We had even gone to the Irvine spectrum the day before and weren't followed at any store which carried $250 blouses. I never want to shop there ever again. Which is sad bc I really enjoyed shopping here before and frankly I'm quite embarrassed I brought my sister here to shop. I really hope the owner reads this review and stops to think not every minority is there to shoplift. read more

This place is such a cute women's boutique! I'm usually the type of person that doesn't shop unless I'm in a shopping mood, but I came to check out this store that had recently openned and I was so impressed by the selection! I was able to find a dress I loved right away. The prices are pretty affordable here too, I definitley recommend this place! Beware when purchasing from this place. I purchased a shirt from here. The shirt had a hole in the front. I didn't notice when I bought the shirt. When I tried to put it on the shirt had a hole. I tried to exchange it but the "manager" at this fashion was so rude. She said they usually check the clothing when they receive it. I believe her, I just wanted to exchange it for the same shirt. But she was so unprofessional. There was no need for that. All I wanted was for her to exchange it for the same one. But all I got was an attitude from this lady. If u purchase anything from here, make sure u check it before u leave this place or else she will not exchange it. Maybe it's time for a new "manager". Quality of clothing is pretty good. It's on par to stores like Forever 21, Fashion Q, etc. if not then better. Same goes for price. I bought a cute pencil skirt here for about $12 and and a super soft, chunky, over-sized knitted cardigan for $35. I came here as a recommendation from a coworker specifically needing all black clubbing/night out attire for a bachelorette weekend in Vegas that just 2 days away (yes, i totally procrastinated). I am a mom of a 2 year old boy really has not lost the baby weight in the tummy area and i tend to get really bad eczema in my legs. So I am definitely self conscious in those 2 areas. It was getting frustrating only finding dress in my size that practically showed my coochie area and/or dresses that accentuates my belly area. And the dresses that I did love and knew would look good on me, didn't have the size I needed. I almost gave up when I asked one of the sales associates to help me, and boy did she help! Although it's true, they didn't have any clubbing dresses that appealed to me, she took the time to help me put together an outfit that made me feel sexy, yet comfortable in my own skin. She and another sales associate helped me put together a black pencil skirt with a slit and she even pulled out some tops that weren't even priced and on the rack yet and found me a black long sleeved onesie with a deep v cut in the front. I absolutely LOVED it!!! I will definitely be coming back soon to look through the rest of their stock as there were PLENTY of clothes that I wanted just for everyday work/weekend/party wear. So even though i was getting frustrated with the clubbing dress hunting, I still give FIVE stars because of how helpful and patient the staff were and because I know that if i was shopping for any other occasion, i would be in heaven!!! read more

I tried to exchange the item that was never worn, to find out they changed the exchange policy to final sale, then they said 7 days though my receipt says 30 days. Really annoyed with this place. First off they don't allow you to try on anything in store due to COVID, which isn't that bad whatever, what makes it bad is that everything you buy is final sale. So even if you get home and don't like something on, tough luck. They used to let you exchange for store credit, but not anymore.
