Fake Sonny angel
H H.

DO NOT BUY SONNY ANGELS OR ANY BLIND BOXES FROM THIS BUSINESS. My family bought 2 Sonny angels for $16/each and gifted it to the kids for Christmas only to find out when the kids opened their gifts, the figurines were FAKE. It was not disclosed these were counterfeit products. Avoid at all cost. This business should be reprimanded for selling fake products.

fake smiskis (real ones don't have a shiny finish)

Fake Smiskis sold here! Bought a work series and should have known it was fake by the shrink wrapped boxes and printing on the exterior. Opened it up, and the figures have distinct differences from actual smiski I've purchased in Japan (packaging, finish, quality, etc.)

I don't know why i still bought this??? Store clerk was really rude. Inpatient.. .he asked me stupid questions He said, go home. Sad man.

Cute selection for Korean stationary store and gifts. A bit pricey compared to Miniso or Daiso. I think limited return policy.

M.Lovewell is an independent stationery store located in Downtown Santa Ana near 4th Street Market…read moreand the shop hosts various creative workshops. This flagship brick-and-mortar location first opened in 2016 and M.Lovewell used to have a mini location inside Contra Coffee + Tea in Old Towne Orange (now closed). At the end of each July, the store offers Anniversary Weekend sales with an additional 20% off most items. [Parking]: There is a parking structure across the street for 4th Street Market. I had no issue finding free street parking in this part of town on Sunday afternoon. [Selection]: There was a tote-making station for a $25 DIY tote (choose a tote color and one patch, tell the staff where you want it, and the staff will iron it on for you) and Build a Washi Tin for $44 (limited-edition 10-year washi tin and choose eight washi tapes to fit inside the tin). I was quite impressed with the cute stationery selection including planners, pens (Tombow ABT PRO Alcohol Markers + Zebra's MILDLINER) from brands like Sarasa, Penco, Zebra, Mono, and Uni-ball, writing paper (MD Paper), cases and pouches from The Superior Labor, greeting cards, stickers, stamps, watercolor boards, Toyo toolboxes, etc. They even offer really fancy pens from brands like OHTO as well as $200+ fountain pens and inks for fountain pens. They have tester pens for customers to try out. On their website, customers can preorder The Hobonichi Techo for new releases for the upcoming year. [Conclusion]: Overall this shop focuses more on Japanese stationery brands (they do not sell MUJI here) and personally this is one of the best pure stationery shops in Orange County. I like this store much better than places like Shorthand, Baum-kuchen, or The Social Type in Los Angeles.

CUTE INDEPENDENT SHOP (4 stats)…read more There isn't much happening in downtown Santa Ana but there are a few hidden gems. Did I overhear that this place has been open for ~10 years?! I stumbled upon this shop while walking around the small downtown and as I walked more east I questioned should I turn around? Right when I was able to this store popped in view and I had to go in! What a cute shop if you are into stationary and pens and etc. I love supporting small independent businesses so I was determined to leave with something. There were a collective of independent products from different companies/artists that sell their items here. I didn't expect to leave spending $70.05 on 5 tiny items. WAX SEAL ($20) - by Made of Honour. There weee a handful of styles available. Very nice packaging. SEALING WAX BEADS 100pc ($9) - by Fiona Ariva. Variety of stunning colors. WAX SEAL HANDLE ($9) - by Fiona Ariva. I believe this is the standard size that fits other brands. BOAT PEN CASE ($13) - by Luddite. I been looking for a small compact pen case for my very few ones that i own and this was what I was looking for. ANTERIQUE BALLPOINT PEN ($13) - I love this mini pen and how it writes. The store DOES sell anterique refills BUT not the mini anterique refills that is needed for this pen. You can order the refills online on Amazon. So here's what gets me about shopping here. - California State Tax (0.5%) - Orange County Tax (0.25%) - Santa Ana City Tax (15%) - Orange County District Tax SP (0:5%) - Orange County Tax SL (1%) ^^ Added an additional $5.95 to the initial subtotal. That's alot in my opinion! Cool store, with a checkout. Until the next review....

Wrapping game is strong af here at PS…read more Papyrus is closed during COVID, but this place has 3-4X more selection than them, as well as bring a cut above them. This place is NICE when you enter. Upscale place with handcrafted wrapping paper, satin ribbons, and other knick knacks for your gift-wrapping needs, Paper Source does a good job with your gifting mood should you need it. Located in South Coast Plaza mall (bottom floor), you'll find a good assortment of paper for that perfect gift. Maybe I'm hyping this place too much, it's just a place that sells paper after all. They do have a wrapping service but personally I didn't need it, but it's a neat option for those with Flintstone-like hands. Service was pretty helpful in getting what I need. I got wrapping paper with dogs for my girlfriend because it fits perfectly. Quality of the paper is top notch (no rips while making the gifts) and the satin ribbon quality was excellent. Yeah, you spend quite a bit here, but it's sometimes worth it to splurge for something nice that isn't bought from Amazon. Overall, easy 5/5 for me.

I came here just a few days before Christmas, so it was pretty crowded and there was a long line. I didn't end up getting anything because of the long line and a lot of the items seemed to be overpriced. Neat store; I'll probably come again during a different season when it's not so crowded.

There were so many cute items to look through, especially for journaling and stationery lovers. I loved all the different stickers, especially the ones for different colleges and universities! Sadly, they didn't have my school, APU (Azusa Pacific University), but I was still able to find plenty of other adorable stickers and postcards to take home. I also got some cute stamps that I'm excited to use for my journaling entries. The items can definitely get a little costly, especially when you start picking up multiple things because everything is so cute . I would definitely come back when my budget allows! Customer service was excellent and everyone was very nice. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend checking STKR out with friends or family, especially if you love stickers, stationery, scrapbooking, or journaling!

[Parking]: Easy and free designated parking for the plaza and our party had no issue finding an available spot on Saturday afternoon. [Products]: Most of the stickers are original artwork with only a few anime IPs (less than 1/8 of all stickers). I thought their LA County stickers (including some cities from San Bernardino County) for each city were pretty neat. The shop also has some decent Japanese-brand notebooks, toolboxes, pens, etc. Customers can also make their own through the website by uploading their own images (minimum order of 50 stickers). [Conclusion]: The store is not everyone's cup of tea, but for the right target customers this is an amazing store.

Visited Los Cerritos Center for the first time recently with my brother while we were in the area…read moreand decided to explore what the mall had to offer. First off, this place is HUGE. And the parking lot? Even bigger. My only downside personally (as someone who relies on public transportation and walking) was getting in and out. Google Maps had me on some very questionable routes, so we ended up navigating through the massive parking lot on foot, trying to find an entrance. Leaving was a bit of an adventure too since there weren't many sidewalks, so we were basically speed-walking and dodging cars on the way out! That aside, the mall itself is impressive. Tons of great stores and plenty to check out. Our visit was a bit brief since we mainly came to grab food and were already tired from an earlier adventure, but we still had a great time overall. The food court stood out to me--it's spacious and I loved that they have kid-sized tables, which is such a cute and thoughtful touch. Also, they have my favorite: Auntie Anne's, which is basically a must for any solid mall trip. Overall, this feels like a great spot for a casual mall date or just a day of shopping and snacking. I'd definitely come back to explore more (and hopefully figure out a better route next time).
