I am an avid collector and am always looking for the new jellycats that release and Deckers always has their hand on the pulse of what is coming out and what will be popular. They not only have a huge selection but they decorate the shop with all the Jellycats and it makes my heart and inner child so happy. Most stores in the area that have small selections of Jellycat tend to up charge for them and this defeats the purpose of me buying online from the Jellycat site. Deckers prices fairly and not outside of the online prices. The service and customer care is above and beyond!! I feel like I'm going to visit friends rather than shopping somewhere. Dawn and Dan are amazing and so personable and knowledgeable about all of their products and are super kind and caring towards everyone that enters their shop. If you want a specific item they may not have in store they will order it specially for you and let you know as soon as it comes in. They make sure that the store is immaculate and that you find exactly what you are looking for. I can't rave enough about them both! We went to the First Friday release and was able to get my bag signed by Melanie & Dana Harvey, and Sid. The Harveys are always so nice! And their staff are so helpful - and organized!
