Sherry told me that this particular piece is her fav pan and thought I might like it better than a nonstick skillet (how ordinary). I was in love with the color and imagined I really would love it, so I changed my mind and bought this Everyday Pan instead. Since I bought it 5 days ago, this pan has hardly been put away! I made Marsala Chicken, omelettes, and grilled cheese sandwiches twice. The Marsala sauce reduced in about 1/2 the time it took my nonstick skillet the last time I made it. I spent MSRP on it (I think), but this piece is so beautiful and functional, I willingly paid for it because I got to leave with it the same day.
