I've never had an issue at MINISO before, but my experience today was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was being followed around the store by an employee after simply reaching into my bag to grab my phone. The item I was purchasing was in my hand the entire time. I noticed the employee following me through several aisles, and then security came into the store. After I made my purchase and left, I noticed security followed me outside as well. I completely understand that theft is a concern, but the way this was handled made me feel singled out and targeted. I couldn't comfortably browse or shop without feeling watched. This experience makes feel me hesitant to return. read more

I was surprised to spot a MINISO tucked into the corner of this large plaza, so I decided to stop in and take a look. The store itself isn't very big, and the selection is pretty similar to what you'd find at other locations. The staff were friendly during my visit, and it was a nice quick stop while walking around the plaza. read more

I bought my first action figure and was delighted to get a chance to take pics with it, where I spent my time with. I could buy more, but those gatcha items can really empty your pockets ‍. Trust the one you pick is the one meant for you. The place got a good number of figures, with anime lovers' cuteness added on top. The prices are fair with details to admire and even add to. The service was fast and I signed up to gain points. read more

this location i feel like has better stuff than anaheim. they had the mandallrian stuff out. While at anaheim i had to go in like 3 times. i dont believe they have a phone number. store is busy. check it out read more

This is one of the larger Miniso's in the area. There are several aisles of licensed merchandise (Sanrio, Harry Potter, Jurassic Park etc) mostly toys and soft products like towels. It also has imported Japanese snacks. They also had some makeup and skin care. I saw round lab moisturizer and heroine make up, random perfumes. FYI the parking lot gets busy on the weekends. read more

Been on the hunt for BTS & BT21 swag. This is a big location, clean & well organized. MINISO is the place to buy the cutest things of your favorites like HELLO KITTY, STITCH & BT21 of course. The bonus of this trip was a huge clearance section, really reasonable prices. read more

This was my first time coming here since I have never been to miniso before. It's located near hoa binh supermarket. Today, I came here with my boyfriend & got my birthday blind box gift. If you make an account you'll get a free blind box on your birthday value up to $24.99. I came to the store and it is very clean, spacious, and well organized. It was hard for me to decide which blind box I wanted. I went with Pompompurin & I was going to get the stitch one but they sold out. The blind box would be $17.99 for the Pompompurin depending which blind box you pick. The service was fast & employee is very nice and friendly. There is plenty of parking. I would definitely come back here if I want a blind box. read more

What a cute and fun shop! And a great place to visit if you need to get a birthday gift, or Christmas gift, or just no occasion at all gift! A gift from here will surely make that special someone happy. There are plushies of all sizes here and I guarantee you will not walk out empty-handed. Sanrio products fill this store. Some items will seem pricey, then there are some that seems like a bargain. Just dig and you will find something for someone for sure! There are many blind boxes here for those who love a good surprise. Always fun to give those as a present. Japanese cosmetics fill the shelves with eyeliners, shadows, blushes, lipsticks,...build a little gift bag of goodies for your favorite person. Perfect little shop to stop by after enjoying your day in Little Saigon! There are many places to go and be sure to add this one to your list when you are in the neighborhood! Enjoy! read more

This Miniso is located in a (busy) shopping center with restaurants and various other stores. I like this one because it's not located inside a mall and I don't have to deal with navigating through the mall and crowds of people to get to it. It also has plenty of parking - it just depends on how far you might have to walk as parking can get busy at times. I love coming into this shop and browsing all the cute items they have to offer. I like that there's a huge variety of things - from household goods to plushies to food items to collectable figurines. There's so much to choose from that it can be overwhelming the first time coming into a Miniso. And, many of the items are branded - from Harry Potter to One Piece to Sanrio characters - they have tons of them! The price varies depending on what kind of item you're looking for. I would say that the prices are a little higher than I expected, but there are some items that are reasonably priced. Most things seem to be of good quality, so it's worth the splurge once in a while. The workers here are friendly enough, but I haven't had much interaction with them other than when checking out. Overall - cute shop with cute items that I come in and browse around when I'm in the area waiting for whatever reason. read more

If I were to suggest a Miniso store to visit in the area, I'd recommend this location. It's definitely bigger than the Brea location and they carry a lot of items. I left with an air-freshner that smelled like a high-end Vegas hotel, but I'm sad to report it wasn't as potent as I thought it would be. It's more subtle. It uses the diffuser reeds. I was on the hunt for this specific Adventure Time razor holder, but unfortunately couldn't locate it here or anything even close to it. None the less, I enjoyed perusing the aisles here for over an hour. Definitely recommend visiting if you're looking for select Sanrio character items! read more

I love this Miniso compared to the Irvine spectrum location. It's so much bigger and much more organized. The staff is super friendly! Arthur, the manager, is seriously the nicest manager I've ever met. While items can be pricey (especially blind boxes), it's fun to go in and get something for myself once in awhile. There are SO many things that are affordable. I could easily spend over an hour here. Parking is easy to find, but be wary of bad drivers haha. read more

Stopped by this Miniso a while back, and was happy that it opened in my city! I thought it was super clean inside and well stocked! Parking in the plaza can be quite tough, especially during the weekend, but this section of the plaza tends to be okay. Checked out this new location in garden grove...the store is bright, clean, organized and open although it doesn't look like it's as big as the one at the Irvine spectrum, but it's cleaner and more organized. The staff seems friendly; parking is not hard to find but during peak hours, drivers can get aggressive, just be careful and watch out. read more

OMG a Miniso that's not located in a mall! I dislike going to the mall so the fact that I found one that isn't in a mall was soo exciting for me. I loved how this location was much bigger and less crowding than the regular stores. Everything was stocked up and organized. Such a good experience, I got a Disney blind box and was so happy to get my top choice on my first try! The service was very helpful and kind! It's small yet very well stocked and clean. It seems pretty small, yet there is more product and skincare

One of the most organized and well stocked Miniso stores that I have been to. They had their shelves full and everything was sorted by company and character. They had things that other Miniso stores didn't have. They have a huge selection of characters that everyone loves. Surprised that they weren't too busy. The prices of the items are a bit expensive. But not too bad. People are not the friendliest nor do they ask if you need help. That might be the only downside. Other than that, it's one of the best Miniso stores around. read more

Came back to this store and they changed it up quite a bit. They frequently add new items and I was glad I stopped by again. Saw some cool new items and was impressed how organized it was. It's a small crowded area because the store is small with a lot of customers. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Too crowded.. but lots of neat things! Some are a bit overpriced and you can get these online. Other than that, staff here are young and may be inexperienced so need to be more friendlier, smile, and say hello more to the customers. read more

Went to the grand opening event today. There's a raffle and DJ outside as well as free samples of snacks! So many cute accessories and home decor. Lots of cute products if you're looking for gifts. Wow I'm like a kid again in Sanrio. Was nearby and decided to check out the store. Everything is so cute. I mainly checked out the snoopy and hello kitty stuff and left with a handful of items I likely don't need, but need HAHAA. Once excited to see what business would occupy the old rite aid real estate, I was disappointed to see miniso, but was hopeful that I would like it. After visiting, I can confidently say I hate it. There were a lot of cute Sanrio items and I could see majority of items being good options for gift baskets or cute impulse buys, but no price tags! What the heck, this is so annoying.
