I've made the mistake of ordering online and picking up in store a few times before without smelling and being disappointed half the time with the smell. The store wasn't too busy. This was my second stop to try to find the Disney princess collection candleholders, and the other customers standing in line outside the door were so gracious and kind. As I entered the store, all of the employees were cheerful, helpful, and accommodating they made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. When any of us said what we were looking for, they pointed it out to us and I had a wonderful shopping experience here. Went last Saturday after brunch. Both Mom and I wanted some body cream. Plenty of parking as this shop is in a large plaza. We got a spot right in the front. Upon entering, we were greeted right away. I never got her name but this associate delivered. She asked us what we needed, a particular smell we wanted and then she went into town. It was not busy so she showed us a good variety of creams similar to the smell we wanted. I think I ended up holding about 5-7 of those paper sticks with the different smells to decide. We were there for a good 20-30mins as we couldn't decide. There was a promotion of buy 3 get 3 that the associate shared with us and we took advantage of it. There was a 75% special on some candles too that I had to look at and eventually got a few as well. I want to say this may be one of the first time visiting BBW and was not overwhelmed by the variety and which one to buy and also trying to dodge other customers. We ended up with 6 creams and a few candles and all at great prices. I love the fragrances of the soaps and plug ins. The holidays wouldn't be the same without these scents in the air of my home. I forgot to mention the 3 wick candles as well. The store is well organized and clean while the employees are super helpful. I was choosing different scents for a concentrated room spray and they brought over paper tabs for me to spray them on. One of them helped me choose the perfect scent, which I described as fresh linen on a sunny morning. Each of the scented room sprays lasts around 250 sprays and just two sprays will fill a whole room in no time. I came to this location a few times. This bath and body works place is my favorite store HANDS DOWN. Their store is clean, spacious, and well organized for special occasions scent. I got some good deals every-time I come here. Today I ended with their black cherry merlot candle and it was only $10.95. Their usual price is $24.95 to $26.95 for a candle. I got the last strawberry snowflake and I honestly love this scent very fruity. Their hand soaps usual price is $7.95, but sale hand soaps are $3.95 or $3.50 depending on the deals they have. I got their strawberry snowflake lotion and I only got them for $3.99 this was a good steal, but website said $4.95. The employees are very nice and friendly. Why don't they really work on updating their gift cards. Every time I go in with a gift card the employees completely scratch off the PIN number on the back. They make customers call their service number and it takes weeks to receive a new card by email. Do better!! read more

I hit this B&BW when I get my hair cut at the salon in the same plaza - it's a small, cozy store and I like that it's not in a super busy shopping complex or mall. When I went in last weekend, I was greeted by Diana and she had such a great energy to her! I asked her a few questions about the wall flowers and she was very helpful in helping me find the ones that I wanted. I thought about purchasing a few candles as there was a decent sale... but man, they've gotten expensive. Diana also rung me up and was just so genuinely pleasant. What a refreshing and warm experience! It's like walking into a nice friend's place. The staff was so warm, nice and helpful. It's clearly good management there. This bath and body works is awesome. I had the most wonderful employees helping me the other day, and I really wish I remember their names because they definitely deserve this shoutout. These two ladies were working on Wednesday the 27th at around 2-3pm. One had light blonde hair and was a little older, and the other working by her had a kind of darker copper blonde. I kept making circles because I'm so indecisive about my scents I like but I wanted to get a third item for the buy 2 get one free. They recommended me perfect in pink because surprisingly I hadn't really smelled that one, and it ended up being PERFECT!!! Like, the smell is amazing and it smells amazing on.
