The salesgirls have are so unbelievably Sweet, in fact when I was redeeming my rewards the signal on my phone was so intermittent that I couldn't even show the sales associate the 2 rewards that I had and she said you know what, it's fine, you can go ahead but I don't like people to think that I'm just getting stuff for free. So I said can you please come around and I actually wanted her to see that I light had 2 rewards, to which she actually saw, and I said I wanted you to see so that it doesn't look like I'm getting something for nothing and she very sweetly said no, of course not. A very warm and welcoming atmosphere. read more

Stopped by to pick up foam hand soap that is on sale. Big & spacious store with plenty of parking spaces (huge parking lot in a big shopping plaza). Well organized and displayed, easy to find what I was looking for. Staff are nice and friendly. Overall good experience shopping here. read more

Super bad service here, as I entered the store, the girls standing around and ignored me like am not exist, no greeting or asking whether I needed help, I stood the at order pick up counter without anyone offer to help, finally I had screamed out asking is anyone helping me over here. Super bad customer service, I would normally go to the store in Long Beach, they had a better service there. Would never recommend anyone here. read more

Stopped by this location for the first time to buy some hand soaps that were just released and are on sale. I've made the mistake of ordering online and picking up in store a few times before without smelling and being disappointed half the time with the smell. The store wasn't too busy. The girl in the front greeted us and asked what we were looking for then handed me a basket. Well off I went to pick out my summer and fall hand soaps. When I went to check out there was no line so was able to walk right up to the register. read more

The other ladies on the floor are very friendly and sweet, but I found Melissa to be quite rude.... She needs to work on her customer service skills. I did not feel valued as a customer. No hello or the m you. Not sure if she was having a bad day. It's not great that she is off putting and ignoring my greeting. I was friendly with her too at the register. Doesn't make me want to come back to this store. I've never had a bad vibe with others at any other Bath & Body Works store read more

Went last Saturday after brunch. Both Mom and I wanted some body cream. Plenty of parking as this shop is in a large plaza. We got a spot right in the front. Upon entering, we were greeted right away. I never got her name but this associate delivered. She asked us what we needed, a particular smell we wanted and then she went into town. It was not busy so she showed us a good variety of creams similar to the smell we wanted. I think I ended up holding about 5-7 of those paper sticks with the different smells to decide. We were there for a good 20-30mins as we couldn't decide. There was a promotion of buy 3 get 3 that the associate shared with us and we took advantage of it. There was a 75% special on some candles too that I had to look at and eventually got a few as well. I want to say this may be one of the first time visiting BBW and was not overwhelmed by the variety and which one to buy and also trying to dodge other customers. We ended up with 6 creams and a few candles and all at great prices. Enjoyed our time there thanks for the assistance of the associate who approached us as soon as walked me but did not leave us on our own. We walked away happy with our purchase. read more

Lexi was phenomenal at helping us out in finding products and if anything was out of stock she would provide great recommendations. She was very welcoming to all customers and in my opinion is a perfect example of an amazing employee. read more

This was my second stop to try to find the Disney princess collection candleholders, and the other customers standing in line outside the door were so gracious and kind. As I entered the store, all of the employees were cheerful, helpful, and accommodating they made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. When any of us said what we were looking for, they pointed it out to us and I had a wonderful shopping experience here. Special thanks to Esther for helping me discover other fragrances and candle holders from the Spring collection as well. This is my new fav Bath and Body Works. I'm telling all of my friends and family to shop at this location. read more

I love the fragrances of the soaps and plug ins. The holidays wouldn't be the same without these scents in the air of my home. I forgot to mention the 3 wick candles as well. The creativity of the labeling and the variety of products never cease to amaze me. I literally buy a year's supply almost every visit. These make perfect gifts and my gf loves them. read more

The actual store is wonderful. The online customer service is a 0. I placed an order 5 days ago and every time I call I get the same response. It's processing. After 5 days it's still processing! The BBW customer service can't even give me an approximate time it will be shipped. Not reassuring my products will still be in stock by the time my order gets " processed ". read more

I love this location. All the workers are super friendly and eager to assist you. I'm always greeted as soon as I walk inside.

The store is well organized and clean while the employees are super helpful. I was choosing different scents for a concentrated room spray and they brought over paper tabs for me to spray them on. One of them helped me choose the perfect scent, which I described as fresh linen on a sunny morning. Each of the scented room sprays lasts around 250 sprays and just two sprays will fill a whole room in no time. I was able to use my birthday reward to get the item for free, which was appreciated. read more

I came to this location a few times. This bath and body works place is my favorite store HANDS DOWN. Their store is clean, spacious, and well organized for special occasions scent. I got some good deals every-time I come here. Today I ended with their black cherry merlot candle and it was only $10.95. Their usual price is $24.95 to $26.95 for a candle. I got the last strawberry snowflake and I honestly love this scent very fruity. Their hand soaps usual price is $7.95, but sale hand soaps are $3.95 or $3.50 depending on the deals they have. I got their strawberry snowflake lotion and I only got them for $3.99 this was a good steal, but website said $4.95. The employees are very nice and friendly. I would definitely come back here. read more

Why don't they really work on updating their gift cards. Every time I go in with a gift card the employees completely scratch off the PIN number on the back. They make customers call their service number and it takes weeks to receive a new card by email. Do better!! read more

I hit this B&BW when I get my hair cut at the salon in the same plaza - it's a small, cozy store and I like that it's not in a super busy shopping complex or mall. When I went in last weekend, I was greeted by Diana and she had such a great energy to her! I asked her a few questions about the wall flowers and she was very helpful in helping me find the ones that I wanted. I thought about purchasing a few candles as there was a decent sale... but man, they've gotten expensive. Diana also rung me up and was just so genuinely pleasant. I had a really good experience in this store and will definitely be back! read more

What a refreshing and warm experience! It's like walking into a nice friend's place. The staff was so warm, nice and helpful. It's clearly good management there. I haven't shopped here for a LONG time but my mom always gifts me stuff from here. So my Bath & Body hand sanitizer reminds me of her. Definitely will come back to buy more things to warm up my home. Finally, a lovely shopping experience. Also, the prices are great! read more

I was here this morning around 8:35 am for first candle day. I was greeted by a lady and she was so nice helping me with my orders . I hand her my phone with a list of candle I wanted and she grabbed them in less than 1 min . If I was doing it I might be there for 45 mins and I was in a rush . I did not asked for her name but she was so sweet, and I love their candles . read more

I don't typically leave reviews, but I have gone into this location twice now, and have left with a pleasant experience every single time. The staff has always been very friendly, accommodating, and yet not overbearing. The store is displayed so beautifully, it's very large in size, and extremely clean! They also welcomed my dog Olive with no issues and gave her some well deserved compliments lol. I will definitely be returning! read more

Pretty big store and neat. People working cooperate well to help people efficiently. Intended to show someone how many soaps this person was getting but it got this worker who was helpful. Wonderful new location of Bath and Body Works! Extremely clean, modern but welcoming, and well organized even during what can be the chaotic Semi-Annual sale. The employees were friendly and helpful upon walking in and the young man at the register was very thoughtful in making sure I was able to use all my coupons. Tons of candles to choose from and a large White Barn section. Enjoyed my retail experience here and will be back because who can honestly resist B&BW! :) read more

This bath and body works is awesome. I had the most wonderful employees helping me the other day, and I really wish I remember their names because they definitely deserve this shoutout. These two ladies were working on Wednesday the 27th at around 2-3pm. One had light blonde hair and was a little older, and the other working by her had a kind of darker copper blonde. I kept making circles because I'm so indecisive about my scents I like but I wanted to get a third item for the buy 2 get one free. They recommended me perfect in pink because surprisingly I hadn't really smelled that one, and it ended up being PERFECT!!! Like, the smell is amazing and it smells amazing on. I've been using it for the past few days and I love it so much. These ladies were awesome for helping me find my new favorite smell! I'm very thankful for them and for being kind about me walking in circles for 30 min being indecisive read more

the people working there are very moody. Usually you expect a "Hi" or a welcome but they just ignore you.
