On June 15, 2026 I decided to stop in to look for the Swifty Relax short sleeve.... Definitely the worst location if you're looking for any customer service. All the employees do is chit chat and gossip. I walked in and not a single employee greeted me or even looked my way. A male and female employee barely moved from behind the counter for a good 20 minutes while I was in the store. They were so busy chit chatting about their personal life. Completely unprofessional. I stood in front of the counter for a couple minutes until one finally realized I was standing there waiting for some assistance. I was more of a bother than a priority. I also asked a question and the gal didn't even know about her own product and what she's even selling. I'll be sticking to the Brea location. They're so much kinder and helpful. read more

I have been to this location twice. The first time about 2yrs ago wasn't so great. Although, it wasn't such a great experience I really wanted the new no front seam algin leggings. So, I went to this location since it was close by. Walking in everyone was friendly. I was immediately asked if I was looking for something in specific by the guy in the dressing room. I told him what I was looking for and they didn't have them in stock. He however quickly double checked with his coworkers and found one but it wasn't my size. He at the same time was checking other locations and found the two closest that had it in stock. I told him I would just order online but that if I could check the sizes out. He said yes and quickly grabbed the two sizes for me and came back to check how everything was going. I had a great experience. The employees we happy and friendly and helpful. When I used to work retail when I was younger I would make sure to give great service so, I know it's hard to please all customers but being friendly and helpful goes a long way even if items are available him going the extra mile to find it was great. I'm terms of customer service, this is honestly the worst lululemon store I've been to. I have been here 3-4 times and they are so unhelpful and have the weirdest attitude when you ask for help. All the employees do is gossip and talk with each other about their lives. It's really unprofessional. I go to Equinox right next door and thought it would be so convenient to browse here and make purchases every now and then because I am an active person that works out a lot and needs good quality clothing, but I refuse to shop here. Quaint and cute! This Lululemon is located almost across from Philz at Pacific City in Huntington Beach. Is it one of the high-volume stores like Irvine Spectrum or Fashion Island? Had a great experience at this particular Lululemon. I meandered around through the clothes, back to the legging section and a very nice girl, Sierra (sp?) asked if I needed help. I normally say no, just looking but this time, thought I'd take her up on her offer. I told her, I was confused by the sizing and differences in legging names. She explained to me how the sizing works and that I (normally a 0) was probably more like a 4 in some types of leggings and then a 2 in other types. Did you know the section with the leggings mannequins go in order from high performance to everyday loungewear? Every store does this. I had no idea! I told her what I was looking for and she directed me to several options. She was dead on with the size and I bought two pair and two shirts. Thank you, Sierra! The customer service at this location is incredible. I stayed in Huntington Beach for a month after losing my house in the Eaton Canyon fire in LA. I'm a yoga teacher and obviously needed yoga clothes and gear. The level of compassion and guidance they provided me when I was frazzled and having a hard time making decisions was so meaningful. It wasn't just me who got that service. I worked in customer service for years, and the people who worked there were equally as friendly and helpful to others as they were to me. I got a bunch of cute stuff that I absolutely love. And a thoughtful gift as well. Someone said this location is smaller than others, but they had amazing things to choose from. I am so happy about this location! It's never too crowded and the staff is amazing! I used to drive all the way to South Coast Plaza for the Lululemon store, because I forgot that Pacific city had one. Once I remembered, this is the only Lululemon I go to. They have a pretty wide selection and certain items that I haven't seen in other locations. Bonus, parking is validated and it's located in Pacific City so you can shop, eat, hang and more. read more

BEWARE EVERYONE I am beyond disappointed with this lululemon Everyone save your time from going here they do not deserve ANY CUSTOMERS. I went in on April 10, 2024 at 6pm. The Lady helping me at the cash registers was an Asian female and a Caucasian lady with blonde hair claimed that they were the manager). They did not care about the damaged item I brought in which was not even my fault, I got it hemmed and it came back with a hole .They did not care to switch it out for me. What kind of service is this? How is this making it right for a customer??? whoever the manager is of this store, needs to re-evaluate who they hire. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The other day at Lululemon, I really was shown the exceptional service. To provide context, I had purchased some shorts that, after getting home, ended up being a size too small. When I returned to exchange them, Ally assisted me with patience and professionalism. Unfortunately for her, the saga didn't end there; they ripped two weeks later. Despite the back-and-forth that probably would have tried anybody's patience--certainly it tried mine--Ally dealt with it all with grace and efficiency. It has been nothing short of brilliant in making what could be a frustrating experience at both ends quite a manageable one. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I have been a Lulu customer for years but the staff here was so rude that I will never buy from Lulu again. I tried to make a return with my receipt and the male staff member that I spoke with was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and condescending. I have made returns at this store before with my receipt and have never had an issue, he rudely explained they "obviously" could not accept mine because it was purchased a few months ago. I can understand the return policy (though I have returned items in the past that were over a year old) but the way he explained it to me was so unnecessarily condescending. I hate leaving poor reviews. I love lulu lemon but this location's customer service is beyond disappointing and unacceptable. The store manager, kaylee, was blatantly rude to my mom. After interacting with my mom who was trying to understand a certain policy, she asks her "so are you going to buy the pants or not". Not very customer service oriented, in my opinion. I would recommend driving a little further to the fashion island lulu lemon location, which is bigger with better customer service. read more

My husband had purchased me a Christmas gift from here. The jacket he bought me was a tad bit small so I needed a bigger size. I did not have the receipt as it was a gift but the tags were on the jacket. I walked in and everyone was standing around but all looked confused. I approached a young lady and asked her if she could help me. She said hang in one sec so I stood off to the side as she proceeded to fold leggings. I waited about 5 minutes and someone else walked up and said do you need help. I stated I just want to swap this jacket out with a bigger size. The one girl got the jacket for me and told me to wait in line that they will help me. I got in the line and when I was called by the girl to help me I told her I wanted to exchange the jacket and with a sassy attitude she said well I need a receipt. I proceeded to tell her I don't have one it's a gift. She says I can't help you- you need a receipt. Then she called next customer. I said hang on a minute why can you not do an even exchange if the tags are on it and it has not be worn. She then said- Ugh hold on - spoke with her boss. The boss then came up and said do you have a number with us. I said no but my husband might so she looked it up via phone number and told the girl you can exchange it that way. The other girl said oh fine- she then proceeded to exchange the jacket as she batted her over bearing eyelashes with a wanna throw up look on her face. Once done she said oh do u need a bag? I said no I'm good I have my own bag (target bag) she looked at that and laughed under her breath. I told her happy new year abs have a nice day. No comment back. When I stepped out I thought I will never never never come back and spend my hard working money at this place again. To be treated like crap over a store that sells overpriced leggings and jackets, etc. I was so excited when I got my first lulu lemon jacket and pants now I will cringe when I put this on thinking of how that little girl treated me. Recently have been to a few lululemon stores for holiday shopping and this one I had one of the best experiences by far. Even thou it's smaller compared to others they really made up for it in customer service experience. The girl that helped me noticed I had baby in carrier and probably could use some help she helped me not only find what I liked but showed me similar options and helped me order online what they didn't have in store. I was looking for the cropped scuba hoodie and ended up ordering that and purchasing a few other similar items Instore with husband. She was very attentive and efficient which is super helpful when shopping with baby lol. I hope other larger stores can get back to having more one on one attention like the one I received at this store. I actually live closer to the Long Beach location but go here for the experience. I feel the larger stores used to be like that but no longer are. :/ I hope the pop up stays for a while. Looking forward to shopping here again soon! read more

this is a very small store! however i was so excited when they opened since i live in pacific city , for me that would be so easy for my online orders when i wanna do a return or exchange or when I wanna shop in store I wouldn't need to drive all the way to Newport Beach location anymore but actually I think I'm gonna keep Newport Beach store my priority , because this store is very weird when u wanna return sth , return process is a big hassle here, when it's so smooth n easy at newport beach store, they are so cool n chill , they don't care and they are super fast!(NP store) here they check ur actual paper receipt even if u have it on ur lulu app purchase history! they want u to keep that big sheet receipt for them if ure returning an item!!!!! and in general it take soooo long for just a simple return they inspect the item soooooooo carefully and weirdly !!!!! :)))) anyways it's sad cuz it's literally right in front of wer i live but i don't think im gonna go there! read more
