I was visiting the Outlet at San Clemente for the last 4 days because of the PPA Tour CIBC Finals. The shuttle service starts at the back of the outlet. Anyway, I walked around the outlet on the days when the matches ended early. I saw lululemon and decided to check them out. I never knew what they sell until now. It's basically an athletic clothing store. The styles are not quite to my taste actually. They posted their specials and discount sales on the outside window. I didn't buy anything. Prices are on the higher end IMHO. I am sure its styles and prices are fine for some people. They have staff who walks around the store to help customers who have questions or need to find something in particular. Thank you for the above and beyond service! read more

Came in on 03/29/25 First time here at this location. My daughter and I were excited and ready to do some damage on my credit card. With the all the discounts, it was barely a dent. Walked up around 2pm and it was a mad house. Started walking around and noticed that the racks were organized by sizes. So organized, we went through our entire size section and had to do 2 turns around the store to make sure we didn't miss anything lol Good selection of leggings, shorts, tops and sports bras. The sweater/jacket selections were mid. They have cute key chains and cross body fanny packs, hair ties and clips. Dressing rooms were clean, big and roomy. They have a draw curtain for each dressing room stall which gave me a little anxiety but the workers in that section were very attentive to everyone so it made me feel safe knowing they wouldn't make the mistake or allow anyone to pull the curtain open lol The cashier was friendly and professional and made sure I was getting the correct prices and discounts. He could've rushed me off because of the massive check-out line behind me but he didn't. Thank you John for being kind and engaging during our purchase transaction! Overall, 6/10 due to the female floor associate who saw me but didn't greet me when I came in or when we passed each other 3 times but while I was shopping, I heard and saw her greet a plethora of other certain kind of people and give them the whole run down of the store and the discount specials. It's nice to see a Lululemon outlet store because if you've purchased any of their items, you know it can get pretty expensive at full price. On the day we went, they were offering an additional 20% off your entire purchase. The store has a pretty good layout, and a lot of options. I'm probably more impressed by how well it was maintained. All of the racks were neatly organized, and if felt like I was at a regular Lulu store. Bonus, they organize it by size so it makes it super easy to find items that are in your size. When I went, they had everything from leggings, sports bras, tops, bottoms, and winter outerwear. Since it is an outlet store, you'll likely find wild colors and patterns, but every now and then you'll find some pretty neutral stuff. I ended up getting a few sports bra and a workout shirt, while my partner also picked up a fear running bottoms. The store is pretty standard to the size of a regular Lululemon store, with enough spacing to walk around and browse comfortably. This store's inventory is hit and miss, just like their customer service. I've had times where I was greeted and asked if I needed help several times as I made my way through the store. Other times, like yesterday, I was completely ignored while everyone else around me was offered assistance. Quality/Quantity - Needed another pair of shorts and I am very happy with the current one I just used for this last trip. Unfortunately, the one I found was too sexy for my wife. So I had to settle for a different pair. She got a raincoat and some accessories for my daughter. Atmosphere - Good size location. Our family loves the quality and general style of Lululemon, in between my wife and my daughters they own tons of it however for myself as a man I think they still have work to do, as I very rarely find anything appealing to me. My opinion at least is that they need to take a hard look at ALO, as their selection for men simply blows them out of the water in terms of quality style etc. read more

Here was my experience: I like to go shopping on slow days, during the week, mid-day, like a Wednesday, less crowds. But let me tell you this store is busy even on Wednesday. I can not imagine when they have a Black Friday sale. I am not the typical Lululemon demographic customer - but that does not stop me from exercising, does kind of affect my choices for comfort & size range. The ladies at the store in San Clemente were patient and informative, which adds up to being very happy with my selections. I did not feel like an old weirdo shopping there. They asked me what I going to be wearing this for? Spin Class, Running, or Yoga, etc... I told them and they headed me in the right direction for choices...and comfort. That helped a lot - I love everything I purchased. I was not rushed, and the attendants in the changing rooms were also very attentive & when several of the pants I selected were too long they told me about the free hemming service at LL regular stores. Stopped in tonight after driving past earlier today and wanted to checkout an outlet since we're from out of town and don't have one near us. The staff was incredibly friendly upon entering the store and was available for help for any sizing questions or availability of products. I don't think I've been in a Lululemon with this nice of staff before and it made for a really enjoyable shopping experience. They had great sales the evening I stopped in and learned they have restocks on Friday's and Saturdays - if I remember correctly. I was surprised to find out that's there's a Lulu store in San Clemente. This wasn't my first outlet & not my first pop up either. Pop up means temporary so I wasn't having any high expectations of this store. Overall, not the best deals or selection of inventory. I understand it's a tester store, but there's so many size 10's & 12's ... & barely any 6's or smaller sizes. Very frustrating. I was mostly annoyed at the bras, all the cute prints were the larger sizes which there was an abundance of. The smaller sizes had barely any to choose from. This was also true with tops - all the good stuff was in the larger sizes. Don't think I'd ever make a trip down here again for this store. Majority of items will be from what you see on the "We Made Too Much" section on the Lululemon website. It can be hit or miss, so you have to go in with open mind. I got in when the store opened and found two oversized cropped Scuba hoodies, 2 shirts and 2 crop tanks. I lucked out, as the tanks, bras and shorts did have a flash sale. Tons of belt bags and accessories. The associates working were friendly and helpful on my visit. I saved more $ with my healthcare worker discount. Make sure your account is already established using the Get Verified link online on the Lululemon website for first responder/military discount. They will check ID! read more

Some items have stains on them and aren't discounted extra. 20% off when I went. Nulu crop tops were $29 before 20% off, but that was probably the cheapest item there. Not a ton of sizes but lots of colors and good variety. Leggings were $59-ish. Discontinued styles are here too but not all sizes. Everything is final sale. Worth checking if you normally buy regular-price Lulu and want some more novelty items. read more

Love the fact that there is discounted Lululemon available! They had a great sale on leggings when I popped in two weeks ago. The patterns weren't my favorite; therefore, I left empty-handed... but you really couldn't beat the price. Selection of tanks/tops was limited during this particular visit. Selection, I'm sure, rotates regularly -- so each visit will be different. Also, although this says "pop up" -- the location has been here at least since the end of 2021.. perhaps even longer. Always thought luluemon was for yoga moms, but started to appreciate their shorts when I got my one last year. It is super comfortable when doing streching, and is holding up pretty well after repeated washings. Because it is an outlet, all the products are about 20% off of the retail price to begin with. Super excited to have OC's first Lululemon Pop-Up Outlet here in San Clemente. As someone who has made regular pilgrimages to Lulu Outlets in Cabazon and Camarillo, Vegas etc. having a local OC Outlet is amazing news. Prices: All of the items are past season and in good condition; simply seasonal colors and what appears to be items that didn't sell-thru at Retail. Prices are similar to what the items are on sale for at the store and WMTM on the website, plus some extra daily specials and rotating deals. Items: Both Mens and Women's items are available; I did not see kids (iviia) but it's only been open a week. The nice thing about Lulu outlets is that all items here were once available at retail - these items are NOT sub-par, lesser-quality outlet merchandise (similar to other outlet store formulas). Parking: Super easy and convenient; located near the Calvin Klein entrance. Waiting: Due to COVID capacity issues, expect waits; 1 in, 1 out. Waiting Time + Waitlist Updating 11/15 to address some complaints about the wait. I live nearby and visit a few times a week and have a good idea on how it works... essentially, since it's a relatively small space and they can only have 12 people in the store - including employees. So 3 employees on the floor, and 9 customers. The person monitoring door is outside the door, and is not factored into the headcount of the store staff and also cannot go in the store if they are at capacity. Always expect a wait - this can vary from :20min on a weeknight evening to 3+ hours (!) on a Saturday. Last week I was 11th in the AM line, behind a Mom and 3 small kids under age 5. Each kid counts as one of the 9 customers, so although I was next behind her, and should have only had to wait for the first 2 shoppers to leave, I actually had to wait over an hour, since she needed a total of 4 people (basically half the customers) to leave as she couldn't take advantage of the 1 in, 1 out structure with all the kids needing to enter at the same time. Lulu knows it's a frustrating experience, and has initiated a "virtual wait list" that enables you to get a text when it's time to shop. If you visit the mall, make Lulu your first stop and get on the waitlist. Afterwards, proceed to other shops, lunch etc. Take advantage of this and if possible, leave the kiddos at home to expedite your wait times. Please help spread the word... we want this store to do well and stay permanently here at the San Clemente outlets. Their pop-up lease is thru October 2021. Enjoy! read more

This is the best lululemon outlet in California! The selection is on the smaller side since it is quite a small store but they have a decent amount of sales and their sale tax in San Clemente is very reasonable compared to the tax in the other cities around with lululemon outlet locations. The first time I discovered that there was a lululemon outlet store here there also happened to be a flash sale deal minutes after I arrived at the store! All long sleeve tops were extremely cheap and there was also a "cloudy day special" which was 25% off the entire purchase which was applied on top of the flash sale deal. I think the flash sale lasted for 30 minutes or maybe an hour in total but I was getting Wizards of Waverly Place flashbacks of the crazy 10-minute sale! Everyone in the store instantly ran over to the long sleeve section and it was cleared out pretty quickly so if you're lucky you might run into a similar sale during your visit, especially during a season change (winter to summer, summer to winter, etc). I have been back several times since that first time but have yet to get lucky enough to have another flash sale but overall they usually have the best prices on differing items each time when I visit. Since the storefront is also really small, they usually have additional stock in the back so don't fret if they don't have your size on the floor! The employees here are always super nice and help me check the back for more sales. I think I was able to snag a pair of black aligns here for a really good price once and they had every size in the back so feel free to ask! Parking is super easy and this is a pretty small outlet so you don't have to stay for that long to get thru everything in the outdoor mall. read more

I love this location so much! I have found a lot of pieces that the regular stores just had for a so much better price! Staff is generally really friendly. They are also military friendly, however they don't stack discounts so if there is already a store wide discount then you won't be able to use it. ( I learned it the hard way). This location has to be my favorite but mainly because it's a really clean mall and I can charge my car with their fast chargers which is great. My only reason to read it. Four-star is because I have had misinformation from employees multiple times on their promotions and discounts. if you get military or first responder discount, please inform yourself on how you're able to use it before assuming at the counter that they will give it to you. read more

This location is an outlet store, not a regular retail store. As such, they don't have new releases or colors and a lot of the items have been on We Made Too Much for quite some time now, not brand new markdowns. If you're looking for something specific, it's going to be a pointless trip but if you go with zero expectations, you might pick up a deal or two. They often run specials like 20% off the entire store or buy X number of items and get 20% off. If you're a common size at LLL, typically sizes 4-12, it's likely slim pickings. That's not to say there's nothing but the majority are in size 14 and up. There are men's items as well as hair accessories and sometimes water bottles or equipment. Rarely, there are bags and definitely not the popular ones like the Everywhere Belt Bag. Super popular items like Define jackets or Scuba hoodies are rare too, unless it's a super unusual print or color. I've found the staff to be super friendly actually and sometimes a bit more attentive than even the retail store. Allegedly, they get new stock throughout the week. I love this pop up shop! The bad reviews seem to be people getting it wrong - this is NOT a "regular" lulu store. It is a pop up/outlet store with most of the "We made too much" stock. Obviously, there is going to be a limited supply of clothing. Don't expect most of the typical lulu items to be there. The good thing, though, is that all of the items have huge discounts!! We happened to be at this outlet only because we were charging our Tesla on our way home from Oceanside. I've never shopped at Lululemon before because it's just way out of my price range. lol I was told their leggings are long because they will hem it for free at the regular store. During Labor Day weekend there was a promo for an additional 10% off when you buy 2+ items. I thought it was a great chance to finally try some of their clothes. I would highly recommend trying them on because their sizes are totally different from what I'm used to. I end up with 2 sports bras and so far they're been pretty good when I wear them to the gym. I really don't see a big difference in keeping you dry when you sweat though. I could not get myself to buy their leggings because it was still very expensive for outlet pricing and *gasp* for no pockets! Maybe one day I will splurge at the regular store. 3.5 stars read more

I had a good experience here. Now I wouldn't wait hours but if you go early it's worth it so you don't have to wait as long. It's basically a store front for their WMTM items but you get to try them on which is nice. I don't like buying online especially when they are final sale. I think most things were 40-60% off which I thought was good. They also have special daily deals where you can score even better prices. When I went it was $29 sports bras I think which is really good. They also had a deal for a tank and on the move pants for $69. I am obsessed with the pants and wear them to work all the time! The new online appt system is great! I got to shop before the store was opened (7:30am) and had the place to myself. The staff were super nice and helpful.
