While it's not the biggest store (smaller than the Mission Viejo Mall one), it does have PLENTIFUL parking, and you don't have to navigate through a mall-full of people to get in & out. I've shopped at this ON on and off for years and stopped by recently to return something --- it was earlier on a Sunday, but everything was really clean/organized and the gal who helped me was quick and friendly. I don't shop at Old Navy for myself. Usually for my nieces and nephews. I spend a good amount of time and money in store. I know what to expect and how much I'm spending. Upon check out, Kerri/Kelli did not add the 50% off discount on Jean shorts that are in the front aisle for girls. When I told her they were 50% off she acted like she has no idea. Did not offer to check herself. I had to offer my own assistance to help her do her job. I TOOK A PHOTO TO SHOW THE DISCOUNT SIGN ALL OVER THE GIRLS SHORTS. I have a child with me and when i said "I'll be right back" , leaving my 10 other belongings on the table for 30 seconds, it was that close... she decided to help another guest. So I had to wait behind her guest to finish my check out. This is not customer service. She was being very lazy doing her job. She also didn't discount the $10 shirts to $6. Why am I having to walk over and prove they are wrong?? Why don't they believe the guest when they point it out? Call her manager and ask if you can't leave your register. Not friendly or apologetic. Just "oops okay ". She should not be at check out if she cannot check prices. Do more if " the system didn't say so". There was not a long line. She called no one. This was at like 530PM too. Not a fan of the women's clothing, but I have found some great deals for my kids here. Their clearance section is the best and really the only thing I come here for. Especially for young kids, you don't need to spend more than a few dollars a day here as have found items as cheap as 97 cent! Shopped here over the weekend... GREAT clearance section with $4 thermal shirts. Cant beat that! I found a dress on a rack that was marked $14.99 - however it was placed in the wrong area... and they would not honor it - which I think is a little unfair. I also pulled some things off the clearance rack with no tags, and they were not clearance items. I guess you really have to pay attention to the items you are purchasing - because not everything is in the correct place... which is a bummer. read more

Lead Olivia and Kyle were over and beyond helpful on Black Friday when the store was BUSY. They helped me find items in correct sizes that we originally could not find. Out and about - deep in south county - AND I still have time to kill before my 7pm event. Drove around for a bit and found a shopping center and this Old Navy. Old Navy always has this massive clearance section and it usually has some pretty good steals. I took my precious time digging through the clearance and came up with 6 awesome shirts - all about $4-6 each, tried them on and loved them all. Score! Clearance is great but the rest of the store didn't really have much. Sales staff was sparse and even with a line forming at checkout, they only had one register open. I didn't really mind because I had STILL had time to kill but everyone else behind was getting antsy considering there were other people around that were working, who clearly weren't doing anything, and could have jumped in to help save the day. But oh well, at the end of the day I only spent about $20 on all my stuff. Not too shabby. read more

This store is spacious and has a good selection of Women's sizes. I often cone here. The sales reps and cashiers are mostly nice and polite except for one. The three stars is for a sales rep name Christine. Upon arrival I was greeted by her which started nice but when she asked me if I was looking for anything in particular I told her I was looking for dresses. I was expecting her to further engage and help but nope. She just ignored me and started talking on her mic. I guess she was just pretending to be nice and didn't follow through with properly helping customers. Please retrain this person to offer better customer support and be genuine in the greeting. read more

Never had a bad experience here. Things are tidy and they make sure the lines don't take too long. It's not as big as the one in Mission Viejo Mall, but they tend to have what we need in stock. My girls always get leggings there. Old Navy is the only store that has her right fitting. Gabe was awesome at the register and even gave the kids a toy. read more

This Old Navy rocks. I was a bit stranded since my car was at Costco for tire service so I decided to walk across Heather Ridge to Old Navy. They had sent me an email in the morning letting me know that tank tops were $2 in store that day. Granted, not all of the tank tops, but enough of them were that I went ahead and perused. I ran into a neighbor of mine who was there with his family. Small world. The store was clean and neatly kept. The clearance rack is all the way in the back and if you've time, you might be rewarded with some great finds. I found shorts for $6.50, active wear tops for 50%+ off and more discounted tanks for summer. I ended up leaving with 7 items all of which were on sale for less than $48! It's a great place to shop for essentials for everyone big or small. read more

The best thing about this Old Navy is that it's not in a traditional shopping mall. Parking is a breeze. In general, I find ON is okay for tanktops, jeans, and PJs but am not a fan of most of their clothing. The tee shirts are "look at my bra" thin. The trousers usually stretch one full size so they're falling off by the end of a work day. The staff at this location are pretty cheerful; however, there were times when the registers were so understaffed, I gave up and put my selections back. read more

This is not the best Old Navy I have ever been to. The service was nice, the store was clean, but there was just not very many selections available. Maybe it's a slow store, so they don't get as much product, but it was really just disappointing. It also could be that Old Navy has significantly cut down their product availability for men, but there were aisles that just seemed empty. It took me about 20 minutes to look at everything in the store. I found nothing that was interesting, and one thing that was cheap enough to buy despite the quality (a polo shirt). There was a great selection of what they did have, but if you want anything other than jeans, polos, or tshirts, you will probably need to go elsewhere. Will I be back? Maybe in another season. It is nice that you don't have to go to a mall to go here. read more

I love browsing the clearance section at this location. Just yesterday I found 8 cami tanktops for both $0.47 & $0.97. You cannot beat that price! Granted the normal clothing is a bit pricey, they do usually have a little bit of everything at this store. read more

If you have a return without a receipt, they will mail you the store credit in 10 days. It's really inconvenient and a bummer that customers have to wait 10 days so they can drive all the way back to shop. Booooo old navy! Learn from Costco to keep your customers happy. Not a fan of the staff. I had to say hello twice before patty Acknowledged me at the register. I felt like I was bothering her while purchasing my stuff. I work retail and I can't imagine not saying hello to any of my customers. I only went here to avoid the mall but bad move. Had a great experience shopping here,actually I always have . I Found many things that I really like and were staples for my wardrobe . The staff are helpful never pushy , best of all the store wasn't overly crowded . Love how neat clean and orderly the merchandise and store look , it's kept up all the time . I will be back ...
