Seeing that the clearance section was also included in their BOGO 50% deal, I grabbed some clearance socks for my daughter. What a fabulous deal! Both for under $30 - that's a deal, for sure! Two staff members were very attentive when I arrived; they helped me look at various hydration vests and also some apparel. They were also very patient as I dallied back and forth as to whether I wanted to purchase the vest that day or wait. We also talked a little about electrolytes and the Skratch they had on sale. I decided to give it a go since I am trying to reduce my intake of things with too much added sugar, but the saleswoman said that it was a good thing for electrolytes? Ehh... I dunno about that. Took my mom to get a new pair of sandals as her feet swell really bad due to her kidney disease…read more The really nice gentleman working there ( forgive me for forgetting your name ) helped my mom - that old fashioned kind of help - he got the foot measurement thing and measured both her feet and then helped to find the right sandals for her feet that would be big enough for her bigger ankles and guess what - he found a perfect sandal that she can walk in and she loves . This pair of sandals has adjustable straps behind the ankle and on top of the foot and over the toe area. You only have to open the one strap over the top of the foot to put the shoe off and on. If by any chance her foot swells up more we can even add more strap by going to a shoe repair and add more to this specific sandal . All I can say is that you made my mom feel so special by helping her that day with your old fashioned shoe expertise , my words can't thank you enough . Thank you and I hope others go and check out the amazing shoes you have. You can find some incredible walking shoes. if you are going on a cruise or traveling to any Countries and doing any long hikes or walking tours check this store out . My fiancé and I came in after Christmas to buy some new running shoes so we could start the year…read moreoff right. We both needed to be sized and fitted for a shoe that would work best for us. When we walked in, we were greeted by an employee who put us on the waitlist to be seen. After a couple minutes we were called and we began doing the fit finder foot exam. Immediately they tried to sell both of us on custom insoles. I'm all for custom in soul if it is needed, however, I felt like they were just trying to sell us on a product we didn't really need just to make more money. When it was my turn to do the fir finder, the machine read that I had a low arch. I found this really interesting since I've always been told I have a higher arch. After doing our exams, we were recommended three different shoes that would work best for our foot type. As I was trying on the shoes, I was explaining to the lady that was helping us that the shoes just didn't fit my foot right. I was explaining what I didn't like and what I did like about each shoe. I found it really odd that she didn't try to go look for any other shoes that met what I was looking for. She simply decided that since the three shoes that they recommended for me didn't work that I wasn't going to buy shoes that day. I felt very dismissed and felt like my needs were not cared about, but rather I was just a tool to make more money. They also kept trying to get us to sign up for their VIP rewards. Whenever we asked price of something, she would give us the VIP price rather than the original price even though we were not VIP reward members. If you're looking for a shop that is trying to make as much money off of you as possible, roadrunner is the spot for you. If you're looking for a shoe shop that truly focuses on the individual and cares about finding the perfect shoe for that person do not visit roadrunner.

The store isn't very big but has a lot of merchandise so it is a bit cramped.
