Been meaning to write this review for McKenna at the Irvine spectrum location - they have a large selection and she went out of her way to help me decide which pieces to buy. McKenna is a great asset to their team. I had questions about real gold versus plated pieces. The price of gold is high, but that's everywhere, so it was nice to have choices in real and pleaded as some pieces I wanted for long-term and some for just trendy fun day wear, with her help I was able to find exactly what I wanted. Store is nice and clean. read more

Beautiful jewelry! I love the way they are displayed! The customer service is mixed, at best. They were a little dismissive, in my opinion. For the prices they charge, the customer service needs to be top notch! I was searching around for a gift, and as much as I love Gorjana, I felt overwhelmed by their selection. So many options, and I felt like I was interrupting the staff when I did need assistance. Needless to say, I walked away without a gift and disappointed! All I can say about this Gorjana location, DO BETTER!!!! read more

Judgmental mean-girl energy at this Irvine location. We weren't greeted and waited quite a while before anyone asked if we needed assistance. When I asked to see the diamond necklaces, the younger staff member came across as rude, uninterested, and visibly annoyed while helping me try one on. The attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable. I've had a much better experience at another location, so this was disappointing. Customer service here definitely needs improvement. I won't be returning to this location, and unfortunately, the staff left me with a negative impression of the brand. read more

Besides the beautiful pieces of jewelry , I was left disappointed and sad. This was my third time visiting Gorjana, and unfortunately, I've had the same experience each time. I'm rarely greeted or even acknowledged when I walk in, and when I ask for assistance, I've felt like I was given an attitude rather than being welcomed or helped. I've continued to give the store the benefit of the doubt because I believe everyone has an off day. But after three visits with the same experience, I have to say that it's genuinely disappointing and hurtful. What made this visit especially upsetting was that it was on my birthday. I was excited to treat myself and have a nice experience, but instead I left feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I really wanted to love coming here, but three times feels like a pattern. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers should feel welcomed, appreciated, and respected when they choose to spend their money with a brand. read more

Shoutout to SOPHIA (so sorry if i spelled your name wrong), she has helped me twice on 2 separate visits and she is kind, accommodating, and warm. You rock, thank you for making my visits so welcoming and fun :) I love the minimal, yet elegant and beautiful styles that gorjana has to offer and I cannot wait to build my collection! This store is always gorgeous and it does get busy at times, but you will be in good hands here! read more

Horrible customer service today. The two girls at the counter were super rude and unfriendly. They act as if they are being forced to work there as some sort of punishment. If you aren't happy with your job find a new one. read more

Had a terrible experience at the Irvine Gorjana. Staff were disrespectful and dismissive, even questioning how I wore my jewelry. I've never been treated this way at a store I've shopped at for years--completely unprofessional and unkind. read more

Savannah was so sweet and very helpful. She helped me find the perfect Valentine gift.

I was looking to try things on I had my eye on so I can add them to my wishlist for my birthday and Christmas. Christina helped me and she was so kind and patient. She pulled things I was interested in and even pulled things that were similar to the styles I liked then she added the things I liked to my online wishlist so I can reference the things I liked in the future. Even though I made it clear I wasn't there that day to purchase anything, Christina still gave me the best service! read more

I've always been a big fan of Gorjana's jewelry their delicate necklaces, stylish bracelets, and timeless earrings have always stood out to me. However, my shopping experience at the Spectrum location wasn't great in the past. It felt like customers weren't really given the basic level of attention or courtesy you'd expect. But over the past few months, this location has completely turned around, and I'm updating my review from one star to five stars. The team here is now genuinely warm, helpful, and attentive. One person who truly makes a difference is Gen Mac. She is one of the kindest, most patient, and sweetest people I've ever met in retail. She helped me pick out a beautiful new earring set, offered great suggestions, and even assisted with an exchange always with such positive energy, even when I walked in close to closing time. She never made me feel rushed or unwelcome. Now, my mom and I love visiting this store so much that even when we don't need anything, we find ourselves stopping by just to say hi or buy something small. Gen creates the kind of experience that makes you want to come back again and again. I really hope she stays at this location for a long time. read more

I recently shopped at the Gorjana at the Spectrum location. The kindest and most knowledgeable person name Haley helped me put together a beautiful bracelet set for a bridal party. I feel so welcome and seen going into this gorjana! All the girls are so nice and I've had conversations with probably all the workers just about random things every time I go in. Very helpful and sweet girls. Highly recommend read more

Sifting through some of the other reviews, it seems that the service here is hit or miss. My one experience here was great though! If you have the money to invest in one of their items, I recommend one of their charm necklaces. I bought the heart charm one from this store and wear it all the time. It translates well from casual to/from professional settings. The necklace still glistens/shines even after all the showers it has gone through. If you're in a busy season of life and still want to look cute/pretty, I 100% recommend. read more

Amazing customer service! They are always very helpful and knowledgeable with their jewelry. I am such a huge fan of Gorjana pieces. It's made very well in comparison to other brands, and I especially love their fine jewelry here. It's dainty and really pretty. I have a lot of Cartier and Chanel rings and the Gorjana 14k gold rings match perfectly with my stack. Some of their 14k solid gold pieces in the display cases have real diamonds too! I love their diamond bar ring. It is my favorite one I wear I'm my pointer finger. They drops new designs and pieces every now and then, so it's good to come back to see what is new because you can't have too much jewelry! Jk. Well, I wear jewelry daily and mix and match my pieces with different outfits because it's fun and helps keep me feeling happy on a daily basis lol. I love gold and diamonds. Very beautiful display cases and the value of their products is insane. They also do complimentary gift wrapping with a note!! Their gift boxes are so cute. read more

I visited on a Friday evening, which was quite busy but fortunately Farema (I'm so sorry! I already forgot her name but it was a beautiful unique name) approached and greeted me while I was browsing their selections. I asked her a lot of questions especially when it came to prices of certain items and she answered very nicely and was very patient with me. I also came with my cousins who were just browsing since they were mostly there for me to look for some new studded ear rings. This store has a great selection of fine jewelry. Even though I didn't leave with items that I actually came for, I bought other items that I fell in love with. My cousins and I ended up buying a ring to match each other. Farema (sorry again :( if this isn't your name) was very patient with us when choosing our rings because my cousins wanted to make sure we all agreed on the same style of ring and the same font of our initial. We never felt rushed and she even helped us choose our sizing too. She also helped me try on a heart ear ring because I even had trouble placing it in my ear lobe, which I fell in love with and ended up buying. Thank you to the kind associate who helped my cousins and I! I can't wait to wear my new jewelry! read more

My new favorite jewelry store now. Had my 55 anniversary and I had my husband take me to gorjana. Best gift ever. Their staff in the Laguna Beach store are awesome. So helpful and friendly. This is a 5* company. Highly recommend. read more

It kinda bums me out to see the negative reviews for this location as I haven't had that experience at all. I've been here twice and have had a salesperson greet and help me with trying out earrings both times. I will say they do tend to steer you to the fine jewelry section, but since that's what I'm looking for anyway I don't really mind. Jen (or Jan? Sorry if that's not how you spell your name!) helped me out last Sunday and was super patient with me as I was deciding what to get. I ended up purchasing a hoop for my helix and a huggie with a white sapphire for my second lobe. You can purchase earrings as singles which is nice :) Everything except for my snake conch is from Gorjana, I got the diamond Huggies from my first visit and love them. read more

We walked out with exactly what we were hoping to find, and it is all thanks to Savannah. She spent a lot of time with my fiancé, and then didn't even end up getting the commission. But honestly she made all the difference. Definitely ask for her if you come in; she has great taste and A+ service. read more

I had the best experience tonight at this location. I have multiple pieces from here and have never had an issue before, but I had one necklace that I got last year, and the clasp had started wearing and falling off easily. I let an employee know and she took it to the back. I thought she was going to just replace the clasp, but she brought out the necklace with a completely new chain. I was so grateful, it made my night! read more

Mikenna was beyond the best associate that I have ever encountered at Gorjana. I have been a customer from day one, in Laguna Beach, but Mikenna, at the Spectrum, was well knowledged, efficient, and precise! Thank you! 5 stars to her! read more

I've walked in....only to be ignored by staff! Talk about being and feeling judged by sale associates. read more

To start, I really love gorjana and honestly this is the only location I have ever been treated with rude and unhelpful staff. Yesterday, The manager, I assume, came up to help me after I had to do a return of something that came to me online, after showing her the customer service emails I was rudely told "we don't work with our customer service team" and "as I said before". I know gorjana and I have shopped there multiple times. The fact that she couldn't do a simple return and credit as many other locations have done in the past was quite unreal to me. I ended up just walking out and emailing customer service for a return label to ship it back and mentioned my frustration. Irvine Management should really change here, as I see this is a common occurrence of issues. Thankfully I have only had to deal with this woman once. read more

I rarely write reviews, but I had to for Jen! I had a necklace chain from 4-5 years ago that had tarnished. While Gorjana has a great credit policy for damaged items, this particular piece holds sentimental value, and they no longer carry it. After I explained my situation to Jen, she went above and beyond by offering to replace the chain with something compatible so I could keep the charm. Other Gorjana locations I've visited would simply offer a replacement and leave it at that, but Jen's empathy and willingness to find a thoughtful solution truly stood out. read more

Very Cheap Brass jewelry!!! Store looks fancy but they sell brass! Staff also very rude

Wrote a review a while ago and things still have not changed. Went in to pick up an online order. It wasn't ready. There was a bit of a line. Associates were helping people from the back of the line while others were waiting in front. Save your time and energy and order online. read more

I love gorjana! The staff is awesome and I adore their jewelry. They haven't tarnished at all and they are the perfect basic pieces!

We've been shopping here since it opened and the staff is always so pleasant and helpful. I thought I left a review years ago...oops! I haven't shopped here since Covid19 started. Before the store opened we noticed a team of 3 guys disinfecting the store. Once they were finished, the store opened and we were greeted by Lauren who was wearing a mask. Hand sanitizer was available as well as a posted sign on the front door regarding store protocol. My daughter and I stopped in to get my necklace repaired, but Lauren gave me a new one instead. Nice! So, my train of thought was...since I'm here, I'll just look around because Lauren said there were some new items. Long story short, she's a great salesperson because I left with 2 beautiful necklaces...much to my daughter's delight. read more

Wonderful customer service and experience! I walked in with a damaged bracelet with expectation to have a simple restring from the gems I was able to recollect.
