I love Chloe, but this review is for Adrian. He was not only incredibly helpful but very informative as well. He was able to get my hands on a Chloe Paddington!! I had to put a deposit down and wait ~a month until it would be available to me. Adrian kept me updated the entire time! I was interested in their new woody tote and wanted to see when they will have the totes at the store, so I contacted her and asked all kinds of questions. She kept in touch with me and let me know when the new arrivals arrived at the store, so I won't miss it! The tote is so cute and she wrapped it so nicely! A lot of their designs are so classy, clean and minimal and it will last forever! This is a late review but a vey deserving one. I decided to have time off on my birthday and treat myself. Went to South Coast to see if anything catches my eye but I might have gone and checked most stores but nothing really spoke to me. I passed by Chloe and immediately an SA name Shilan offered me something to drink. I get my stuff mostly through a personal shopper since US inventory and selection is actually pretty boring. If you have friends in Dubai, Europe and Asia, then you know what I mean. What Shilan did to me was a big deal for me. NONE of the other store offered me a drink. She was very friendly and accommodating. She's the perfect example of a great customer service that we don't get much these days anymore. I told her I know someone that works at Nordie that could give me discount and she said with no hesitation, "that's wonderful you get it cheaper there". I don't like feeling pressured to get stuff if I'm not entirely sure yet but she made me feel so welcomed and treated me with kindness. This is a review for Stephanie Lee. BACK STORY: I was thankful that I had access to an actual Chloe store in general and didn't have to venture too far to seek assistance. I've been looking for a new handbag as my first "big girl" purse for months and months. I searched all sorts of brands, dabbling in Proenza, YSL, Givenchy etc. I don't invest huge amounts of money on shoes or clothing items but bags are my weakness! I like timeless, structured bags that are neutral colored with minimal hardware that have a classic timeless look. I was set on getting the Faye bag which was sold out everywhere! The black and tobacco were top colors but I was in love with the Misty Beige one which is the perfect nude blush color. I saw it on Netaporter but hesitated and of course two days later, it was "sold out and not likely to restock." I was SO SAD and searched Nordstrom, Saks, Bloomies, Henry Bendel..it was gone everywhere! AT THE STORE: I popped in and Stephanie approached me right away. She was super friendly and we got along well since I'm Korean as well! hahah I told her that my first choice was the Misty Beige Faye. She told me that it's not a Fall color so it is unlikely to restock but that she would put down my name on the waiting list and for the black as well just in case. A couple days later, she personally called me to let me know that she checked the system again and that they would be receiving two Misty Beige Faye bags and also two more black ones. Elated, I said to let me know once they came in. HOWEVER, a couple days later she texted me again to show me a picture of a a brand new color of an all-leather Faye from the Spring 2016 collection. She knew I was in love with the Misty Beige color and they were very similar so she let me know first. I went in the following day and the bag was perfection! The hand stitching was lovely and the lambskin leather was so soft. I was a bit hesitant initially because it wasn't what I intended to buy but after realizing that I'm not responsible enough to maintain suede (as the other Faye bags have), I decided to purchase it and am soo happy! Stephanie told me that they only received one for that model and that she immediately thought of me and contacted me right away. She wrapped up the bag and placed it in a Chloe store bag which she spritzed with perfume. She also gave me four Chloe perfume samples (which I also love). Stephanie even texted me afterwards to share how excited she was for me and how she hoped I was enjoying the bag! She was very sweet :) read more

Presale going on now: 40% off clothing, 30% off hand bags and shoes! Chloe located at the South Coast Plaza, specifically next door to Balenciaga and across from Gucci (not the location inside Bloomingdales, but the stand alone boutique location). My mother and I came by South Coast Plaza yesterday to do some preholiday shopping in the afternoon. On my list of shops to visit, I wanted to check out Chloe because of their current private presale. Now I must be honest that I am not a huge fan of Chloe hand bags (although I do like the Faye bags), I do like their cute shoes and clothing. I have never actually shopped at a Chloe store before, and only purchased Chloe brand items from department stores (Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks and Neiman Marcus). I was truly surprised how friendly ALL of the sales associates were when we entered the store (the security guy was also very nice as well and greeted us upon entering). They were all very friendly and smiled and asked how we were doing and to not hesitate to ask for help. I asked the first sales associate I saw about the presale. She just said it to me quietly regarding what was part of the sale (they are not advertising it, as it is always better for them to make a sale on a full price item than on a sales item right? The sale going to the public will start on Friday, but you can just mention the presale and start now). I saw some really cute heavy coats (unfortunately too warm for So. Cal). Their cute scallop flats are also part of the sale (so cute, well padded). Some of the bags on sale didn't catch my eye (the Faye bag style was not part of the sale unfortunately). Although I did leave empty handed, I definitely have a much higher and more positive impression of Chloe because of such friendliness. My mom and I had just come from the Prada store (40-50% off sale will begin Black Friday on selected items), where the sales associates were not initially friendly upon entering (check out my review for that store), so it was really refreshing and surprising to be so warmly greeted at Chloe. read more

What a wonderful experience! I had my eye on a Chloe bag for some time and wanted to check the style out in person since I had the opportunity. We were greeted warmly by both sales associates when we walked in, and Michelle was very helpful when showing me the bag and answering my questions. I was not planning on making such a big purchase that day as I usually have to save for a few months when investing in a new designer bag. We thanked her for her time and went on our way. While at Nordstrom, I looked at the same bag again. As we were leaving Nordstrom my husband told me to pick where I wanted to purchase the bag because he was surprising me with it as a birthday gift. Nordstrom would have been the top choice simply due to the points I'd earn, but because of how kind and helpful Michelle was, we went back to the store. She was busy helping another customer but kindly asked the other associate to assist until she was finished. The bag was wrapped beautifully, we were offered sparkling water while we waited, and even received a small perfume sample as a bonus. I made a purchased of my first Chloe bag, Lexie style in beige color. I really liked the bag but still unsure since I did not know much about Chloe. Regardless of the materials were made in Italy i was doubtful on their quality. I went to Bloomingdales browsing at other styles debating I should exchange for Owen bucket. I viewed one of the bag at Bloomingdales and I was stunned seeing Chloe signature brand stitched upside down. Was labor done in China? Their prices was almost the same as LV and Gucci but their brand would have never been this erroneous. Our sales person was a very nice Korean lady, was very attentive and took out a dozen purses to make sure we got what we wanted. For the Louis Vuitton range price tag, the inside of the store is definitely not as nice, but the service we got was top notch. Once upon a time, this used to be a flagship store. Now lately, the staff seems to be quagmired in transition, rude and discombobulated. Ah, the upscale and elusive Chloe! I'm quite pleased that Chloe eludes just enough that I haven't seen any OC soccer moms and their Tiffany heart bracelet-wearing high school daughters toting these handbags around. Chloe is by far the epitome of quality and style, and your credit card will certainly let you know that. I first fell in love with this particular boutique in 2006, when I was looking for a quality bag that didn't have rainbow colored LVs plastered all over it. My jaw dropped when I saw the burgundy leather Chloe "Tekla" bag, and soon enough, I fell in love again with illustrious "Paddington" and then the "Bay" handbag. The bags are far superior to the mass-produced LV bags, and you can definitely smell it in the leather and see it in the craftsmanship. The SCP Chloe boutique is the only standalone boutique on the West Coast. It's a much nicer shopping experience than the NY boutique and has a great selection. They even have private shopping appointments and events in the store for invited VIP customers. Both personable and knowledgeable, the sales girls will locate any item for you if it isn't carried. The well-made, 70's retro-style sunglasses are fun to own, and I find they fit my face quite well, which is problem for many Asian women. Overall, if you can afford it (or don't mind blowing your entire paycheck once in awhile like me), put down your copy of Vogue and browse through the Chloe boutique instead. You'll never want GGs or LVs or CCs plastered on any bag that graces your side ever again. read more

I first encountered this store when I bought my first Chloe bag the "Paddington" back in 2006. Even back then the sales associates were great and personable. My Chloe Paddington has withstood the test of time and a few months ago one of the screws came loose. I took it to the store and they were able to ship it to the New York headquarters to fix for free! Chloe makes the best bags with such supple leather and great attention to craftsmenship. I've been eyeing the newest bag "Paraty" and finally bought it this weekend. Kristen was a great sales associate and was very knowlegeable about this bag. Overall a fantastic store that is always well-stocked, very professional sales associates, and superb products that will keep me coming back for more! read more

Interesting experience here today. I came in with my sister checking out some bags and oddly enough every bag my sister handed me to hang on to the employee Sindy would take away. BUT when my sister put it in the couch she left it there. Even bags I picked up she would right away take out of my hand. Then she made a comment of "you should go to Bloomingdales they have all of our older items" I wanted to just laugh out loud! She seemed really pretentious and lacked customer service, and clearly did not want our business. I normally do not write reviews on stores but this experience was ridiculous and I would not buy anything from this location nor from Sindy. I might as well shop at Bloomingdales, thanks for the recommendation Sindy. I'm sure I will get some respect and great service there than this store. So word of advise, skip this store and shop at Nordstrom or Bloomingdales instead of this shop. read more

The service of this boutique is quite bad compared to the price of their bags/clothes. I brought my paraty to get it fixed twice (within one year warranty!! it's so sad that a bag with this price point has such a low quality) Most people in the store are really nice except one chinese girl (I think her name was fei?). She was really rude both times when I was here. I was lucky that the first time it was another girl taking care of me and offered to mail the bag back to me since I live in norcal. Although the lady was kinda mean at first when I told her the problem with the bag, but at least she offered the right service to me.I missed the call when they told me the bag was ready for pick up and when I called back the guy who picked up offered to ship the bag back using two day shipping. When I got it, the bag was so nicely packed. The second time when I came, the chinese girl told me they do not ship bags. When I got the phone call from the store saying my bag was ready for pick up, I asked if they could ship it, the chinese girl told me I would have to pay for shipping (are you kidding?). Luckily, I called a second time and whoever picked up immediately shipped it out for me. However, the bag was stuffed into an envelope this time instead of a nice box..... I have to say there are still nice people at the store (before they moved to the penthouse, most people I met were very friendly, don't know what happened), just avoid that one chinese girl (she works in the weekends I think). If this wasn't the only Chloe boutique, I really wouldn't consider coming here. They should really have better trainings for their employees. read more

I order some sandals and they were a little too fitted, I may have to return them and hopefully find my right size since they are really cute but so far on customer service experience I give them a 5 star rating. First time coming here. I didn't intend to purchase anything. A sale associate greeted me with a big smile and let me know she's there to help if needed. A few minutes later, she shared that the back area are 30-40% off. Even hearing that, I didn't see anything I like. As my body language showed that I wasn't interested in any item, she brought over a bag and asked if I liked it. I instantly shook my head and it didn't appeal to me at all. She continued to talked about the bag more in details and ask for me to give it a try on. Once I got a hold of it, I started to become more intrigued every second. There must've been some voodoo going on because I started to fall in love with this bag. FYI, it's a 2015 limited edition and it's on sale, this bag definitely rocked my socks. I totally didn't pay attention to her name but she was amazing and so genuine and passionate in helping me. When I left, all the sale associates was smiling and congratulated on my new bag. Once you step into this beautiful boutique, you're warmly greeted immediately (far cry from the cold "may I help you" greetings I usually get from various stores in Beverly Hills). Cindy is very friendly, helpful and without a hint of sale pressure! Amy, the manager, should be videotaped at her job to be used at training seminars for all future manager trainees! She is so knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! I had purchased a Chloe bag from Bloomingdales about two years ago, and one of the zipper pulls broke off so I called Chloe to see what they could do. Over the phone, they were super friendly and eager to help but told me to ask Bloomingdales first since I made my original purchase there and they told me it would probably be most cost-effective for Bloomingdales to fix. When I went to Bloomingdales, they said they couldn't do anything since I was missing the zipper pull so then I went to Chloe, since they told me over the phone that if worst comes to worst, they would be able to order the part for me from Paris if they didn't have it in house. When I went to Chloe, they fixed it for me on the spot (took only about 15 minutes!), gave me a brand new leather zipper pull and did it all for free (even though I didn't purchase it from them, and also even if I did, it would've been out of their 1 year warranty!) They were so unbelievably accommodating and helpful, even though they didn't have to be since I did not purchase directly from the store. Next time, I will make sure I do though since they do protect the bag for a year after purchase! A+ customer service! read more
