This is a review for Stephanie Lee. BACK STORY: I was thankful that I had access to an actual Chloe store in general and didn't have to venture too far to seek assistance. I've been looking for a new handbag as my first "big girl" purse for months and months. I searched all sorts of brands, dabbling in Proenza, YSL, Givenchy etc. I don't invest huge amounts of money on shoes or clothing items but bags are my weakness! I like timeless, structured bags that are neutral colored with minimal hardware that have a classic timeless look. I was set on getting the Faye bag which was sold out everywhere! The black and tobacco were top colors but I was in love with the Misty Beige one which is the perfect nude blush color. I saw it on Netaporter but hesitated and of course two days later, it was "sold out and not likely to restock." I was SO SAD and searched Nordstrom, Saks, Bloomies, Henry Bendel..it was gone everywhere! AT THE STORE: I popped in and Stephanie approached me right away. She was super friendly and we got along well since I'm Korean as well! hahah I told her that my first choice was the Misty Beige Faye. She told me that it's not a Fall color so it is unlikely to restock but that she would put down my name on the waiting list and for the black as well just in case. A couple days later, she personally called me to let me know that she checked the system again and that they would be receiving two Misty Beige Faye bags and also two more black ones. Elated, I said to let me know once they came in. HOWEVER, a couple days later she texted me again to show me a picture of a a brand new color of an all-leather Faye from the Spring 2016 collection. She knew I was in love with the Misty Beige color and they were very similar so she let me know first. I went in the following day and the bag was perfection! The hand stitching was lovely and the lambskin leather was so soft. I was a bit hesitant initially because it wasn't what I intended to buy but after realizing that I'm not responsible enough to maintain suede (as the other Faye bags have), I decided to purchase it and am soo happy! Stephanie told me that they only received one for that model and that she immediately thought of me and contacted me right away. She wrapped up the bag and placed it in a Chloe store bag which she spritzed with perfume. She also gave me four Chloe perfume samples (which I also love). Stephanie even texted me afterwards to share how excited she was for me and how she hoped I was enjoying the bag! She was very sweet :)

I made a purchased of my first Chloe bag, Lexie style in beige color. I really liked the bag but still unsure since I did not know much about Chloe. Regardless of the materials were made in Italy i was doubtful on their quality. I went to Bloomingdales browsing at other styles debating I should exchange for Owen bucket. I viewed one of the bag at Bloomingdales and I was stunned seeing Chloe signature brand stitched upside down. Was labor done in China? Their prices was almost the same as LV and Gucci but their brand would have never been this erroneous. I was so disappointed because Chloe bag would be perfect for work since it's so understatement.

    gorgeous!

Came in looking for a wallet and left longing for those Suzanna boots! Wanted to splurge on something and went through Fendi, YSL, Prada, etc until I found myself at Chloé! Will keep in touch with Stephanie because I loved these boots so much! I am moving across the country to Ohio next week and she told me that when I was ready, I could simply text her and she could have my boots shipped to Ohio, no tax ;)

    Love my bag and wallet.

Now I must be honest that I am not a huge fan of Chloe hand bags (although I do like the Faye bags), I do like their cute shoes and clothing.

My only issue is their hours of operation; they're only open at 9:00am every day except Sundays…read more Which sucks because I wanna start my weekends earlier in the day with caffeine. Aside from this - interior vibes and decor are very nice, chill, cozy, and clean. Drinks, both coffee and matcha, were quite decent (slightly better than mid). They have non-dairy, vegan-friendly milk options. I ordered an iced salted maple matcha latte with oat milk which was real tasty. Their snack and food options are not vegan-friendly; the barista said their food items are (mostly) from a bakery within Mitsuwa, a Japanese grocery store local to the area. Visited again this Saturday, 5/16/2026, and discovered they are now closed for an undetermined period for renovations. They put a sign on their front door.

Overall experience a 4. It's moody, minimalistic, a little edgy, and just some grunge…read more Conceptually, it's got the drinks and eats (caffeine and carbs), fantastic seating area great for catching up with friend but not so much for long term laptop warrior. Also so bless a little accessories store with 3D printing and vinyls in the listening room. Drinks were kind of a miss though - maybe a 3 star. Coffee was a little too acidic and the matcha tasted flat (granted I asked for no sugar/sweetness). Might swing by again for a cool catchup spot and order something other than the match n coffee. Limited parking - it's in the row of old car shops a green cheek brewery.

Only based on shopping experience…read more I had a lovely experience. Tried on multiple items, had an associate help bring my items to a room (because I had so many), and I continued to shop around. He was so lovely, and even remembered my name and checked in with me prior to leaving. I can't remember his unfortunately (he was tall, dark, and handsome). I got lucky enough to purchase items that were new/clean and for an extra 50% off. A Levis sweatshirt, Aritzia tank top, Princess Polly jeans, and a Patagonia dryfit shirt, for a total of $23 with tax. Surprised they have 12 employees working that day, a lot for a thrift shop. Checking out took abnormally long due to one register, and a buyer being upset from a past purchase and not agreeing with stores policy, felt bad for the worker handling that issue/confrontation. Apologies to everyone else who had a terrible selling and shopping experience. Hopefully they improve, and I definitely will return again for the meantime.

As a buyer, I love this place--so I figured I'd try selling here. Almost a huge mistake…read more The offers were honestly shocking. An Alo hoodie? $2. A vintage 100% silk Victoria's Secret top? $0.10--yes, ten cents. A rag & bone handbag? Also $0.10. When I asked for clarification, they said maybe the buyer didn't realize the brand... but even then, how does that justify ten cents? The only offer that felt remotely fair was $50 for my Balenciaga hoodie. Everything else? Basically nothing--$1 total for four additional items. They were also "authenticating" my vintage Dior bag, and at that point I just stopped the process. I wasn't about to risk them offering me such a low price for it. It genuinely felt absurd. I understand resale businesses need margin, but this felt extreme. It honestly made me feel bad for people who sell here--like you'd have to be in a really tough spot to accept those kinds of offers. What's more frustrating is that nothing in the store is priced anywhere near that low. As a buyer, I've spent real money here--I even bought a beautiful vintage D&G belt for $250. Now I can't help but wonder what they paid for it. This experience definitely changed how I see the store. I still think they have great pieces, but the selling side feels incredibly one-sided. Offering even 20-30% of resale value would feel a lot more reasonable. Their "coding" for buying, It's a huge scam. As much as i loved shopping here.. you are better off not selling. Don't give your items away unless you're truly okay with the price--don't make a decision out of desperation. (If you have that luxury)
