The biggest issue for me is the customer service. There are a few employees who seem friendly, but most of the time, the staff don't come off as very welcoming or helpful. It can feel a bit uncomfortable, like you're being watched or judged, which makes the whole shopping experience less enjoyable. (Super friendly and inviting) The atmosphere was amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a "hello" and "can I help you with something" as soon as I said "yes, please" It felt as though I was given a personal stylist. I tried on about 10 dresses and I usually hate the way 50% of things look on my body type. I LOVED every single thing I tried on. (Which is crazy to me because I just had a baby a few months ago and haven't been feeling super confident) The clothes are great quality and yes you're going to pay a little more than your run-of-the-mill fashion stores, but you get what you pay for. I didn't know what to expect, but it's a cool store with branded items like ESSENTIALS, SUPREME, and other lesser know or unheard of (by me) brands. I got my shirt and didn't stick around to go through anything else. The guy who rang me up was nice and chill. He didn't offer me to try the shirt on and luckily, it fits. The reason for four stars is because they slapped on another price tag label on top of the original one and it was a $10 markup. I mean, I knew the shirt was pricey for what it is, but It just didn't sit right with me seeing that extra markup.
