Jasper Plum... Oh my goodness…read more I have gone to 100s of boutiques for my shopping needs and when I tell you this place is AMAZING I mean it. First and foremost, the costumer service was 10/10. (Super friendly and inviting) The atmosphere was amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a "hello" and "can I help you with something" as soon as I said "yes, please" It felt as though I was given a personal stylist. I tried on about 10 dresses and I usually hate the way 50% of things look on my body type. I LOVED every single thing I tried on. (Which is crazy to me because I just had a baby a few months ago and haven't been feeling super confident) The clothes are great quality and yes you're going to pay a little more than your run-of-the-mill fashion stores, but you get what you pay for. You're also helping a SMALL FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS! The material is amazing, true to size and fits perfectly. Overall amazing. I never ever rate any business but I had to this once. The only thing thing I don't like about this place is that I'll probably spend all my money here. Lol Bye bye nectar hello Jasper Plum.

I seriously love her! lol She was so sweet, and such a vibe. She knew exactly what she was doing, and took her time to make my hand chain perfect for me, and explained exactly what she was doing. I will most definitely be coming back for more by Abby! Thank you again Abby!

Horrible customer service…read more I was really disappointed with my experience here. I stopped in earlier today to pick out some beads and bubble letter charms. The employee initially told me she thought the bubble letter charms were around $3 each, but she wasn't 100% sure and needed to double-check. Because she was busy helping other customers, I told her I'd leave everything under my name and come back later once she confirmed the pricing. When I returned, I found that she had already threaded every letter charm onto a chain. I never asked for this service, and it was never discussed with me. She then told me the charms were actually $40 each, which was much more than I expected based on the initial estimate. I politely declined to purchase the charms and said I'd still like to buy the other beads I had selected. That's when she told me I owed a fee for the letter charms because she had put the chains through them. At no point was I asked if I wanted that done, nor was anyone tell me there would be a fee for it. I explained that I wasn't comfortable paying for a service I never requested, but she continued to insist. Because of how the situation was handled, I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Unfortunately, they lost a sale and a future customer. Beyond that, the customer service during both of my visits felt rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by asking questions and trying to make a purchase. I value good customer service just as much as the products themselves, and this experience fell far short of that.

I really loved the products that this store had to offer as well as their customer service…read more My mom, sister, and I went to visit this place on a Friday afternoon. They have a pretty nice selection of popular Korean beauty & makeup products, athleisure/athletic wear, some purse charms, some casual lounge wear, and super soft and fluffy jackets (we were obsessed). One thing that stood out to us during our visit were the lovely people working at the front today, Sonia & Ana. Throughout the entire shopping experience they took the initiative of coming up to us whenever we looked indecisive. They also helped us pick skincare products that best suited our needs, as well as picking out various outerwear. They were also just very sweet and funny to talk to! I'll definitely be coming back in the future. (:

This place rocks, and so do the products they carry! It's different, eccentric, intriguing, and down right cool. Ladies - give yourself time to check it out. Fellas - you can't go wrong if you want to surprise the lady in your life with something awesome! Costumer service is on point - I'm never lead astray and they KNOW they're products. There's no uncertainty here. I walk away confident with my purchase (and the occasional sample) every time! In a world SATURATED with consumerism and places you can spend your money, this shop reins supreme in cool points. On scale of 1 to 5, I give it a 6. I highly recommend the wine lip tint (see picture), as well as any of the yoga clothing.

The store itself is on the backside of the complex, split between an downstairs space and a separate upstairs space with more wearable items. Some items here are a complete D-E-A-L. $2 for a bundle of sage?! I spend more on gasoline, driving up to Angeles Forest to gather it in the wild. Some stones do cost a bit more, but again, you'd have to make a bit of drive to find a shop for something comparable. And the selection of stones here are very unique, that I don't necessarily see in other shops... like the gorgeously eye-catching blue goldstone. If you're looking for moldavite, they got it! Another Synergy 12 stone I found here is Tibetan Tektite! Iolite is another good one for pineal gland activation, and this is the only store nearby that carries a good bunch! Plus, nearly weekly, every Saturday, they usually plan a cool event, like free readings and such. Very cool spot if you're a rockaholic. Ya' dig?

There were unique pieces I haven't seen at other places. There were so many cute kids hats, purses, and soft shoes. There was also a good selection of wider toe box shoes that are great for toddlers. There are also adult clothes in the back but the selection is smaller and less interesting. They have brands like Mini Boden and Mini Melissa (brands you'd see at Nordstroms). The bad: The prices are pretty high. There were joggers and shoes for kids around $75. The interesting: I see a lot of reviews about people who don't like the owner lady following them around. I noticed this at another Korean fashion store I've been to too (where the owner will come to the spot you were just at to tidy anything you touched or slightly displaced). It is discouraging to browse things when you're not greeted or when you're being watched. I had two toddlers with me (the target audience) and you'd think that people would say hi to the kids or ask if we needed help looking for anything but we didn't get any of that.
