Exactly the same as last two. They came from the Return Center again, and looked as they've been worn and returned. Took them to this DSW CM location to return. Got excellent service by Rene. Like the associates at the other store location, he agreed that the shoes appeared to have been worn. Rene was very pleasant and courteous. Indeed, DSW always has great customer service. The warehouse, however, needs to be more careful and pay attention to what they send customers. Can't send customers used/worn shoes! Not good. Our stay lasted about two hours, and Judy was amazingly attentive the entire time. She was so patient and detail-oriented, going back and forth to bring out ten to twelve different pairs of shoes for us to try on without ever frowning, even though there was no commission on our purchases. What really stood out was how she spoke directly to my son, making him feel truly involved in the process rather than just talking to us as parents. She also applied that same dedicated care to my wife, and thanks to her explanation, we finally figured out the reason for her ongoing ankle and knee pain. Nordstrom Customer Service had already researched the transaction, confirmed the discrepancy, and instructed me to return to the store so it could be corrected. Instead of receiving help, I was questioned as though I had committed a crime. I was asked irrelevant questions, repeatedly insinuated to have switched merchandise, and treated with suspicion despite providing receipts, transaction details, and documentation supporting my claim. The entire interaction took place in front of other customers, leaving me feeling publicly humiliated and racially profiled while simply trying to resolve a mistake that was not mine. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told to come back another day. I was never given a manager's name or corporate contact information and was ultimately told to leave the store without any attempt to resolve the issue. No customer should be treated this way. I sincerely hope Nordstrom Corporate investigates this location and ensures that other customers are treated with the professionalism, dignity, and respect that have always made Nordstrom stand out.
