Welcoming boutique with very nice merchandise and great service. Happened to park outside and am so glad I stopped in before dinner.

Courtney made my experience so special. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and cared for, while also giving you her honest eye and thoughtful suggestions. I never felt rushed or pressured -- it truly felt like she was there to help me find something I would love. What stood out most to me was how personal she made the experience feel. Her warmth and attention to detail made shopping feel effortless and enjoyable. Courtney and Melissa are those people you remember after you leave, and I'm so grateful I had the chance to work with them. They are real gems, and I'll definitely be back to see her and Melissa! read more

I recently discovered this business through the Live July 4th Extravaganza! This is when I made my first purchase of the red Louis Vuitton Epi Lockit. An invoice was immediately sent to my email and I paid it. The bag arrived quickly, especially for Hawaii, it was packed beautifully, was in perfect condition as described by the lovely host Michelle Fong and owner Eddie. Eddie controls the prices and he was doing a fantastic job to get us viewers excited by slashing his already great prices! A major bonus for a customer like myself who lives in Hawaii is there's no sales tax!! I'm so impressed with OnQueStyle from the beginning of the transaction to the very end. Excellent efficient service, Best prices, and Best merchandise condition. I'm definitely a fan and now tune in for Wednesday's live shopping event. My second purchase was a Valentino studs tote in pristine condition, which I scored a sweet deal from Eddie! Today I received my third bag and am thrilled with it...and it's still July lol. btw also in July I bought two great bags from Michelle's newly formed The Handbag.Exhange launch show. Try this company! Eddie will give you the best deal he can. read more

Absolutely love this store !!! They have the best designer finds and their Chanel collection is amazing. It's used but a lot of stuff is new too read more

Over the past 2 months, I've purchased both the LV SAMUR 30 & the LV Coussin Empriente Zippy Wallet through the weekly Wednesday YouTube LIVEs they stream in partnership with my favorite Luxury YouTuber (Michelle). Their staff (Jake) answered all my ENTRUPY authentication process questions timely & professionally & both items arrived just as shown with the same transparency as described within the original LIVE streams... very lightly used, with minimal to no wear, and even an original purchase tag still inside the purse. Both were priced so well (almost a steal, thx to owner Eddie). I couldn't be happier! These pieces fit very well within my trendy & vintage LV collection. My confidence in their online purchase process & authentication is SOLID! -Kiki O. (Thx Michelle) read more

Good thing this place is not local to me because I would be here pretty often. Right away I was impressed with their pieces and assortment of clothes. I felt that every someone either into fashion or wanting everyday wearable pieces could find something. The staff were extremely helpful and I was especially drawn to Kristen. She helped me explore clothes that weren't my normal go to and to find ways to style them. I find the pieces to be decently priced and plus they have sales! Great collection of consignment and new. Kristen was super helpful! A fun place to visit when in CDM.

UGHHH- DO NOT consign at this place. First experience with Eddie (owner) - he mentions integrity and nonprofit; low balls you and mentions how the rent is expensive around the area to somewhat convince you to agree with the price. Before you consign, check elsewhere and present that offer. Fashionphile (shockingly) and Luxe du Jour gave better deals. They will not disclose how much your item will sell.. You could find out yourself online or in store. Another tip - when you see your item has been sold on their IG page, screenshot it so you know when it was sold. When I went in February to pick up my check, I already knew one of my items was sold. Not only was it not available in store, but it showed sold on IG that month. When I asked why it wasn't reflected in my March check for 3/15, Sicely said it was sold on 3/2 -_- AND do not get me started with Sicely. Not sure what her job title is, but she handles the checks and replies to emails. She lies so much. Tip: pick up your check in store. I usually picked mines up since I was around the area, but decided to have it mailed out in April. The origjnal April check was never mailed. When asked about it via email, response is hella delayed. She finally replied by saying she will ship the following day with the tracking number. Guess what? Did not receive a response. I'm usually very patient. When I called a few days later, her response was she was gone for a few days, and her team had sent it already. NOPE. Did not happen at all. She was hesitant to provide the tracking number. When I checked, she created a label with UPS around 5 PM DURING the call. When I confronted her about it, she said, "I told you, it was shipped already." Checked the following day, and still shows label was created. Called her back. She said UPS was closed, so she shipped via FedEx. Finally got my check 17 days later. Just horrible. Just state the truth. Better than lies. I'm all about integrity, and it is so awful here. When I emailed about my last item to check if it was sold or available for pick up since the contract was up, there was no response after more than a week despite sending 2 emails on 5/2 and 5/7. As of today, I'm still waiting for a reply. This has been the worst experience ever! Don't think I'lll ever consign with OnQueStyle. Please look elsewhere. read more

DO NOT consign here. You will waste your time trying to get your money from your sold items. I had to repeatedly ask for my checks to be mailed via e-mail. EVERY single time. I was assured that they would do it. Bunch of liars! I finally went in person to collect my check. It wasn't for much but it was based on principle. Don't sell my items and then pocket the money. What a waste of time, energy and frustration. Go to Twice The Style, they will treat you well and get a lot more foot traffic. Twice the Style will pay you immediately in person. read more

This is hands-down, the best place to consign your high-end clothing and designer accessories! They honestly know what they're doing! This is a top-tier special place to shop and also bring in high value items for Consignment! They have unique handpicked and very special items that's constantly changing ! I found the most unique well priced additions to my wardrobe! There's lots of fun-finds here! Onque style is the best I found! read more

Ask for Kristen!!!!!! Loved working with her. She helped style every piece we tried on so we could see what it would look like with clothes we already have. Love this store- what a great place. read more

Wide variety of designer goods for less than retail. It is a consignment store so the stock depends on who is bringing stuff in. Tons of clothing and shoes! I didn't find anything during my visit but better luck next time! There was a small section at the front of the store that has dupes and designer inspired items like t shirts, blankets, and phone cases. Employees were friendly. Store nicely organized. Parking was easy on a weekend, street parking right in front of the store. read more

I was looking to sell a few designer bags and came across this store through Grace, a friendly and pretty , and professional associate who speaks Mandarin.
