When I picked it up, the fabric was scratched and irreversibly ruined. The finish and structure of the garment were destroyed. I spoke directly to the owner, Tony, as well as two other employees working there. None of them had any solution to offer and they simply dismissed the issue entirely. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility or offer compensation to a customer after destroying an expensive item is unacceptable. Do not trust them with your clothing. They will not do the right thing if they ruin your items.

I thought I was coming in for a consultation, and I liked the fabrics and patterns we came up with, but he was disappointed that I was not ready to throw down $4,000 for the custom suit that day. (He convinced me that anything cheaper in his shop wasn't worth my time.) I can see why he likes to close the deal the day of. The more I thought about it, the less comfortable I felt throwing down than much for this suit... I had a few other reasons, too. Anyway, I sent a message to the store the next day, politely explaining why that I appreciated Jerry's time, but the shop wasn't for me. Jerry ended up calling me, and I wish I hadn't answered. He started trying to get me to get his cheaper stuff that had already talked me out of. He was pushy, dismissive of my reasons and all around unpleasant. I think they have some off the-rack suits available, too, and I believe they offer tailoring, but I am no longer interested. He'll probably respond to this and be dismissive again, but those are my two cents. He has a nice assistant. I won't pretend it's bad quality. Still three stars.

I have an upcoming wedding and came in with zero expectations because it's my first time buying a…read moresuit. I ended up paying around $345 for a suit that will be tailored to my size. Includes the socks, tie, and the whole suit. Customer service was fantastic, they are very helpful on finding the right size and let you try on different sizes to make sure it fits you. The lead time for a tailor is about 3 weeks, that's the only down-side... so it is best if you plan ahead of time before your actual wedding date. Located in downtown Santa Ana so there is street parking, but there is a small lot behind the building with only 5-6 spots.

I had a wedding to attend that same day, so I went to the first men's suit shop I could find that was open at 9:30 a.m.--Dino's Suit Gallery. Dino was amazing! He was able to get me completely ready by noon that same day. He's very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a suit that suited me perfectly. He recommended the suit color, dress shirt, tie, and dress shoes, and he had everything fitted and hemmed in no time. I truly appreciate how honest, friendly, and helpful Dino was.
