I liked how they had one of the cool nights pyjama pants in my size and color I wanted. They are super soft and comfortable. Soma is awesome! It's part of the Chico's company, which includes Chico's and White House Black Market. Soma is not as well known as Victoria's Secret, but I have to say their bras and intimate wear, etc. are of much better quality. Also, every time I have stepped into the store, I have been met with excellent and memorable customer service. The bras and panties here are a little more expensive than Target or Walmart, etc. but they are comfortable and worth it. Their sales also vary every week, so it can be buy one, get one half off, or everything for half off, which is rare. I believe their in store sales are better than their online prices, but am not completely sure since their prices always change. Happy shopping! read more

I made an online appointment for a fitting for Sunday at 11:00 ( when they open). As soon as the doors opened I was greeted warmly. Danalynn was my specialist. She measured me, walked me through the store, showing me all my options ( pointing out lower-cost items as well as the more expensive ). I tried on about a dozen bras. As I requested, she kept bringing me everything she thought was right for my body. And, was attentive but not hovering! Excellent service. I ended up buying a whole new "wardrobe" of bras. Horrible customer service. Norma the Manager couldn't be bothered in helping me while I waited in line at the cash register. When I asked if she could help me she said she couldn't she was busy boxing items. Really rude, unhappy! I waited for close to 15 minutes and she continued to do what she was doing never carrying about me as a customer. I will never go back to this store. read more

I have always purchased from Soma online since I do not have a store close to me. I had heard that Soma's customer service was above any bra shopping experience. I walked in and the woman looked me up, then pointed out what was on sale then left to go in the back room. This is not what I expected from what I was told you received individual service, measured etc... I received no help whatsoever, I finally picked up my top and had my daughter read the size of my bra and picked out the same one in another color. I hadn't planned on buying a bra this afternoon, but as I walked by while shopping with my husband, one in the window caught my eye. The person who helped me was awesome! I didn't catch her name, but the receipt says Gabby. Great recommendations, figured out my correct bra size, and brought me the most flattering and comfortable bra I've ever worn along with the best pair of leggings I've ever tried! It was all a bit pricey for what I usually spend, but the 2 bras and leggings were so comfortable and flattering that I chose not to look at the tags (something I never do!). I didn't feel pressured to buy more and her advice was spot on. If the quality holds up, this is my new go to place for intimates. My husband found a nice chair while waiting for me (note to all stores: have a husband chair! Happy husband, happy wife, happy customers!) and loves my new items. read more

The manager at this location Deb Johnson is despicable. I've been been a long time customer of this location and all the ladies that work there have been friendly, wonderful, and helpful. I have always had an excellent experience at this store. Deb Johnson was curt and arrogant. You would think a person in an management position would display professionalism and common sense but she lacks both. Her mannerism, facial expressions, and way she handles customer concerns are atrocious. She needs to be retrained in how to behave as a "manager". read more

I went in February and bought a few thousand dollars worth of clothes at chicos...soma is a sister store...next door and Chico corporation owns it. So, anyway I needed a bra and spend another few hundred dollars. They all were fitted ...zo, the other day..I felt a pinch under my breast all day...so come to find out...the bra broke...and I took it back to the store. I have many bras from Victoria secret, nor!storms and even other stores...I thought...you know..I've never had a bra break on me unless it was over a few years old. So, I called the store and told them the story....and they said to bring it in and they would replace it...since it was only 3 months... I get there...she goes to her manager...and it was a 65.00 bra...which they said I used three months and would only give me half off. I only used it for 3 months - I would think the actual wear and tear on a bra...should be a year or longer. I should have only paid 15.00 dollars or nothing for that matter. At first, I was really impressed...then the quality I wonder...and now the customer service...Nordstroms would stick by there quality of their clothes, shoes or anything I've ever bought...with no question. I have been struggling to find a comfortable bra for some time now since having my daughter and nursing her for 15 months. I asked to be re-sized at Macy's and Victoria's Secret and was given ridiculous sizes that were either way too big or not comfortable. I had a friend that mentioned SOMA and for some reason I thought it was a ridiculously priced place I had seen, but turns out I was wrong and I plan on telling everyone about it now. I went with my grandmother to check them out and was pleasantly surprised. We walked in and were greeted by Esther, who said hi to my daughter first, it was so cute. I told her I was lost; that I didn't care about the look and that I just wanted something to fit my tired chest that needed support. She smiled and we started the search. She immediately knew two styles that I would like and measured me. She took me to the fitting room and I tried them on. She checked in on me once and then I went looking for her to tell her she was Superwoman. I was so happy with both bras she brought me .. and the pricing is the same that you would pay at a Victoria's Secret or Fredericks. I plan on getting rid of all my other bras and buying only from here from now on. My grandma even bought two bras and was happy with the service. They were so polite, comforting, and didn't try to upsale me on things I didn't need. What a great experience, for something that was stressing me out for so long. read more

Just stopped in during our shopping trip. I never been in this store before, but my friend wanted to stop in. And I said why not. I like exploring and I know it would be a little intimidating for me to go in myself, especially when you're the only customer in the store and the salesperson would more than likely approach you. We told the sales lady we were just looking. This was my first visit. My friend really liked their product. We looked around and checked out the brassieres and various other items. Wow! Some amazing items but very pricy. Definitely need a lot of money to purchase items here. Although I probably could not afford these items, it was nice going into the store and exploring it. Duchess took care of me, took my measurements and was very attentive and knew the products they have very well. My fiance and I were here at Crystal Court for shoes, so while he was looking, I went to look at bras in Soma. The first time I ever went in, a few months ago, a woman helped size me, get me some bras, and then was on the phone when I came out. Since she was busy and the other employee couldn't be bothered, I left. I'm used to grabbing my own sizes when I go to any lingere store, and even though one employee tried to help me, I pretty much grabbed them on my own. I tried on about five, and settled on the enhancing lace front one. I don't have good luck with bras-I've spent hundreds and hundreds of $$ at VS because they don't size me right, or the bras stretch. Anyway, the lady was helpful, but a little pushier than I prefer. She tried to get me to buy some of the panties behind me , which were about $7 a pair, but since I was spending over $100 on two bras, and didn't really need them, I passed. I'm still not sure they fit exactly as I want them to, even though I think they're pretty and comfortable. read more
