She also gave me honest advice on what looked and fit best on me, which I really appreciated. She was so attentive and was there whenever I needed her advice without ever being pushy. Kristina was just as amazing! She helped me find the right bra size and made sure I was getting the best fit for my body. Both girls were so sweet, patient, and knowledgeable, and they truly made my first SKIMS shopping experience so enjoyable. I really like skims however - the service in this store is terrible. So many staff working - well not really working just chatting with each other. I was not asked if I needed help other than when I walked in the door. As I proceeded to return/exchange I missed the date for my new unused tags on in the package items I was told 4 days over the policy means no return/exchange/store credit. I tried to explain that I live 4 hours from the nearest store and I wanted to physically see my options. NO Exceptions. I was eventually able to exchange one of the items for another size - however it could only be a different size must be same item same color. While I understand a return policy - it was the rude abrupt manner after being overlooked by staff for 15 minutes. No thank you Skims! Go to VS right by Skims for your needs. Better service for essentially the same products. I won't be back in person or online. read more

The two girls working here today 6/22 were extremely helpful and very friendly! I feel nowadays it's so hard to get good customer service from stores but I was surprised how helpful and nice were! I do wish this store have more in stock items and sizes I hate buying online now only because skims uses third delivery party to deliver their products and it's been a headache so I prefer to come in store but unfortunately they had a few items out of stock. read more

Although the store had more selections than most SKIMS store, it still didn't have my size for bras. The associate Sophia was helpful but the rest of the associates were not. I was told at the fitting room they don't do my size unless I go online and they had a lot of attitude. You also need to make a reservation or wait awhile just to try on stuff. The store merchandise itself is lovely but the store experience itself just fails. Too bad they also don't allow exchanges if you buy the wrong size online. I absolutely love SKIMS and the brand itself is still one of my favorites. The quality, fit, and comfort are unmatched, which is why I decided to give this location another try after my previous experience. I'm really glad I did. It's a nice store, and definitely well-maintained. There's plenty of staff around to help you find something. This location has their shapewear located in the back, and the rest of the clothes in the front area. The selection feels pretty limited for the loungewear, but it looks like they have a good amount of the shapewear stuff in the back area. It doesn't look like there were any petite sizes, so everything ran long for me. I did like that they had the Nike x Skims collab in store. Most xs-m sizes were sold out, so there were only xl sizes for the popular collab items. I ended up getting two sports bras that I found in my size. Prices are pretty standard to other athleisure wear brands, with each sports bra ranging about $60. Check out process was a little slow, but it might've just been because I went on a busy day. read more

I have to shout out Alexis! She was so helpful and PATIENT. She showed me things all over she thought I may like and took my honest feedback and didn't make me feel weird or try and convince me to like something that wasn't my vibe. I honestly went in thinking I was going to get one or two things, but ended up with four, haha. Only downside was that some things are only featured online, but she let me know that I can get expedited shipping if I order through them in store. Some of the other girls were super nice also, and some looked like they were judging every person that walked through the door ngl. odd experience i just had, my girlfriend and i were helped out by this nice girl in the undergarment section and and she went to try something on, after that a tall blonde girl ran to her associate staring at me and telling her something as if i were stealing. we later go proceed to purchase our items and the one who initially helped us out, helped us out at the register as well! super nice but i noticed the tall blonde following us and telling people stuff i think on the walkies but everyone was looking at us as if we were stealing, she unprofessionally whispered something to the girl who was helping us and she said "they are" probably telling her we ARE purchasing. very odd odd experience. mind you we came in with bags already so it's not like we have the need to steal. read more

I was so amazed to find there was a skims store with such unity, precision, and care to detail by all the employees. but I must speak for Alexis when I say, she made my day, my experience and beat all of my expectations. The $80 shapeware I bought ripped the first time I tried it on. When I tried to return it the shift lead told me she has discretion to give returns and doesn't have to. She was super arrogant and power tripping hard! When I brought up the policy I found online on manufacturing defects she completely crashed out. She was clearly unstable and on the verge of tears. I even apologized for offending her. In the end she told me to "never come back." After unnecessarily escalating the situation she promptly ran away and left the cashier alone to finish the return. The poor cashier was so uncomfortable, I felt so bad! That's no way to treat your staff :( Hope she gets therapy but not sure if she should be supervising anyone, and she certainly should not be customer facing. (I got my refund but I can see from other reviews that she bullied other customers who didn't call her bluff) read more

The experience here varies. I initially purchased pants and the size I got was too big- so I went into the store exchange it for a smaller size. The employee working during my initial purchase told me I would get expedited shipping for the pants (they were not in stock in the store), however- I received the pants an entire week later. The employee working that day called a manager to look at the pants even though they were completely unworn and I brought them in the same day I received it the package. This time, I received the pants about three days later. My most recent visit was a good experience. I ended up returning the item because they just didn't fit. The employee working was friendly, efficient and made the process really easy. So for these reasons, I would say it's an alright experience it just depends who you're dealing with. read more

The underwear were OK, but I would size down - and know that they aren't super silky in terms of rubbing against your clothing or leggings. Horrible HORRIBLE experience at the store and I would say it is the most horrible customer experience I've had. Period. Came in with a friend who brought their shape wear that ripped immediately upon trying on at home (the sore does not allow try-ons of shape wear prior to purchase.) This is despite the fact that she was measured by staff and was confirmed her size prior to her purchase of the product at the same store during the previous visit. We explained the situation in the spirit of transparency but received push back. Shift lead came and said they cannot take back the product. We brought up a return policy online that we believe covers this incident for further clarification. Shift lead said she would go check. Five mins she returned to let us know it usually isn't possible but will allow this time. Just before we could feel the sense of relief, she said to my friend " I really don't appreciate the way you were talking to me. It was rude." My friend was very confused and asked for clarification as to what specifically she said that had offended her and if she did she was very sorry. "It was your TONE not what you said." That was her immediate response. That indicated to me that she couldn't pinpoint what was sad and I can guarantee our tone was nothing but cordial and professional as we are both attorneys who are well trained in semantics. Our goal was to address the issue and seek resolution amicably. We further asked for clarification and she threatened that we can either keep arguing with her and not get the refund or get our money and leave. My friend kindly asked for the refund. After instructing staff to start the process, she walked by my friend and shouted "never come back!" This experience left us horrified and frankly quite emotionally distressed. I asked the staff for the name of the shift lead but the staff refused to provide and stated that she's not allowed to disclose her name. I am escalating this issue to corporate. This issue must be addressed further. I understand you can have a bad day but this is not how you treat customers. read more

I walked in today looking for one of their bodysuits after hearing great things about them, and not a single employee approached me. Instead, they just stared at me as if I were going to steal something, or stood around talking to each other. This was very upsetting, especially since I've been coming to South Coast Plaza for years. I'm not sure how they train their team members, but they really need to do better. read more

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I bought slippers not even a week ago and they ripped 5 days in. They are barely worn and have not even left my room. I took them in the store to see if I can do an exchange or return and I explained the story to the girl at the counter. Another worker was up there with her listening to my story and when she saw the hole she said "ooh" acknowledging it was pretty bad. The girl at the register said she would check with her manager and came back to say "yea no we can't do anything about that" her voice showed no remorse and sounded more like a what do u want me to do about it. I proceeded to ask why because her tone rubbed me the wrong way and she smiled (almost cracked laughter) and just simply said "I don't know". If I'm paying that much for a slipper with my hard earned money only for them to rip 5 days later , I would hope to get a better answer than "I don't know". I would understand if it was store policy and she explained that to me but having a care free attitude accompanied by "I don't know" left me with a bad feeling. So not only did I drive 50 min out of my way but I left with a ripped slipper and bad service. read more

I decided to stop by this weekend while shopping at South Coast to check it out and see everything in person and I had an amazing experience! The store is so nice and was very organized and clean. I don't leave reviews very often but one of your associates was so amazing, I just had to leave a comment! Cory helped me and completely made my whole experience. He was so sweet and so knowledgeable about all of the products and different collections. I tried on a few different things and he really knew a lot about the products and made great recommendations. It's clear he is passionate about the brand and truly cares and wants to help customers. It was quite refreshing when so many other stores have associates where it is clear that it's just a job for them and they're just trying to make a sale, but this was not the case with Cory. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I recently purchased shapewear and felt I was measured incorrectly. Since it's shapewear, I believed I could have gone a size down, so I went back to exchange it. When I approached an employee to explain, she was smiling and laughing the entire time, even while explaining why they sometimes suggest sizing up. It felt extremely unprofessional and dismissive. When I got to the register, the cashier was refusing the exchange because I was missing a cardboard insert that apparently must be inside the box. I was never informed of this policy when I made the purchase. I told her they should inform customers so things like this don't happen, especially since it's easy to throw something like that away without knowing. On top of all that, I was forced to pay the difference just because I chose a different color, even though the items are clearly the same price! read more
