We understand that pricing mistakes can happen -- that wasn't the issue. What disappointed us was the attitude. Instead of explaining the situation kindly or apologizing for the confusion, the employee was dismissive and rude. Unfortunately, that interaction really affected our experience and made us reconsider returning. I hope management can address the customer service aspect, because the store carries great products and has a lot of potential.

We really enjoyed our conversation with him and could tell he genuinely cares about making sure everything is perfect. We are still scheduling the appointment for the wedding suit and all of the groomsmen, most of whom live out of state, but the team reassured us that it will not be an issue, which gave us a lot of confidence. I made an appointment online, and Jasen reached out to me in advance to introduce himself. Jasen was extremely patient and took me through the entire process, which was immensely helpful for a guy who has no idea what he's doing in the suit department. Going through fabric books and picking styles was something I never thought I'd do, but it was super enjoyable, and Jasen made it a breeze. These guys have a beautiful facility--and an incredibly well-stocked bar--befitting of a true bespoke suit shop and they have a ton of casual options, shoes, and accessories to browse as well. When you're here, you get true concierge service that is becoming increasingly rare in any industry. When I finally put on the finished product, I was blown away. The tux is comfortable enough that I could go jogging in it, looks incredible, and truly felt like it was made for me. My only complaint is that I can never look at any of my other suits the same way ever again. I will be back.

This storefront is small, but packed with all their best sellers. They keep limited sizing on the floor, but you can easily ask a member of their team to grab additional sizes from the back. The only downside (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that no one mentioned the Basementeer membership discount to us during our first visit--even while we were checking out. We ended up discovering it ourselves later and signed up online, and it's such a great deal that we definitely would've used it on that first purchase. Overall though, still a fantastic store with a lot to offer--we'll definitely keep coming back!
