The store is really nice and bigger than the previous store. They have gorgeous necklaces. This review is regarding customer service. I was helped by TJ. Unfortunately she was very condescending and a little short with me regarding my questions. If you are to buy from Dior just buy online or find a different agent. I bought 2 belts from Dior and as soon as I received the package I opened it and as usual in their standard box there were two belts individually wrapped in thin white paper. I unwrapped them and put the belts side by side and inspected them carefully. On the buckles one had a plastic wrap and the other didn't have it. I looked at that buckle carefully and found there were scratches on it. I took pictures of the scratches and immediately called the customer service and complained about the scratches. She told me to write a report and send the pictures to her and she would forward it to the fulfillment team. I told her I was worried that they might accuse me of causing the scratches. She said not to worry about it and just return the belts. I carefully wrapped the belts with the white thin paper that they came with and sealed the box and took it to the UPS store and returned them. It was done within four hours. After a few days I received an email that they had received my return and the quality experts would check and if everything was good they would refund the money. I waited for a week and called them and asked the status of my refund. I was told it was rejected because of the scratches. When I heard that I was absolutely livid and I asked for a manager. She was with another customer so I waited for a while and called back and on the third call I got a chance to speak to the manager. I explained the whole situation and told her it was not very nice of Dior to send a defective product and accused the customer of causing it. She said she understood the situation and she would try to process the refund and while we were still on the phone I received an email saying that my refund had been processed. The manager Marwa made me calm down and I thanked her. I had bought thousands of dollars worth of their products and they didn't value their customers so I decided that I would never buy from them again. So fellow customers please check the items carefully and if there's anything wrong take pictures and call and report and return them ASAP. It may have a big name but not a very big heart. DO NOT shop at this location!! I usually don't even leave bad reviews but the staffs wasted our time and provided a horrible experience for us. We came in to hopefully exchange a gift we received and the staff refunded money back to the gifter instead. They did not communicate clearly that the money would be returned to the original gifter. We have mentioned multiple times that it was a gift and it needs to be exchanged but the staffs were extremely rushed and failed to fulfill our request. We wasted hours trying to resolve the issue but there were no accommodations made at the end. Instead, the manager was extremely nasty and rude towards us. Stopped by window shopping today and came out with a couple of bags of treats. Lol. Covid guidelines are strictly enforced. Waited in line for about 5 minutes and then I was able to come in. All staff was wearing a mask and properly. I even noticed a gentleman off to the side that anytime a guest would leave a area, he cleaned and sanitized it right away. Really impressive actually. Ok so I ordered some products with my mom and I was a little worried due to the amount of controversy about the shoe sizing. I ordered the Dior ID sneakers and worried that it might run small since European sizes run a bit smaller. However, my mom ordered Givenchy sneakers that my dad got for her birthday. Located on the first floor of South Coast Plaza, Dior is across from Chanel and next to Tiffany and Co. There is plenty of parking available in the form of lots and structures. Prior to the pandemic, I wandered into Dior to try on the DiorDream leather beret I saw on celebrities, including Rihanna and BLACKPINK. The beret felt soft and it was beautifully made. I took the card for the assistant manager and forgot about the beret. Months later, I tried to contact the assistant manager, only to get no response. Instead I decided to visit the boutique to connect with a new sales associate. In order to comply with the pandemic safety regulations, everyone in the store is wearing face masks and the store limits customers. When customers leave, the next party may enter, or you may book an appointment with an SA in advance. (Do not bother trying to call the store's number - no one will answer and the inbox is full.) I was matched with one associate and at the time, they did not have the beret in my size. He brought out something similar to try for size, which I appreciate him trying. I came back another time and was matched with another SA named Mars. He kept me informed when the beret was restocked in my size and the next size up, so I could try on both and compare. He answered all of my questions and was helpful. At the time I wasn't ready to pull the trigger on the beret, and told him I would contact him when I was, which he understood. Recently I saved up some money to buy myself a Christmas present and decided I really wanted this hat. The staff were always friendly and helpful when I went in and a girl named Jackie helped me find Mars during my trip in. While he was assisting another client, he matched me with his manager, who was kind to grab both the 57 and the 58 from their offsite warehouse for me to try on again. Eventually I settled on the 57 and she revealed she had pulled a brand new one from the warehouse during her trip over. I looked over the new one and everything looked to be in order. She packaged up my hat nicely in the box it came in and gave me a dustbag to store my hat in. My husband bought me 2022 Valentine's gift and our anniversary gift from Dior. He knew we will be spending Feb,March and April in Taiwan. He also knows I am very particular with my gifts. The sales LIED to my husband and assured him that he could exchange these gifts in Taiwan. He also guided my husband into buying the exact same watch for me with a different face. I did NOT like both gift. For a rose gold bracelet-its upsetting that the clap is not in rose gold especially due to the $$$$$ We are in Taiwan, the store confirmed that it is IMPOSSIBLE to exchange my gifts here. Plus fine jewelry is even more impossible even though I didn't try them on and they were in the original boxes. I got furious, emailed Dior headquarter with no response. They did confirm the receipt of my emails and that was it. The sales of Dior texted me and apologized but wouldn't return my follow up calls or texts again I am left with 2 pieces of jewelry that I absolutely wouldn't wear. Would you be disgusted with their customer service? Would you want to support a brand that doesn't treat customer with care? Would you ever want to spend another $$$$$ on brands that LIED to you? I have honestly never been LIED to by a Luxury brand. Not at Cartier, not at Chanel and never at Hermes. I got my Dior book tote here which was my first ever Dior bag and had two different people help me. The first person who helped me was a woman who was extremely sweet and helpful and did whatever she can to help me decide on what I really wanted. I was also helped by a guy but he didn't really seem to care. I mean there are times I enjoy just shopping without them constantly following me around or asking me this and that, but the guy was just talking with his coworker and literally not caring. I didn't want to buy from him just because of that. Also when I made my purchase I didn't get a box for it but I guess they ran out? Other than that, I had a wonderful experience. Store is gorgeous and has a great selection. I didn't see some of the styles I was looking for but it's okay. I ended up walking out with the most beautiful book tote and still obsessed with it til this day! This review is for Dior Homme right upstairs. They don't have a page for that store. I bought the Dior and Rimowa Collaboration Clutch two days ago and reserved it last week. I called already knowing what I wanted. I spoke to David. An absolutely amazing SA. I've had my fair share (LV, Chanel, Hermes, etc). He reserved my clutch and then proceeded with the purchasing process. Very quick and efficient. Super welcoming and friendly. (Better than Chanel lol ) We did hit a few speed bumps along the way, all my fault. I was always busy or there was something wrong with the phone line that one day. He was just so accommodating to me even after the 48 hour reservation period and kept the clutch despite not having put a deposit on it. When I finally managed to put the deposit in, it was such a smooth process. Just double-checking the name and numbers. I showed up on the morning of 6/21 and met with him. He sat us down quickly and got us the display model while he went to get the new one. No drink service nowadays. I guess Covid19 makes it difficult to clean and such after. Makes sense. He pulled one out from the back still in the original plastic bag with the box and bag in it. This means this one has never ever been opened before nor has anyone else touched it. I checked the embossing and stitching which was just perfect of course while David stood by. I told him I'd take it and he offered us to browse the store while he processed my purchase. Seriously go here to get your Dior Homme stuff. So nice and pleasant. I couldn't be more pleased with the bag and people. Now I'm thinking about a Roller Bag. This boutique sold me an expired perfume from their Maison line, Bois d'argent, at final sale. It smell so rancid and totally unwearable. I could not have inspected the perfume at the store due the packaging being sealed and the boutique wouldn't help in replacing the item. Contacted Dior's online customer service email and they too are just pushing the issue around without any intention of resolving the issue for over three weeks now. I'm so upset! Horrible ! As a mother, like all mothers, who love fashion and love designer items, I went to Dior to shop with my kids. First things first, my 2 year old daughter picks up something from the floor and hands it to me, it was a needle ! I showed the salesperson, and she says it's probably from the seamstress ! I'm like what ! It's not ok to have needles on the floor, especially if we are are putting our bear feet on the floor to try on shoes or our kids pick up the needles and hurt themselves !!! No concerns at all !!! No apologies, nothing .. then my daughter passes by one of the tables and cut her ear on the corner of the table !!! And she started to gush out blood !! I mean horrible !!! She bled and cried her eyes out and they were more concerned about liability and a potential lawsuit than anything, which I'm definitely considering !!!! Horrible !!!!! She was great in assisting me and even with the multiple times of Dior sending approval to my bank failed, she was so patient and did a manual transaction instead but suggested for me to have it purchase online while my store credit can be reversible after and she said shipping is free anyway. So I did what she told me and voila 3 days after the hard to reserved Dior Book Tote (apparently only few bags is placed to their boutique) came in a beautifully gift wrapped package. When I reached the front of the line, the sales associate (Winnie) greeted me and was kind enough to offer me a beverage for waiting. When she brought out my bag from the back, she went above and beyond by stuffing the bag, providing me a larger dust bag and placed everything in a shopping bag with a ribbon. Worst customer service experience I've ever had in my whole life. Went to the store at around 7pm, there was literally one woman inside. Security guard says it will be "3 min wait". That was no problem at all! We are waiting at this point for about ten minutes, when the store is completely empty. People are leaving and he still won't let us inside. Then, two women come up behind us and ask if "Tanya" is working. What do you know, Tanya who obviously was sitting in the back doing nothing, comes out and lets them inside immediately to help them. We are still waiting and the security guard won't let us inside. Another salesperson comes up to the security guard and says "if a lady in blue comes up, let her inside immediately". At this point, it became obvious the security guard was not giving us help on purpose. I asked the security guard if we can just go inside to look since the store is so empty. He says he needs "permission" to let us in. We walked away after this. After this experience, I would never give Dior another penny of my money. Apparently, if you're wearing Lululemon leggings and a sweatshirt, you're not allowed to even step inside their store to look. Newsflash Dior, it doesn't matter what you are wearing or what you look like, I was prepared to spend money at this store but never would again. If you're looking for actually great customer service - I was treated amazingly at Gucci. EDIT: Changed from 1 star to 2 star. I called the store the next morning to let them know about the experience I had. The lady on the phone, who seemed to be from corporate, was extremely nice and totally understood where I was coming from. She let the boutique manager know about this incident and he called me back last night. Clint was extremely respectful and polite. He apologized sincerely for what occurred and said he is aware some of his staff needs "more emotional intelligence". I appreciated him taking the time back to call me. read more
